Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Registereinstellung mit einer Erfassung des Eintritts eines Drucksubstrates (2) in eine Druckmaschine (1) und einer Berechnung des Beginns der digitalen Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', 3", 3'") für die Erzielung einer registerhaltigen Lage der Teilfarbendrucke (4, 4', 4", 4''') auf einem Drucksubstrat (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drucksubstrat (2) vor seinem Eintritt in die Druckmaschine (1) erfaßt wird und nach dieser Erfassung die Berechnung der Relativlagen der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3'") erfolgt und daß mit dem Eintritt in die Druckmaschine (1) eine genaue Erfassung der Vorderkante (5) des Drucksubstrats (2) vorgenommen wird und zur Grundlage für die Bestimmung der Starts der bezüglich ihrer Relativlage vorberechneten Erzeugung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3''') gemacht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Berechnung der Relativlagen der Teilfarbenbilder (4, 4', 4", 4"') sowohl die Bildanfänge (6) als auch die Lage definierter Bereiche (7, 7', 7", ..., 7n), in die die Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3'") unterteilt sind, umfaßt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bereiche (7, 7', 7", ..., 7n) Bildpunktzeilen der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3'") sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bereiche (7, 7', 7",..., 7n) jeweils eine festgelegte Anzahl von Bildpunktzeilen sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitpunkte für die Erzeugung der elektrostatischen latenten Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3'") zur Erzielung einer Registerübereinstimmung berechnet und zur Steuerungs- oder Regelungsgrundlage gemacht werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionen (8, 8', 8", 8"') der Erzeugung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3", 3"') relativ zu ihren Übertragungsstellen (9, 9', 9", 9"') auf das Drucksubstrat (2) zur Erzielung einer Registerübereinstimmung sowie mit den Wegen (11, 11', 11", 11''') des Drucksubstrats (2) bis zu den Übertragungsstellen (9, 9', 9", 9'") abgestimmt werden. - Vorrichtung zur Registereinstellung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 an einer Druckmaschine (1) mit mehreren Farbdruckwerken (10. 10', 10", 10"') zur Erzeugung mehrerer Teilfarbendrucke (4, 4', 4", 4'"), wobei ein Sensor (13) den Eintritt eines Drucksubstrats (2) in die Druckmaschine (1) erfaßt und ein Rechner (12) den Beginn der Erzeugung von Teilfarbenbildern (3, 3', 3", 3"') durch Einrichtungen (13, 13', 13", 13''') zur digitalen Erzeugung derselben auf einem Trägerelement (14, 14', 14", 14''') berechnet und veranlaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein der Druckmaschine (1) vorgeordneter Sensor (15) das Drucksubstrat (2) vor seinem Eintritt in die Druckmaschine (1) erfaßt und ein Signal (16) an den Rechner (12) gibt, woraufhin dieser die Relativlagen der Teilfarbenbilder (3,3', 3", 3'") berechnet, und daß der in der Druckmaschine (1) angeordnete Sensor (23) ein Signal (17) an Einrichtungen (18, 18', 18", 18"') zur Bestimmung der Freigabe von Startsignalen (19, 19', 19", 19"') für die bezüglich ihrer Relativlagen vorberechnete Erzeugung der Teilfarbenbilder (3, 3', 3'', 3''') gibt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (12) derart ausgebildet und mit Daten (20, 20', 20", 20'", 21) für die Relativlage der Trägerelemente (14, 14', 14", 14'") und eines Substratträgers (28) geladen ist, daß er eine Berechnung vornimmt, die bezüglich der Relativlagen der Teilfarbenbilder (4, 4', 4", 4"') die Bildanfänge (6) und die Lage der definierten Bereiche (7, 7', 7", ..., 7n), in die die Teilfarbenbilder unterteilt sind, umfaßt und auf dieser Grundlage die Einrichtungen (13, 13', 13", 13''') für die Erzeugung der Teilfarbenbilder steuert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mindestens einem Sensor (22) zur Erfassung eines definierten Bestandteils eines Teilfarbenbildes (3, 3', 3", 3"') aufweist und der Rechner (12) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er die so erfaßten Relativlagen der einzelnen Teilfarbenbilder (7, 7', 7'', ..., 7n) untereinander zur Erzielung der Registerübereinstimmung sowie die Relativlage des Substratträgers (28) zur Positionierung des Drucks auf letzterem abstimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Sensoren (22', 24, 24', 24", 24"', 25, 25', 25", 25'", 30) zur Erfassung von Winkelpositionen (8, 8', 8", 8'") der teilfarbenbildübertragenden Elemente (14, 14', 14", 14"', 26, 26', 26", 26''') und der Winkelpositionen der Antriebsrolle (33) des Substratträgers (28) aufweist und der Rechner (12) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er die Winkelpositionen (8, 8', 8", 8"') der teilfarbenbildübertragenden Elemente (14, 14', 14", 14"', 26, 26', 26", 26'") untereinander zur Erzielung der Registerübereinstimmung sowie die Winkelpositionen (11, 11', 11", 11"') der Antriebsrolle (33) des Substratträgers (28) mit den vorgenannten Winkelpositionen (8, 8', 8", 8''') abstimmt.
