- Paillasson pour intérieur et extérieur, servant notamment de structure composite pour revêtement de sol, comprenant une multitude de soies, bandes de moquette et/ou éléments profilés armés de manière similaire qui sont reliés entre eux de manière séparable par des éléments de liaison (connecteurs de tapis) élastiques dissociables de ces derniers, éléments de liaison sur lesquels les éléments profilés reposent du moins partiellement par leur surface inférieure et qui comportent une surface antidérapante et des éléments de fixation s'étendant vers le haut depuis la surface supérieure opposée et placés à distance les uns des autres, qui s'engrènent au niveau fixation dans des orifices prévus sur la surface inférieure d'éléments profilés voisins de manière à ce que les éléments profilés voisins soient reliés de manière amovible avec une distance entre eux,
caractérisé en ce que
chaque élément de liaison (2) comporte trois pièces (11, 12, 13) en forme de plaques parallèles entre elles qui sont reliées entre elles à la manière d'une charnière par leurs arêtes longitudinales voisines, la pièce centrale (12) étant composée d'une matière plastique relativement molle et les autres pièces (11 et 13) placées à l'extérieur d'une matière plastique relativement dure, que les éléments profilés voisins les uns des autres (1) ne reposent partiellement par leur surface inférieure (7) que respectivement sur la surface supérieure (16) de la pièce placée à l'extérieur associée (11 ou 13), d'où respectivement un élément de fixation (15) s'étendant sur la longueur de cette dernière et présentant un profil des section transversale en forme d'ardillon s'étend vers le haut dans une rainure de contre-palier (10) réalisée en conséquence sur la surface inférieure (7) de l'élément profilé associé (1) et est fixé dans celle-ci, que la pièce centrale (12) de l'élément de liaison (2) est disposée, en enjambant la distance (16) entre les éléments profilés voisins les uns des autres (1), entre les arêtes longitudinales (17) opposées des éléments profilés (1) et comporte au centre un élément de stabilisation (20) se dressant à la verticale sur sa surface supérieure (19) et s'étendant sur sa longueur, dont les arêtes longitudinales supérieures (21) se trouvent dans le plan (22) des surfaces supérieures (4) des éléments profilés à distance de ceux-ci et que les pièces placées à l'extérieur (11 et 13) peuvent pivoter par rapport à la pièce centrale (12) vers le bas ou vers le haut dans une position dans laquelle les surfaces inférieures (7) reliées aux pièces placées à l'extérieur (11 et 13) de l'élément de liaison (2) des éléments profilés voisins les uns des autres (1) sont opposées les unes des autres ou dans laquelle les éléments profilés voisins les uns des autres (1) viennent buter par leurs côtés longitudinaux opposés (5) sur les arêtes longitudinales supérieures (21) de l'élément de stabilisation (20) de la pièce centrale (12) de l'élément de liaison (2). - Paillasson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (2) sont fabriqués d'une pièce et les charnières (18) entre la pièce centrale (12) et les pièces placées à l'extérieur (11 et 13) sont formées par des amincissements du matériau.
- Paillasson selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profil de section transversale en forme d'ardillon de l'élément de fixation (15) est constitué d'une première section relativement courte (40) s'étendant de la surface supérieure (16) de la pièce placée à l'extérieur associée (11 ou 13) de l'élément de liaison (2) verticalement vers le haut, d'une deuxième section plus longue (41) disposée parallèlement à celle-ci et au dessus de celle-ci et qui s'étend dans un plan (43) décalé vers l'intérieur par rapport au plan (42) de la première section (40) et dont l'extrémité inférieure (44) est reliée à l'extrémité supérieure (45) de la première section (40) par une troisième section (46) s'étendant en angle vers le haut et constituant une butée, d'une quatrième section (47) qui s'étend de l'extrémité supérieure (48) de la deuxième section (41), en formant un crochet orienté vers l'extérieur et suivant un angle de 45°, vers le bas, ainsi que d'un bec de butée (49) orienté vers l'intérieur qui est réalisé à hauteur du tiers supérieur de la deuxième section (41) sur celle-ci, tandis que l'extrémité inférieure (50) de la quatrième section (47) et le bec de butée (49) orienté vers l'intérieur sont en engrènement avec des surfaces de butée (51 ou 52) disposées en correspondance de la rainure de contre-palier (10) associée des éléments profilés voisins (1) avec du jeu au mouvement.
- Paillasson selon une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le profil de section transversale en forme d'ardillon de l'élément de fixation (15) est composé d'une première section (31) s'étendant de la surface supérieure (16) de la pièce placée à l'extérieur (11 ou 13) de l'élément de liaison (2) verticalement vers le haut et qui présente dans le tiers inférieur un plus grand diamètre que la première section restante (31) ainsi qu'une nervure de butée (32) orientée vers l'intérieur, ainsi que d'une deuxième section (34) orientée vers l'extérieur à l'extrémité (33) de la première section (31) sous forme d'un ressort de butée comportant une première branche orientée horizontalement vers l'extérieur (35) et une deuxième branche orientée vers l'intérieur (37), le ressort de butée (35, 37) et la nervure de butée (32) s'engrenant sur la paroi intérieure (38) de la rainure de contre-palier (10) et la première branche (35) du ressort de butée (35, 37) étant associée avec du jeu à une surface de contre-palier horizontale (38) de la paroi intérieure (38) de la rainure de contre-palier (10).
- Paillasson selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de stabilisation (20) -vu en section transversale- est composé d'une première section (23) s'étendant verticalement vers le haut depuis la pièce centrale (12) de l'élément de liaison (2) et comprenant des nervures de renforcement (24) prévues à hauteur du troisième tiers qui dépassent respectivement du côté longitudinal associé (25) de la première section (23) de telle sorte qu'à chaque fois une même distance (26) par rapport à l'élément profilé voisin (1) est respectée, tandis que la surface (27) opposée à l'élément profilé (1) de chaque nervure de renforcement (26) s'étend vers le haut suivant une inclinaison orientée par rapport à la première section (23) de l'élément de stabilisation (20) et, en cas de pivotement des pièces placées à l'extérieur (11 et 13) de l'élément de liaison (2) vers le haut à raison de 15°, constitue une butée pour l'élément profilé voisin (1) et que de deuxièmes sections (29) prévues des deux côtés en symétrie miroir s'étendent depuis l'extrémité supérieure (28) de la première section (23), ces deuxièmes sections s'étendant contre l'élément profilé voisin respectif (1) et leurs arêtes longitudinales supérieures (21) étant disposées dans le plan (22) des surfaces supérieures (4) des éléments profilés (1) à distance de ces derniers.
- Paillasson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes sections (29) disposées en symétrie miroir de l'élément de stabilisation (20) sont formées de manière à ce que la surface supérieure (30) formée par celles-ci de l'élément de stabilisation (20) soit plane.
- Paillasson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes sections (29) disposées en symétrie miroir de l'élément de stabilisation (20) sont formées de manière à ce que la surface supérieure (30) formée par celles-ci de l'élément de stabilisation (20) soit concave.
- Paillasson selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pièces placées à l'extérieur (11 et 13) et l'élément de stabilisation (20) de la pièce centrale (12) de l'élément de liaison (2) sont fabriqués en PVC dur et la base de la pièce centrale (12) de l'élément de liaison (2) est fabriquée en matière plastique molle (TPE).
- Paillasson selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes sections (29) disposées en symétrie miroir de l'élément de stabilisation (20) sont composées d'une matière plastique molle (TPE).
- Paillasson selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison (2) sont fabriqués au mètre par procédé de moulage par injection et découpés en adaptant leur longueur à la longueur des éléments profilés (1).
