Claims (19)

  1. Einrichtung, umfassend:
    eine Arbeitsfläche (12), wie ein Transportband,
    eine erste Wand (10); und
    eine Vorrichtung (100) für den Näherungsschutz von Erzeugnissen, die auf der Arbeitsfläche angeordnet und gegenüber einer Verunreinigung durch die Umgebung empfindlich sind, durch Diffusion eines sterilen Luftstroms gemäß einer zu der Arbeitsfläche im wesentlichen senkrechten oder parallelen Richtung, wobei die Vorrichtung sich entlang der Arbeitsfläche erstreckt und wenigstens ein Ende aufweist, welches an der ersten Wand (10) angeordnet ist, derart, dass ein Luftzwischenraum (1) zwischen dem Ende und der ersten Wand vorhanden ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende durch eine zweite, poröse Wand aus perforiertem Material gebildet ist, welche sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Längsachse (X) der Vorrichtung erstreckt, wodurch in dem Zwischenraum (1) eine Ausströmung von steriler Luft, welche nach außen entgegengesetzt zur Arbeitsfläche (12) gerichtet ist, erzeugt wird, wobei diese Ausströmung von steriler Luft einem eventuellen Ansaugen von Umgebungsluft in den Zwischenraum zur Arbeitsfläche entgegenwirkt.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wand (10) eine Maschinenaustrittswand ist, welche mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die auf die Arbeitsfläche mündet.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wand eine Endwand einer anderen ähnlichen Vorrichtung ist, mit welcher sie eine Gesamtheit von Vorrichtungen für den Näherungsschutz von Erzeugnissen bildet, die auf einer Arbeitsfläche von großer Länge angeordnet und gegenüber einer von der Umgebung transportierten Verunreinigung empfindlich sind, wobei die Vorrichtungen Ende an Ende ohne mechanische Befestigung zwischen ihnen aneinander gesetzt sind.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Wand eine poröse Wand aus perforiertem Material ist, durch welche eine Ausströmung von steriler Luft erzeugt wird, die nach außen entgegengesetzt zur Arbeitsfläche gerichtet ist.
  5. Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Hülle (101, 102, 103) aus biegsamem Material umfasst, die einen sterilen Luftstrom gemäß einer vertikalen, zu der Arbeitsfläche (12) im wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung diffundieren lässt, umfasst, wobei die Hülle aus einer quasi-dichten oberen Wand und einer porösen, aus einem biegsamen perforierten Material hergestellten unteren Wand gebildet wird, welche sich longitudinal gemäß der Achse (X) der Hülle erstrecken und zwischen sich eine Zuführleitung für sterile Luft begrenzen, und wobei die Hülle ein Ende aufweist, das durch eine poröse, aus einem biegsamen perforierten Material hergestellte Wand gebildet wird.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwand und die longitudinale poröse untere Wand der Hülle aus einem Material mit gleicher Porosität hergestellt sind.
  7. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das biegsame perforierte Material, welches die longitudinale untere poröse Wand und die Endwand der Hülle bildet, ein synthetisches Gewebe, wie ein Polyester- oder Polypropylengewebe ist.
  8. Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede longitudinale Kante der longitudinalen oberen quasi-dichten Wand der Hülle durch eine Schürze (104, 105) verlängert ist, die sich vertikal in Richtung der Arbeitsfläche (12) erstreckt und die ein Mittel zur Diffusion von steriler Luft mit schneller Geschwindigkeit bezogen auf die longitudinale untere poröse Wand der Hülle, die sterile Luft mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit diffundieren lässt, bildet.
  9. Einrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vielzahl von Hüllen (101, 102, 103) aus biegsamem Material umfasst, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, derart, dass ihre Achsen (X) parallel sind und in ein und derselben Ebene parallel zu der Arbeitsfläche angeordnet sind, wobei die Hüllen (101, 102, 103) die gesamte Breite der Arbeitsfläche (12) überdecken.
  10. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere longitudinale Kante der oberen quasi-dichten Wand der Hülle (101, 103), welche sich an jedem Ende der Nebeneinanderanordnung von Hüllen befindet, durch eine Schürze (104, 105) verlängert ist, welche sich vertikal in Richtung der Arbeitsfläche (12) erstreckt und die ein Mittel zur Diffusion von steriler Luft mit schneller Geschwindigkeit bezogen auf die unteren porösen Wände der Hüllen, die sterile Luft mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit diffundieren lassen, bildet.
  11. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schürzen (104, 105) die gleiche Länge aufweisen und sich bis in unmittelbare Nähe der Arbeitsfläche erstrecken.
  12. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schürzen (104, 105) unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen und eine lange Schürze (104), deren Länge ungefähr gleich der zwischen der Achse der Hülle und der Arbeitsfläche vorgesehenen Höhe ist, und eine kurze Schürze (105), deren Länge ungefähr gleich der Hälfte der Länge der langen Schürze ist, bilden.
  13. Einrichtung (200) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Blasdüse (201) umfasst, die auf einer longitudinalen Kante der Arbeitsfläche (12) angeordnet ist und geeignet ist, in Richtung der Erzeugnisse einen sterilen Luftstrom gemäß einer allgemeinen horizontalen, zu der Arbeitsfläche im wesentlichen parallelen Richtung zu erzeugen, wobei die Blasdüse (201) am Auslass einen Luftdiffusor (202) aus perforiertem Material umfasst, der versehen ist mit oberen und unteren Abschnitten, die einen Anti-Ansaugungs-Luftstrom erzeugen, dessen Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit eine zu der Arbeitsfläche senkrechte Komponente aufweist, wobei das Ende (201a, 201b) der Blasdüse aus einer aus einem perforierten Material hergestellten Wand gebildet wird.
  14. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwand (201a, 201b) der Blasdüse und die oberen (202a) und unteren (202b) Abschnitte des Luftdiffusors (202) aus einem perforierten Blech mit der gleichen Porosität hergestellt sind.
  15. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blasdüse auf der Höhe des porösen Endes (201b) auf ihrer oberen Oberfläche, die sich horizontal bis zu ihrem Auslass erstreckt, einen Streifen (201c) aus perforiertem Material umfasst, welcher einen sterilen Luftstrom, der im wesentlichen vertikal gegenüber der Arbeitsfläche gerichtet ist, ausbildet.

Einheit zum Näherungsschutz von auf einer Arbeitsfläche, wie einem Transportband, angeordneten Erzeugnissen, welche gegenüber einer durch die Umgebung transportierten Verunreinigung empfindlich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 11 und, an einem Ende der Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Blasdüse (201) umfasst, die auf einer longitudinalen Kante der Arbeitsfläche angeordnet ist und geeignet ist, in Richtung der Erzeugnisse einen sterilen Luftstrom gemäß einer allgemeinen horizontalen, zu der Arbeitsfläche im wesentlichen parallelen Richtung zu erzeugen, wobei die Blasdüse am Auslass einen Luftdiffusor aus perforiertem Material umfasst, der obere und untere Abschnitte umfasst, die einen Anti-Ansaugungs-Luftstrom erzeugen, dessen Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit eine zu der Arbeitsfläche senkrechte Komponente aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem eine vertikale Endschürze umfasst, welche eine Verbindung mit der Blasdüse herstellt, wobei die Endschürze sich in einer, zu den Ebenen der seitlichen Schürzen der Hülle senkrechten Ebene erstreckt, in Richtung der Arbeitsfläche bis zu einem bestimmten Abstand zu dieser letzteren, um das Durchtreten der Erzeugnisse unter der Endschürze zu erlauben.
  17. Einheit zum Näherungsschutz von auf einer Arbeitsfläche, wie einem Transportband, angeordneten Erzeugnissen, welche gegenüber einer durch die Umgebung transportierten Verunreinigung empfindlich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Einrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 12 und an einem Ende der Vorrichtung, wenigstens eine Blasdüse (201) umfasst, die auf einer longitudinalen Kante der Arbeitsfläche angeordnet ist und geeignet ist, in Richtung der Erzeugnisse einen sterilen Luftstrom gemäß einer allgemeinen horizontalen, zu der Arbeitsfläche im wesentlichen parallelen Richtung zu erzeugen, wobei die Blasdüse am Auslass einen Luftdiffusor aus perforiertem Material umfasst, der obere und untere Abschnitte umfasst, die einen Anti-Ansaugungs-Luftstrom erzeugen, dessen Diffusionsgeschwindigkeit eine zu der Arbeitsfläche senkrechte Komponente aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem eine vertikale Endschürze umfasst, welche eine Verbindung mit der Blasdüse herstellt, wobei die Endschürze sich in einer zu den Ebenen der seitlichen Schürzen der Hülle senkrechten Ebene erstreckt, in Richtung der Arbeitsfläche bis zu einem bestimmten Abstand zu dieser letzteren, um das Durchtreten der Erzeugnisse unter der Endschürze zu erlauben.
  18. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gehäuse (300) umfasst, welches oberhalb der Arbeitsfläche (12) angeordnet ist, mit steriler Luft beschickt wird, und eine poröse innere Wand (301) für die Diffusion von steriler Luft gemäß einer vertikalen, zu der Arbeitsfläche (12) im wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung aufweist, wobei die poröse Wand aus einem perforierten Blech hergestellt ist und ein derartiges Profil aufweist, dass sie eine zentrale Diffusion von steriler Luft mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit sicherstellt, welche an jeder Seite durch eine Diffusion von steriler Luft mit schneller Geschwindigkeit begrenzt wird, wobei das Ende des Gehäuses aus einer Wand gebildet ist, die wenigstens eine poröse Zone (302) aus perforiertem Material umfasst, welche sich über die gesamte Breite des Gehäuses erstreckt und sich ausgehend von der unteren Kante des Gehäuses bis auf eine gewisse bestimmte Höhe erstreckt.
  19. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe in der Größenordnung von 25 mm liegt.
