Claims (14)

  1. Vanne de rinçage, comprenant un organe de régulation du débit (6) et un corps de vanne formant récipient (2) qui est intérieurement creux et muni d'une valve d'évent (2c) et connecté à sa base (2a) à un tube (3) en étant disposé, en état d'utilisation, au-dessus de ce tube (3) destiné au passage d'un écoulement de liquide provenant d'un moyen de pompage, ledit tube (3) étant muni d'un étrangleur Venturi tubulaire (4) situé directement en amont dudit corps de vanne (2), lequel corps de vanne (2) présente, dans sa partie intérieure supérieure, une première membrane (5) destinée à pousser ledit organe de régulation du débit (6) pour obturer ledit étrangleur (4), ledit organe de régulation du débit (6) flottant normalement dans ledit corps creux (2), ladite première membrane (5) étant connectée à au moins un réservoir (7) destiné à contenir du liquide incompressible et connecté à la cavité interne (2b) dudit corps de vanne intérieurement creux (2), caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de régulation du débit (6) se compose d'au moins une paire de corps (8, 9) qui sont interconnectés au moyen d'une aile (10), un premier corps (8) agissant comme flotteur et un second corps (9) étant sphérique et agissant en tant que lest et obturation pour ledit étrangleur Venturi tubulaire (4).
  2. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier corps flottant (8) est de forme sphérique.
  3. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les diamètres desdits corps sphériques (8, 9) sont différents l'un de l'autre, le diamètre dudit premier corps (8) étant plus grand que le diamètre dudit second corps (9).
  4. Vanne de rinçage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps de vanne (2) est connecté audit tube (3) par interposition d'un premier conduit de connexion (3a) ayant un diamètre calibré.
  5. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre dudit premier conduit de connexion (3a) est compris entre les diamètres desdits premier (8) et second (9) corps sphériques de l'organe de régulation du débit (6).
  6. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit réservoir (7) est connecté à ladite cavité interne (2b) dudit corps de vanne (2) au moyen d'un second conduit correspondant qui mène à une zone supérieure de contact entre ladite première membrane (5) et le haut de ladite cavité interne (2b) du corps de vanne (2).
  7. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le passage en section transversale dudit second conduit peut être ajusté grâce à un moyen d'étranglement (11).
  8. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen (11) d'étranglement du passage en section transversale dudit second conduit est constitué par un sélecteur cylindrique (12) qui est monté de manière à être rotatif transversalement et hermétiquement dans ledit passage en section transversale et est muni de trous traversants ayant des diamètres prédéfinis, la rotation dudit sélecteur (12) alignant avec le passage en section transversale un trou ayant un diamètre sélectionnable.
  9. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit réservoir (7) est agencé de manière externe par rapport à ladite cavité (2b) du corps de vanne (2).
  10. Vanne de rinçage selon les revendications 6 et 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit réservoir (7) et le haut de la cavité (2b) du corps de vanne (2) sont formés de manière contiguë dans un organe (13) assurant la fermeture supérieure dudit corps de vanne (2).
  11. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit réservoir (7) se compose d'une cavité hémisphérique (7a) qui est formée dans ledit organe de fermeture supérieure (13) et est hermétiquement fermée dans une zone basse avec une seconde membrane élastiquement déformable (14).
  12. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que lesdites première (5) et seconde (14) membranes ont la forme de dômes sphériques,
  13. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins ladite première membrane (5) présente, sur sa face dirigée vers ledit organe de régulation du débit (6), une dent (15) destinée à venir en contact avec ledit premier corps sphérique flottant (8).
  14. Vanne de rinçage selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que lesdites première (5) et seconde (14) membranes sont formées en un corps monolithique simple.
