Each of these machines has at least one input unit, over which the individual empties containers stand him or lying or empty containers for further processing be fed. Depending on the structure of the machine, connect a separation unit to the input unit, in the individually entered containers are spaced apart, before they go through a detection unit. These recognition units work with mechanical sensors, light barriers, laser arrangements, Camera measurement technology etc. and are used for recording the type of each container. If a container is considered not recognized as part of the return range, it is sorted in a sorting unit sorted out and z. B. a return shaft or one Collection container supplied for such containers. In the event of of empties containers with deposit takes place in the detection unit in addition to the qualitative recording also a quantitative recording the container. This data is fed to a control unit which calculates the deposit and z. B. the output of a Pfandbons caused. At the end of processing, the containers or the container boxes into an output unit from the machine promoted and one belonging to the empties logistics system Meeting point fed.
Transport routes are provided in the machine on which the containers are conveyed from unit to unit. With these Transport routes can, for example, be conveyor belts, Trade slides, shafts and gripping arms.
Since the empty containers usually contain residual liquid, that can escape during handling in the return machine, heavy soiling occurs after a certain operating time of processing units, transport routes, sensors etc., which affect the functionality of the machine. The return machines are state of the art therefore cleaned manually at certain intervals. Which is very complex and under the limited space in the machine also difficult, so that the quality of the cleaning suffers. This cleaning activity can also cause damage come from built-in parts of the machine.
The object of the present invention is to overcome these disadvantages state of the art.
This task is the beginning of a return machine mentioned type in that at least one unit and / or at least one transport route with cleaning devices is or are equipped for self-cleaning.
According to the invention, there are cleaning devices in the return machines integrated. These can be provided constructively be reached that otherwise difficult to reach places become. Problems due to limited space it doesn't, since the cleaning facilities are already on site and Position. This is an optimal and efficient cleaning of the redemption machine possible. Damage as with manual The invention also makes cleaning possible avoided. In addition, working time is saved because the return machine cleans itself, so to speak.
Activation of the self-cleaning of the machine can be done can be realized in different ways. For one, fixed Cleaning intervals are provided, the invention in Connection with a timer offers the possibility that Cleaning outside of working hours, e.g. B. in the night. Cleaning is also possible as required, the degree of contamination manually by inspection or in an advantageous embodiment of the present Invention by sensors, so it is automatically detected. The Data recorded by these sensors can be stored in the central Control unit of the machine, which are transmitted at a predetermined degree of contamination the normal operation of the machine stops and initiates self-cleaning. When in a supermarket o. The like. There are several machines, i.e. the decommissioning a machine can be coped with, the Switch to self-cleaning mode immediately. Otherwise with the appropriate programming, the Self-cleaning delayed, e.g. B. moved into the night become.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the cleaning devices exist from nozzles to act on the to be cleaned Surfaces with a cleaning medium, with additional brushing can be provided, which abut the surfaces to be cleaned and translatory, rotary and / or oscillating can move or stand still if the one to be cleaned Surface, for example a conveyor belt, passed them becomes . The cleaning medium is sprayed through the nozzles with low or High pressure directed to the parts to be cleaned, so that dirt be rinsed off using existing brushes Support cleaning process. As cleaning media such. B. Water or other liquids in cold or heated Form, water-cold cleaner mixtures, liquid mist with ultrasonic swirling and hot steam in question.
It is also advantageous if the functionally relevant cleaning parts with a special surface coating are provided, which have a low adhesion of dust and Dirt parts guaranteed, e.g. B. layers using nanotechnologies are upset.
For the complete removal of liquid residues Blowers are used, the warm or cold air on the cleaned Blow parts.
To protect sensitive assemblies, e.g. B. electronics assemblies, it is in a further embodiment of the invention Advantage if the areas of the take-back machine to be cleaned are encapsulated in relation to the other areas, so that these others Areas not with the cleaning medium and the loosened Parts of dirt come into contact. To the functionality of light barriers, optical sensors and image recognition devices The encapsulation in the effective area must not be impaired of these devices made translucent.
In one embodiment of the invention are below the cleaning areas collecting trays for the cleaning medium and the loosened dirt arranged. It is advisable if these sumps are also an integral part of the Encapsulation of the areas to be cleaned are where they are the bottom Form the end of the encapsulation. After all, it makes sense to provide the drip pans with a drain through which the soiled cleaning medium derived and z. B. a reprocessing plant can be supplied.

Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Flaschen-Rücknahmeautomat besteht im
wesentlichen aus einer Flascheneingabeeinheit 1, einer Transportstrecke
2, einer Flaschenerkennungseinheit 3 und einer Flaschenausgabeeinheit
The bottle return machine shown in Fig. 1 consists of

In Fig. 1 are dashed
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch die Transportstrecke 2
das Förderband 5 hindurchläuft, seitlich geführt.4 shows a cross section through the
vorzugsweise warmes Wasser, handeln.
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the transport route is

Modus leer.
At this point it should be noted that in the self-cleaning mode

If the desired cleaning effect is achieved, which z. B.

Wassers einbindet. The lower part of the
angeordnet. Da in der Flaschenerkennungseinheit 3 mit optischen
Systemen, also Lichtstrahlen benutzenden Systemen gearbeitet
In the case of the smaller self-cleaning area shown in FIG. 1

Im Falle des erweiterten Selbstreinigungsbereiches 8 (Fig.

Sinne gekammert werden. In the case of the extended self-cleaning area 8 (Fig.

The flow diagram shown in Fig. 2 for a return machine

verschmutzten Reinigungsflüssigkeit einen Abfluß 33 aufweist.3, 6 and 7 is a return machine for bottle crates

In this embodiment, the entire run distance
