Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de levier de chargement pour montage dans une arme à chargement automatique (7) ou un pistolet automatique, avec une culasse (1) disposée de façon mobile dans la direction longitudinale de l'arbre (7), dans un boítier d'arme (8), avec :
    un support (4, 4') avec lequel la culasse (1) est déplaçable vers l'arrière, à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de fermeture (3), et
    un levier de chargement (10) susceptible d'être monté, par une de ses extrémités, lors de l'assemblage de l'arme (7), au choix sur l'un ou l'autre côté du support (4, 4') et s'étendant au moins sensiblement transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de l'arme (7) lors de son actionnement,
       caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif à levier de chargement présente le ressort de fermeture (3) et une tige de guidage de ressort (2) afférente,
    le levier de chargement (10), à l'état monté, est assuré à sa position par la tige de guidage de ressort (2), et
    le support (4, 4') présente un perçage traversant (14a, 14b, 14a', 14b') s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale, traversé par la tige de guidage de ressort (2).
  2. Dispositif de levier de chargement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (4, 4') est traversé par au moins un évidement (4c, 4c') s'étendant transversalement et le levier de chargement (10) est susceptible d'être introduit en au moins un évidement (4c, 4c').
  3. Dispositif de levier de chargement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier de chargement (10) présente au moins un perçage de maintien (12a, 12b) qui, lorsque le levier de chargement (10) est introduit, s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de l'arme et est traversé par la tige de guidage de ressort (2).
  4. Dispositif de levier de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, pour une arme de poing (7) avec un ressort de fermeture (3) et une tige de guidage de ressort (2) afférente, caractérisé en ce que la tige de guidage de ressort (2) s'étend à l'écart de l'axe médian de l'arme (3).
  5. Dispositif de levier de chargement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le levier de chargement (10) présente deux perçages de maintien (12a, 12b), dont l'un est traversé par la tige de guidage de ressort (2).
  6. Dispositif de levier de chargement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support (4, 4') est disposé devant la culasse (1).
