Claims (4)
- Regelorgan (2) zur Steuerung einer Druckverstärkung von Kraftstoff für einen Kraftstoffinjektor, der einen Druckverstärker (3) mit einem niederdruckseitigen Steuerraum (32) und einem hochdruckseitigen Arbeitsraum (33) aufweist,wobei der Steuerraum (32) über eine Druckleitung (11, 38) mit einer Druckversorgung (1), die ein unter Druck stehendes Medium enthält, verbunden istund der Arbeitsraum (33) an eine Kraftstoffeinspritzleitung (41, 37) angeschlossen ist,wobei das Regelorgan in der Druckleitung (11, 38) zwischen der Druckversorgung (1) und dem Steuerraum (32) des Druckverstärkers (3) angeordnet ist undeinen Aktor (291, 68),eine Zulauföffnung (211), die an die Druckversorgung (1) angeschlossen ist,eine erste Ablauföffnung (213), die an den Druckverstärker (3) angeschlossen ist,eine zweite Ablauföffnung (214), die drucklos gehalten wird,und einen in einer Ventilkammer (22) beweglich angeordneten federbelasteten Ventilkolben (23) aufweist,wobei der Ventilkolben (23) mit dem Aktor (291, 68) in einer Wirkverbindung (28, 64, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74) steht und zwischen einer Stellung, bei der eine Strömungsverbindung in der Ventilkammer (22) zwischen der Zulauföffnung (211) und ersten Ablauföffnung (213) hergestellt ist, und einer Stellung, bei der eine Strömungsverbindung in der Ventilkammer (22) zwischen der ersten Ablauföffnung (213) und der zweiten Ablauföffnung (214) hergestellt ist, geschaltet wird,wobei der federbelastete Ventilkolben (23) in seiner Ruhestellung, in der er vom Aktor (211, 68) nicht betätigt ist, sich in der Stellung befindet, bei der eine Strömungsverbindung in der Ventilkammer (22) zwischen der Zulauföffnung (211) und der ersten Ablauföffnung (213) hergestellt ist,und in der vom Aktor ausgelösten Schaltstellung sich in der Stellung befindet, bei der eine Strömungsverbindung in der Ventilkammer (22) zwischen der ersten Ablauföffnung (213) und der zweiten Ablauföffnung (214) hergestellt ist,ein Gehäuse (21) eine zweistufige zylindrische Innenbohrung als Ventilkammer (22) aufweist, bei der ein erster kegelförmiger Ventilsitz (223) im stufigen Übergangsbereich ausgebildet ist,wobei das Gehäuse (21) weiter eine in die Ventilkammer (22) vorspringende Deckelanordnung (26, 27) aufweist, auf der ein zweiter kegelförmiger Ventilsitz (271) ausgebildet ist,wobei der Ventilkolben (23) eine zweistufige zylindrische Außenform aufweist, bei der eine erste kegelförmige Dichtfläche (233) im stufigen Übergangsbereich ausgebildet ist,wobei der Ventilkolben (23) weiter eine Sackbohrung (24) aufweist, in der eine zweite kegelförmige Dichtfläche (243) ausgebildet ist,wobei der Ventilkolben (23) in seiner Ruhestellung mit seiner zweiten kegelförmigen Dichtfläche (243) auf dem zweiten kegelförmigen Ventilsitz (271) in der Deckelanordnung (26, 27) aufsitzt, undwobei der Ventilkolben (23) in seiner Schaltstellung mit seiner ersten kegelförmigen Dichtfläche (233) auf dem ersten kegelförmigen Ventilsitz (223) im stufigen Übergangsbereich aufsitzt.
- Regelorgan gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Drossel (25) in der Strömungsverbindung zwischen der ersten Ablauföffnung (213) und der zweiten Ablauföffnung (214) vorgesehen ist.
- Regelorgan gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aktor ein elektromagnetisch gesteuerter Aktor mit einer Magnetspule (291) ist, der eine magnetische Kraft auf einem am Ventilkolben (23) angebrachten Anker (28) ausüben kann.
- Regelorgan gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aktor ein piezoelektrischer Aktor (68) ist, der ein Ventil (70, 71, 72) betätigen kann, das einen hydraulischen Druck des Mediums auf den Ventilkolben (23) in einem Steuerraum (64) steuert.
