Definitions
- a glass fiber concrete element for a noise barrier which consists of two U-shaped shells provided with holes, which form a hollow box in which sound-absorbing mats are located.
- the manufacture and installation of such a noise barrier element is time-consuming.
- the hollow box made up of the shells still contains reverberation space.
- the glass fiber concrete also consists of chopped glass fibers that are distributed non-directionally in the concrete and do not allow optimal reinforcement of the concrete.
- noise barrier element Another disadvantage of this noise barrier element according to the prior art Technology is that the sound-absorbing mat in it is in contact with the Time can shift so that there is an area at the top of the noise barrier arises, which no longer contains insulating material. Above all, this can then happen when strong wind and wetness come through the holes in the Noise protection element penetrates.
- the selection of the mat is therefore more the criterion of stability, as according to the quality of sound absorption, which at a certain density and quality of the mat has an optimum.
- the object of the invention is to make a noise protection wall element easier to set up to indicate from a sound-absorbing mat surrounded by concrete, whose sound absorption remains constantly optimal even over long periods.
- An essential feature here is the use of a textile-reinforced concrete shell (Reinforcement preferably made of textile mats, not individual fibers), which contains sound-absorbing mats without a cavity, which mate with the surrounding Concrete shell have a composite. In this way, one Relocation of the mats is effectively prevented and it is possible to mats everyone any condition (including those that otherwise collapse immediately would) be fixed within the concrete shell in a dimensionally stable manner.
- a textile-reinforced concrete shell Reinforcement preferably made of textile mats, not individual fibers
- the concrete shell has perforations on the side facing the sound, through which the incident sound can pass into the sound-absorbing mat, preferably rock wool, located behind it. Due to the bond between the mats and the concrete shell, the holes can be made larger than if the mats were loosely inserted in the concrete shell or were only attached at their ends.
- the thin concrete perforated shell, the z. B. can also consist of shotcrete, preferably has stiffening ribs, which are preferably also reinforced with textile mats. It is then also preferred to insert the sound-absorbing mats between these rib edging.
- the sound absorbing mat behind the perforations, e.g. B. made of rock wool, has a connection to the concrete for fixing within the box at least to more than 5 percent, preferably more than 50 percent of their contact surface to the concrete shell and relatively evenly distributed over the surface. Either it is glued to the already firm shell with an adhesive, or it is pressed into the still fresh concrete.
- An unperforated, textile mat-reinforced shell is attached or produced on the back of the sound-absorbing mat, which preferably also has a connection to the mat. If the noise protection element is also to absorb noise on its rear side, this shell also has holes like the front side.
- the reinforcing textile mats can be used as a fabric, but also as a fleece become.
- non-combustible fibers glass fibers, aluminum oxide fibers, or tensile fibers from other oxides or mixtures of oxides by elements of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th main or subgroup of the Periodic Table of the Elements
- flame-retardant fibers carbon fibers, aramid fibers, fibers from the nitrides or mixtures of nitrides of the elements of the 3rd, 4th or 5th main or subgroup
- fibers that convert to flame-retardant or non-flammable tensile fibers when heated in the absence of air such as.
- B. polyacrylonitrile fibers (the final stage is the carbon fiber) can in principle be used as reinforcement.
- the textile-reinforced concrete shell is also to be used the stiffening ribs on the back have a basis weight of 75 If possible, do not exceed kilograms per square meter. This is also achievable if the shotcrete shell with a thickness of about 10 millimeters is performed.
- Fig. 1 shows in section an embodiment of the invention Noise protection element with shell closed at the rear 3.

Abstract
