Description
Auf der von außerhalb der Vorrichtung betätigbaren Welle ist koaxial mit dieser als Betätigungsmittel eine mehrteilige Kurvenscheibe angeordnet, an deren Umfangsfläche ein die elektrische Verbindung beim Überschreiten eines Schaltpunktes schaltendes Schaltmittel in Form eines Schaltstößels anliegt. Die insgesamt drei Teile der Kurvenscheibe werden bei der Montage der Vorrichtung zueinander in der Drehrichtung der Welle eingestellt und fixiert. Sie definieren durch ihnen zugeordnete Schaltflanken auf der Umfangsfläche der Kurvenscheibe die Position und die Ausdehnung einer Schaltkerbe für den Schaltstößel.
Das Einstellmittel steht vorzugsweise in Gewinde-, Klemm- oder Rastverbindung mit der Welle.
Alternativ zur Verwendung einer Kurvenscheibe kommt auch ein ein- oder mehrarmiger Hebel in Betracht, der mit dem Schaltmittel zusammenwirkt.
Die Welle weist im Bereich des Betätigungsmittels vorzugsweise einen geringeren Durchmesser auf als außerhalb der Vorrichtung. Die Welle kann im Bereich des Betätigungsmittels mit einer oder mit zwei diametral gegenüber liegenden, parallelen Flächen versehen sein, deren Abstand der Länge der kürzeren Kante des Rechtecks entspricht, wodurch eine noch exaktere Führung des Betätigungsmittels in radialer Richtung in Bezug auf die Welle gewährleistet ist.
Die Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise an einem Gehäuse der Schutzeinrichtung oder an der Werkzeugmaschine selbst festlegbar, wogegen die Welle mit der Gelenkstange oder dem Scharnierbolzen einer an dem Gehäuse angelenkten Schutztür oder Schutzhaube, beispielsweise mittels einer Verbindungsmuffe, verbunden ist.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Schalten einer elektrischen Verbindung, insbesondere Scharnierschalter (1), mit einer von außerhalb der Vorrichtung betätigbaren Welle (3) und einem an dieser angeordneten Betätigungsmittel, das mit einem die elektrische Verbindung beim Überschreiten eines Schaltpunktes schaltenden Schaltmittel zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsmittel mittels eines Einstellmitteis in Bezug auf die Welle (3) in radialer und/oder axialer Richtung derart verschiebbar ist, daß der Schaltpunkt auf eine vorgebbare Winkelposition der Welle (3) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellmittel einen in Bezug auf das Betätigungsmittel ortsfesten, aber drehbaren Gewindestift (7) umfaßt, der in eine Gewindebohrung der Welle (3) einschraubbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindestift (7) in einer Aufnahme in dem Betätigungsmittel aufgenommen ist und daß die Gewindebohrung radial in die Welle (3) eingebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsmittel mittels mindestens eines Wellensicherungsringes (13) hinsichtlich seiner axialen Position auf der Welle (3) fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsmittel eine Kurvenscheibe (4) umfaßt, die an mindestens einer Stelle ihrer Umfangsfläche (24) einen von der idealen Kreisform abweichenden und mit dem Schaltmittel zusammenwirkenden Abschnitt aufweist, vorzugsweise einem kerbenförmigen Einschnitt(25).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellmittel gegenüber der mit dem Schaltmittel zusammenwirkenden Umfangsfläche (24) der Kurvenscheibe (4) axial versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenscheibe (4) vorzugsweise zentrisch eine rechteckförmige Öffnung (26, 27) aufweist, durch welche die Welle (3) oder ein abgesetzter Endabschnitt (15) der Welle (3) hindurchtritt, und daß die Länge der kürzeren Seite (26) des Rechtecks (26, 27) dem Durchmesser der Welle im Bereich der Kurvenscheibe entspricht und die Länge der längeren Seite (27) des Rechtecks den Einstellbereich für das Betätigungsmittel begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltmittel einen Schaltstößel (6) umfaßt, der vorzugsweise an einem dem Betätigungsmittel abgewandten Abschnitt mindestens einen Kontakt (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) der zu schaltenden elektrischen Verbindung trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellmittel von außerhalb der Vorrichtung zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Welle (3) außerhalb der Vorrichtung mit einer Gelenkstange oder einem Scharnierbolzen verbindbar ist.
