Abstract
Description
- durch Hinkebewegungen der Öffnungstrommeln entstehen vor allem bei hohen Leistungen Schwingungen, welche die Laufruhe mindern und eine wesentlich stärkere Ausbildung der Bauteile notwendig machen. Der konstruktive Aufwand wird somit wesentlich erhöht.
- Die minimale Geschwindigkeit der Druckbogen beim Abwerfen auf die Sammelkette besteht nur in einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt und ist damit lediglich für ein ganz bestimmtes Format optimal. Bei einer Formatumstellung müsste die Transportvorrichtung umgerüstet werden.

Claims (6)
- Transportvorrichtung für Druckbogen (11) mit zwei um parallele Achsen (5, 6) gegeneinander angetriebenen Trommeln (3, 4), die jeweils ein Druckprodukt (11) am Trommelumfang fassen und rittlings auf ein Transportmittel (2) abwerfen, welches Transportmittel die Druckprodukte (11) parallel zu den Trommelachsen (5, 6) transportiert, wobei auf den Trommeln (3, 4) Rollen (13, 27) angeordnet sind, die jeweils einen Bogen (11) in der Transportrichtung (25) des Transportmittels (2) beschleunigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachsen (15) der Rollen (13, 27) so zur Transportrichtung (25) des Transportmittels (2) geneigt sind, dass sie die Druckprodukte (11) beim Abwerfen auf das Transportmittel (2) in eine Richtung beschleunigen, welche der Trommelumfangsgeschwindigkeit (24) entgegengerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Rollen (13, 27) einen Schrägungswinkel (α) von weniger als 45° aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrägungswinkel (α) im Bereich von 10 bis 20° liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schrägungswinkel (α) etwa 15° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (13, 27) bienenkorbförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Trommeln (3, 4) Öffnungstrommeln sind, welche gefalzte Bogen (11) einzel öffnen und rittlings auf ein als Sammelkette ausgebildetes Transportmittel (2) abwerfen.
