Claims (17)

  1. Assemblage pour contacter des conducteurs en feuille plats d'une feuille (3), comportant au moins un contact (2) avec une première région (20) destinée à la connexion avec le conducteur en feuille plat, et une deuxième région (21) destinée à l'établissement d'un contact ultérieur et comportant un boîtier (1) destiné à recevoir le contact, le boîtier comportant une première partie (10) avec une section avant (12) comportant au moins une chambre de contact (13) pour recevoir la deuxième région du contact, et une section arrière (16) pour recevoir la première section du contact et le conducteur en feuille plat, et une deuxième partie (11), servant de couverture de la section arrière,
    caractérisé en ce que la première région du contact comporte une plaque de base (22) comportant au moins une couronne dentée (23, 23') comportant plusieurs dents (24);
    la deuxième partie du boîtier comporte des évidements (35) pour recevoir les dents de la couronne dentée et ayant la forme d'une pièce moulée, de sorte que lors de l'application de la deuxième partie sur la première partie, les dents de la couronne dentée pénètrent à travers le conducteur en feuille et le contactent, la deuxième partie pouvant être déplacée d'une position d'insertion, dans laquelle le contact et la feuille peuvent être insérés avec le conducteur en feuille plat dans le boîtier, la deuxième partie étant reliée de manière imperdable avec le boîtier, dans une position d'extrémité, dans laquelle le conducteur en feuille plat est contacté, la deuxième partie étant reliée au boîtier.

  7. Assemblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie peut être soudée par ultrasons sur la feuille dans la position d'extrémité.
  8. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs couronnes dentées sont agencées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale du contact.
  9. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les évidements comportent une face inclinée, entraînant le pliage vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur des dents lors de du positionnement de la deuxième partie dans la position d'extrémité.
  10. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie et la section arrière du boîtier comportent des montants (38) et des ouvertures (39) complémentaires servant de décharge de traction et de fixation par pénétration à travers la feuille au niveau de trous prédéterminés.
  11. Assemblage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les montants (38) et les ouvertures (39) comportent des moyens d'encliquetage complémentaires (40), fixant la deuxième partie dans la position d'extrémité.
  12. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie comporte des nervures (36) pour retenir la feuille dans sa position et pour la fixer.
  13. Assemblage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (36à sont composées d'un matériau à déformation élastique.
  14. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier comporte une butée (33) pour la feuille.
  15. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie comporte des ouvertures de fenêtre (34) pour déterminer la position de la feuille.
  16. Assemblage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième partie est guidée de force dans la position d'extrémité.
  17. Assemblage selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier peut être inséré dans une enceinte, la deuxième partie étant guidée de force dans sa position d'extrémité lors de l'insertion.
