Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum horizontalen Stranggießen von Bändern (22) mit einer an ein Aufnahmegefäß für eine Metallschmelze anschließbaren Kokille (2), deren mit einer Grafitauskleidung versehener, zwischen Kühlkörpern (4, 5) gebildeter Gießspalt (3) einen formgebenden Erstarrungsabschnitt (3a) und einen daran anschließenden Nachkühlabschnitt (3b) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der formgebende Erstarrungsabschnitt (3a) eine ein schwindungsbedingtes Abheben des Bandes (22) von der Grafitauskleidung sicherstellende Länge aufweist und daß die Grafitauskleidung im Bereich des Nachkühlabschnittes (3b) unter einer Vorspannung an das Band (22) flächig andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nachkühlabschnitt (3b) wenigstens einen quer zur anliegenden Oberfläche des gegossenen Bandes (22) verschiebbar gelagerten und im Andrücksinn an das Band (22) beaufschlagbaren Kühlkörper (5) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Nachkühlabschnitt (3b) zwei einander vertikal gegenüberliegende, vertikal verschiebbare Kühlkörper (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Beaufschlagung des Kühlkörpers (5) bzw. der Kühlkörper (5) Druckfedern (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grafitauskleidung im Bereich des Nachkühlabschnittes (3b) aus einem Kohlefaservlies (19) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kohlefaservlies 19 im Bereich des Nachkühlabschnittes (3b) zwischen den Kühlkörpern (5) und dem Band (22) elastisch vorgespannt ist.
