Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Motors, wobei ein Zylinderkopf (50) mit wenigstens einer Einspritzdüsenaussparung (56) zur Aufnahme einer Einspritzdüse (18) an einem Motorblock (52) mit wenigstens einer Einspritzpumpenaussparung (58) zur Aufnahme einer Einspritzpumpe (12) angebracht wird, und die Einspritzdüsenaussparung (56) und die Einspitzpumpenaussparung (58), wenn der Zylinderkopf (50) an dem Motorblock (52) angebracht wurde, zumindest im wesentlichen parallel ausgerichtet sind, und im Anschluß ein Einspritzzusammenbau (10) mit wenigstens einer Einspritzdüse (18), einer Einspritzpumpe (12) und einer Einspritzleitung (16) zur Verbindung der Einspritzdüse (18) mit der Einspritzpumpe (12) an dem Zylinderblock (50) und dem Motorblock (52) angebaut wird, wobei die Einspritzdüse (18) und die Einspritzpumpe (12) jeweils eine Längsachse aufweisen, welche zumindest im wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Einspritzpumpe (12), die Einspritzleitung (16) und die Einspritzdüse (18) zusammen als ein vor dem Einbau vormontierter Einspritzzusammenbau (70) zumindest im wesentlichen gleichzeitig in die entsprechenden Aussparungen (56, 58) eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einspritzzusammenbau (10) einen Nockenfolger (14) aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Einspritzdüse (18) an dem Zylinderkopf (50) mittels eines ersten Befestigungsmittels (62) und/oder die Einspritzpumpe (12) an dem Motorblock (52) mittels eines zweiten Befestigungsmittels (66) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das zweite Befestigungsmittel (62, 66) durch Gewindebolzen (64, 68) in Aussparungen (60, 66), die in dem Zylinderkopf (50) bzw. dem Motorblock (52) parallel zu der Einspritzdüsenaussparung (56) und der Einspritzpumpenaussparung (58) angeordnet sind, gehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einspritzzusammenbau (10) vor dem Einbau auf Undichtigkeiten geprüft wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einspritzzusammenbau (10) vor dem Einbau, insbesondere zur Erzielung einer gewünschten Kraftstoffausgabe, kalibriert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Einbau des Einspritzzusammenbaus (10) eine Nockenwelle (34) in den Motorblock (52) eingebaut wird.
- Einspritzzusammenbau (10) mit einer Einspritzpumpe (12), einer Einspritzdüse (18) und wenigstens einer Einspritzleitung (16), insbesondere geeignet zur Verwendung in einem Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Einspritzdüse (18) und die Einspritzpumpe (12) jeweils eine Längsachse aufweisen, welche zumindest im wesentlichen parallel angeordnet sind.
