Claims (19)
- Installation comprenant :un plan de travail (12) tel qu'un convoyeur,une première paroi (10) ; etun dispositif (100) pour la protection rapprochée de produits disposés sur le plan de travail, sensibles à la contamination par l'ambiance, par diffusion d'une veine d'air stérile selon une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire ou parallèle au plan de travail, le dispositif s'étendant le long du plan de travail et présentant au moins une extrémité accolée à la première paroi (10) de sorte qu'il existe un intervalle d'air (1 ) entre l'extrémité et la première paroi,
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite première paroi (10) est une paroi de sortie de machine pourvue d'une ouverture débouchant sur le plan de travail.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite première paroi est une parol d'extrémité d'un autre dispositif similaire avec lequel il forme un ensemble de dispositifs pour la protection rapprochée de produits disposés sur un plan de travail de grande longueur, sensibles à la contamination véhiculée par l'ambiance, lesdits dispositifs étant mis bout à bout sans fixation mécanique entre eux.
- Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite première paroi est une paroi poreuse en matériau perforé par laquelle est créée une fuite d'air stérile dirigée vers l'extérieur à l'opposé dudit plan de travail.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une gaine (101, 102, 103) en matériau souple diffusant une veine d'air stérile selon une direction verticale sensiblement perpendiculaire audit plan de travail (12), ladite gaine étant formée d'une paroi supérieure quasi-étanche et d'une paroi inférieure poreuse réalisée en matériau souple perforé, s'étendant longitudinalement selon l'axe (X) de la gaine et délimitant entre elles un conduit d'alimentation en air stérile, et la gaine ayant une extrémité formée par une paroi poreuse réalisée en matériau souple perforé.
- Installation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi d'extrémité et la paroi longitudinale inférieure poreuse de la gaine sont réalisées en un matériau de même porosité.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que le matériau souple perforé constituant la paroi longitudinale inférieure poreuse et ladite paroi d'extrémité de la gaine est un tissu synthétique tel qu'un tissu polyester ou polypropylène.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque bord longitudinal de la paroi longitudinale supérieure quasi-étanche de ladite gaine est prolongée par une jupe (104, 105) qui s'étend verticalement en direction du plan de travail (12) et qui constitue un moyen de diffusion d'air stérile à vitesse rapide par rapport à la paroi longitudinale inférieure poreuse de la gaine qui diffuse l'air stérile à vitesse lente.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une pluralité de gaines (101, 102, 103) en matériau souple juxtaposées de sorte que leurs axes (X) soient parallèles et disposés dans un même plan parallèle au plan de travail, lesdites gaines (101, 102, 103) couvrant toute la largeur dudit plan de travail (12).
- Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le bord longitudinal externe de la parol supérieure quasi-étanche de la gaine (101, 103) située à chaque extrémité de la juxtaposition de gaines, est prolongé par une jupe (104, 105) qui s'étend verticalement en direction du plan de travail (12) et qui constitue un moyen de diffusion d'air stérile à vitesse rapide par rapport aux parois inférieures poreuses desdites gaines qui diffusent l'air stérile à vitesse lente.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux jupes (104, 105) sont de même longueur et s'étendent jusqu'à proximité immédiate du plan de travail.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les deux jupes (104, 105) présentent des longueurs différentes et forment une jupe longue (104) dont la longueur est égale approximativement à la hauteur prévue entre l'axe de la gaine et le plan de travail et une jupe courte (105) dont la longueur est approximativement égale à la moitié de la longueur de la jupe longue.
- Installation (200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une buse de soufflage (201) disposée sur un bord longitudinal dudit plan de travail (12) et apte à produire en direction desdits produits une veine d'air stérile selon une direction générale horizontale sensiblement parallèle audit plan de travail, ladite buse de soufflage (201) comprenant en sortie un diffuseur d'air (202) en matériau perforé pourvu de parties supérieure et inférieure qui produisent un flux d'air anti-inductif dont la vitesse de diffusion présente une composante normale au plan de travail, ladite extrémité (201a, 201b) de ladite buse de soufflage étant formée par une paroi réalisée en matériau perforé.
- Installation selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi d'extrémité (201a, 201b) de la buse de soufflage et les parties supérieure (202a) et inférieure (202b) du diffuseur d'air (202) sont réalisées en tôle perforée de même porosité.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que la buse de soufflage comporte au niveau de ladite extrémité poreuse (201b), sur sa surface supérieure s'étendant horizontalement jusqu'à sa sortie, une bande (201c) en matériau perforé formant un flux d'air stérile dirigé essentiellement verticalement à l'opposé du plan de travail.
- Ensemble de protection rapprochée de produits disposés sur un plan de travail tel qu'un convoyeur, sensibles à la contamination véhiculée par l'ambiance, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une installation (100) selon la revendication 11 et à un bout dudit dispositif, au moins une buse de soufflage (201) disposée sur un bord longitudinal dudit plan de travail, apte à produire en direction desdits produits une veine d'air stérile selon une direction générale horizontale sensiblement parallèle audit plan de travail, ladite buse de soufflage comprenant en sortie un diffuseur d'air en matériau perforé comprenant des parties supérieure et inférieure qui produisent un flux d'air anti-inductif dont la vitesse de diffusion présente une composante normale au plan de travail, ledit dispositif comprenant en outre une jupe d'extrémité verticale faisant jonction avec ladite buse de soufflage la jupe d'extrémité s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire aux plans des jupes latérales de ladite gaine, en direction dudit plan de travail jusqu'à une distance déterminée de ce demier pour autoriser le passage desdits produits sous ladite jupe d'extrémité.
- Ensemble de protection rapprochée de produits disposés sur un plan de travail tel qu'un convoyeur, sensibles à la contamination véhiculée par l'ambiance, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une installation (100) selon la revendication 12 et d'un bout dudit dispositif, au moins une buse de soufflage (201) disposée sur un bord longitudinal dudit plan de travail, apte à produire en direction desdits produits une veine d'air stérile selon une direction générale horizontale sensiblement parallèle audit plan de travail, ladite buse de soufflage comprenant en sortie un diffuseur d'air en matériau perforé comprenant des parties supérieure et inférieure qui produisent un flux d'air anti-inductif dont la vitesse de diffusion présente une composante normale au plan de travail, ledit dispositif comprenant en outre une jupe d'extrémité verticale faisant jonction avec ladite buse de soufflage la jupe d'extrémité s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire aux plans des jupes latérales de ladite gaine, en direction dudit plan de travail jusqu'à une distance déterminée de ce dernier pour autoriser le passage desdits produits sous ladite jupe d'extrémité.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un caisson (300) positionné au-dessus du plan de travail (12), alimenté en air stérile et présentant une parol inférieure (301) poreuse de diffusion d'air stérile selon une direction verticale sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan de travail (12), ladite parol poreuse étant réalisée en tôle perforée et présentant un profil tel qu'elle assure une diffusion centrale d'air stérile à vitesse lente bordée de chaque côté par une diffusion d'air stérile à vitesse rapide, ladite extrémité du caisson étant formée par une parol comprenant au moins une zone poreuse (302) en matériau perforé s'étendant sur toute la largeur dudit caisson et s'élevant à partir du bord inférieur dudit caisson sur une certaine hauteur déterminée.
- Installation selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que ladite hauteur est de l'ordre de 25 mm.
