Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif pour monter et serrer des cylindres, notamment des cylindres d'impression, et pour les mettre en rotation dans des installations de galvanoplastie ou de traitement électrolytique, le dispositif étant adaptable en longueur relativement aux corps devant être revêtus et étant fixé aux parois frontales (1.2) d'un châssis, caractérisé
    - par deux glissières de guidage et de support (1.3 respectivement 2.1) disposées symétriquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du dispositif à côté et au-dessus de l'installation de traitement électrolytique,
    - par deux chariots (1.4 respectivement 2.3) fixés de manière mobile sur les glissières de guidage et comportant chacun un fourreau de maintien (1.6 respectivement 2.4) pour le cylindre, ainsi que
    - par des broches ou vis de déplacement de réglage et d'immobilisation (1.5) pour les chariots, qui sont agencées de manière centrée par rapport aux glissières de guidage et de façon décalée par rapport à celles-ci,
    les glissières de guidage étant fixées aux deux parois frontales (1.2) du dispositif et les broches ou vis y étant montées sur palier.
  2. Dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon la revendication 1, par ailleurs caractérisé en ce que les glissières de guidage et les broches sont agencées de manière telle, que ni le serrage des cylindres, ni leur rotation ne modifie la position des glissières de guidage par rapport aux broches, ou n'entrave la conformation rectiligne de l'axe broche-cylindre-broche.
  3. Dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon la revendication 2, par ailleurs caractérisé en ce que les broches sont motorisées des deux côtés et sont agencées mobiles de manière identique et selon des sens opposés par rapport au centre du dispositif.
  4. Dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon la revendication 2 ou 3, par ailleurs caractérisé en ce que les fourreaux, dans les chariots, sont conçus rotatifs, étanches et conduisant le courant.
  5. Dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon la revendication 4, par ailleurs caractérisé en ce que les chariots sont conçus de manière à pouvoir être aisément détachés des glissières de guidage.
  6. Dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, par ailleurs caractérisé en ce qu'après la mise en place du cylindre d'impression, le dispositif fonctionne automatiquement au moyen de systèmes de régulation et de commande intégrés.
  7. Utilisation du dispositif de serrage et de mise en rotation selon les revendications 1 à 6, pour le montage sécurisé par serrage et la mise en rotation de cylindres, notamment de cylindres d'impression, plus particulièrement dans des bains d'électrolyte, du courant continu étant amené au cylindre en vue de munir la surface extérieure du cylindre d'un revêtement métallique.
  8. Utilisation selon la revendication 7, par ailleurs caractérisée en ce que l'on monte et traite simultanément plus d'un cylindre à la fois, au moyen de pièces d'adaptation appropriées.
