Description

ZUM URINAL VERSTELLBARE TOILETTEN-VORRICHTUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Toiletten-Vorrichtung mit einem mit einer Brille versehenen Becken mit einer Zuflußöffnung für Spülwasser und einer Abflußöffnung für Abwasser, wobei das Becken in einer vorgegebenen Höhe über dem Raumboden installiert ist.
Toiletten-Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sind im Stand der Technik seit langem in einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Ausführungsformen bekannt. Allen bekannten Toiletten-Vorrichtungen ist dabei gemein, daß sie zum einen in der Weise verwendbar sind, daß eine, die Toiletten-Vorrichtung benutzende Person auf der Brille des Beckens sitzt, und zum anderen von männlichen Personen als Urinal verwendbar sind, wobei die letztere Verwendungsart aufgrund einer dabei oft einhergehenden Verschmutzung des Beckens nicht bei allen Benutzern einer Toiletten- Vorrichtung in gleicher Weise beliebt ist. Die Toiletten- Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art weisen durchweg zum einen den Nachteil auf, daß sie von Personen mit unterschiedlicher Körpergröße, insbesondere von Erwachsenen und Kindern nicht auf gleiche Weise bequem benutzbar sind, da ihre Höhe über dem Raumboden entweder so hoch bemessen ist, daß Erwachsene bequem und ohne Schwierigkeiten beim Aufstehen auf dem Becken bzw. der Brille sitzen können, wobei das Becken dann insbesondere für ein selbständiges Aufsitzen kleinerer Kinder sich zu hoch über dem Raumboden befindet, oder aber das Becken so tief installiert ist, daß kleinere Kinder es bequem verwenden können, Erwachsene jedoch nur mit Mühe sich aus einer auf dem Becken bzw. der Brille sitzenden Position erheben können. Zum anderen weisen die Toiletten-Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art den Nachteil auf, daß sie für den Fall, daß sie als Urinal verwendet werden, in der Regel schnell verschmutzen, da ihre Höhe über dem Raumboden für diesen Verwendungszweck generell zu niedrig bemessen ist, was sich daraus ergibt, daß die Höhe in erster Linie für eine sitzende Benutzung des Beckens der Toilettenvorrichtung bemessen ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Toilettenvorrichtung zu schaffen, die für unterschiedlich große Personen, insbesondere Erwachsene und Kinder in gleicher Weise bequem verwendbar ist und darüberhinaus auf hygienische Weise als Urinal verwendbar ist.
Für eine Toiletten-Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer das Anheben und Kippen des Beckens in Richtung auf einen Benutzer zu in eine übliche Urinalsteilung ermöglicht ist.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung wird durch das Merkmal, daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer der Abstand des Beckens von dem Raumboden veränderbar ist, erreicht, daß sie an die Körpergröße unterschiedlicher Personen wie Kindern und Erwachsenen anpassbar ist und den Vorteil aufweist, daß sie bei gleichem Platzbedarf wie bei einer herkömmlichen Toilette zusätzlich als Urinal nutzbar ist, da durch ein erhöhen und ankippen des Beckens ein zielgerichtetes Urinieren ohne Urin-Spritzflecken ermöglicht ist und damit im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Toiletten eine hygienische Verwendung des Beckens als Urinal gegeben ist.
Vorteile ergeben sich ebenfalls für eine normale, d.h. sitzende Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten- Vorrichtung, da diese auf verschiedene Sitzhöhen einstellbar ist und die erfindungsgemäße Toiletten- Vorrichtung beispielsweise auch als Aufstehhilfe für behinderte Personen anwendbar ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße Toiletten-Vorrichtung kann in vielen Bereichen des alltäglichen Lebens eingesetzt werden. Neben der üblichen Nutzung im privaten Wohnbereich (Badezimmer, Besuchertoilette usw.) bietet sich die Nutzung der Toiletten-Vorrichtung zur Erhöhung der allgemeinen Hygiene in öffentlichen Einrichtungen (z.B. Hotels, Sanatorien) und Verkehrsmitteln (z.B. Reisebusse, Flugzeuge, Eisenbahn) an. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung enthält die Einrichtung mittels derer der Abstand des Beckens vom Raumboden veränderbar ist, eine Schiene, entlang derer das Becken geführt reziprozierbar bewegbar ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß das Becken auf kontinuierliche Weise in Positionen mit unterschiedlicher Höhe und Stellung über dem Rau boden bewegbar ist.
Die Einrichtung, mittels derer der Abstand des Beckens vom Raumboden veränderbar ist, kann dabei so ausgebildet sein, daß das Becken über elektromagnetische Einrichtungen bewegbar ist. Insbesondere ist dabei vorgesehen, daß das Becken über hydraulische Einrichtungen bewegbar ist.
Die Zuflußöffnung des Beckens der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist vorzugsweise an einem Ende mit einem schwenkbaren Rohr verbunden, deren anderes Ende mit einer festen Rohreinrichtung für den Zufluß von Spülwasser verbunden ist. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, daß der Zufluß von Spülwasser in das Becken in jeder eingestellten Höhe des Beckens über dem Raumboden sichergestellt ist.
Alternativ kann die Zuflußöffnung des Beckens mit einem Ende einer flexiblen Schlaucheinrichtung verbunden sein, dessen anderes Ende mit einer festen Rohreinrichtung für den Zufluß von Spülwasser verbunden ist.
Die Abflußöffnung des Beckens der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist vorzugsweise mit einem Schwenkrohr verbunden, dessen abflußseitige Öffnung mit einem Ende eines gelenkig gelagerten Rohres verbunden ist, deren anderes Ende mit einer Teleskoprohreinrichtung für den Abfluß von Abwasser gelenkig verbunden ist. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, daß der Abfluß von Abwasser aus dem Becken der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung bei jeder eingestellten Höhe und Neigung des Beckens über dem Raumboden erfolgen kann, wobei durch das Schwenk-Rohr erreicht wird, daß zwischen der Abflußöffnung des Beckens und der Abwasserleitung stets eine vorbestimmte Menge von Spülwasser vorgesehen ist, die verhindert, daß über das freie Ende der Abflußöffnung eine Geruchsbelästigung in Richtung auf das Becken und somit in den Raum, in dem die Toiletten-Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, erfolgen kann.
Alternativ kann die Abflußöffnung des Beckens durch eine flexible Schlauchverbindung mit dem festen Abwasserrohr verbunden sein, wodurch ebenfalls die gleiche Wirkung wie bei einer gelenkig gelagerten Rohrverbindung erreicht wird.
Die Einrichtung zur Verstellung des Beckens der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist prinzipiell auf eine Vielzahl von Wegen realisierbar, unter anderem elektromotorisch und insbesondere hydraulisch. Bei dem Betreiben einer hydraulischen Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist es insbesondere vorteilhaft, den vorhandenen Wasserdruck zur Neigungs- und Höhenverstellung zu nutzen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist zusätzlich mit einer Einrichtung zum Kippen des Beckens in Richtung auf einen Benutzer zu in eine übliche Urinalstellung versehen. Die Spülung kann dabei sowohl über einen üblichen Spülkasten oder auch als Druckspülung erfolgen. Die Entsorgung der Fäkalien kann dabei in herkömmlicher Weise durch den Ablauf über einen in der Regel als U-Verschluss ausgebildeten Geruchsverschluß erfolgen. Für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bietet sich aber auch eine allgemein bekannte aktive Absaugung an.
Die erfindungsgemäße Toiletten-Vorrichtung ist gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform mit einem herkömmlichen Spülkasten versehen. Alternativ kann die Toiletten- Vorrichtung mit einer Druckspülung oder einer aktiven Absaugspülung versehen sein.
Die erfindungsgemäße Toiletten-Vorrichtung wird im folgenden anhand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform erläutert, die in den Figuren der Zeichnungen dargestellt ist. Darin zeigt:

Fig.5 die in den Figuren 1 bis 4 dargestellte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Toiletten-Vorrichtung in einer Seitenansicht der Urinalstellung. Die in Figur 1 bis 5 dargestellte Toiletten-Vorrichtung erfüllt alle Merkmale, wie Höhenverstellung, Schrägstellung zum Urinal sowie die Nutzung als Aufstehhilfe für Behinderte Personen. Die Verstellung dieser Toiletten- Vorrichtung erfolgt hierbei durch die Nutzung des vorhandenen Wasserleitungsdruckes. Die Verbindung der Hydraulikzylinder mit den Ventilen, und dem Spülkasten mit der Wasserleitung erfolgt hierbei durch flexible Schlauchverbindungen.
Durch Betätigung eines Ventils wird Wasser in die Hydraulikzylinder 34 geleitet, wodurch sich die Konsole 30 entlang den eine Führungsschiene bildenden Führungssäulen 60 nach oben verschiebt, wobei gleichzeitig das Teleskopabflußrohr 31, welches mit der Konsole 30 verbunden ist, herausgezogen wird und dadurch die Toilettenanlage angehoben wird. Gleichzeitig wird über den Mitnehmer 35 das Scherensystem 40 mit der Zuglasche 41 angehoben. Nach einer durch das Langloch 42 definierten Höhe greift die Zuglasche 41 auf den von den Zugfedern 44 vorgespannten Bolzen 45 ein. Dadurch wird beim weiteren Anheben über den Mitnehmer 35 das Scherensystem 40 ausgelenkt. Dieses führt dazu, daß sich der Abstand des Spülkastens mit Führungsbuchsen 50 zum Teleskoprohr 31 vergrößert. Dadurch wird das Toilettenbecken über die Schwenklager 14 und 22 in eine auf den Benutzer zu geneigte Schräglage gebracht. Durch die Zugfedern 44 wird eine weitere Höhenverstellung des angekippten Urinais ermöglicht. Bei dieser Konstruktion ist es gewährleistet, daß der Pegel des in dem als U-Verschluß ausgebildeten Geruchsverschlusses 12 enthaltenen Wassers erhalten bleibt. Beim Ankippen des Toilettenbeckens zieht sich das Schwenkrohr 20, geführt durch die Schwenklager 22, aus dem Geruchsverschluß 12 und das hintere Ende des Schwenkrohres 20 fährt in das Teleskopabflußrohr 31. Dabei ist es gewährleistet, daß bei Zuführung von Fäkalien der Abfluß zum Abwassernetz erhalten bleibt. Gleichzeitig fährt das Tragelement 13, geführt durch das Schwenklager 14 in das Spülrohr 51. Durch das Schwenken des Toilettenbeckens 10 drückt der Stößel 16 auf den Hebel 17, welches zum automatischen Öffnen bzw. Schließen der Toilettenbrille führt. Zum Herablassen der Toiletten-Vorrichtung wird ein weiteres Ventil geöffnet, welches den Hydraulikzylinder mit dem Spülkasten verbindet. Durch das Eigengewicht sinkt die Toilettenschüssel nach unten und drückt dabei das Wasser in den Spülkasten, wo es dann zum normalen Spülen verwendet werden kann.
Zum Spülen wird Wasser, das im Spülkasten 50 gespeichert ist, über das Spülrohr 51 und das Tragelement mit Spülwasserdurchlauf 13 geleitet, wobei das Wasser in den Spülrand 11 des Beckens strömt. Dort wird das Wasser entsprechend verteilt und reinigt das Toilettenbecken. Die Auslösung des Spülprozesses kann dabei auch von einem Ventil, welches von dem herabsinkenden Toilettenbecken gesteuert wird, ausgelöst werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Toilettenvorrichtung mit einem mit einer Brille versehenen Becken mit einer Zuflußöffnung für Spülwasser und einer Abflußöffnung für Abwasser, wobei das Becken in einer vorgegebenen Höhe über dem Raumboden installiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer das Anheben und Kippen des Beckens in Richtung auf einen Benutzer zu in eine übliche Urinalstellung ermöglicht ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abfluß durch ein Schwenkrohr (U-Rohr) gebildet wird, dessen eine Ende beweglich mit dem Toilettenbecken verbunden ist, und dessen andere Ende beweglich mit einem Teleskop-Abflußrohr verbunden ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung von einem gelenkig gelagerten Rohr gebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung von einem Schlauch gebildet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Ende des Schwenkrohres Bestandteil des Geruchsverschlusses ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhen- und Neigungseinstellung hydraulisch über den vorhandenen Wasserleitungsdruck veränderbar ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch ein Scherensystem gleichzeitig die Höhe und die Neigung veränderbar ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine Einrichtung zum Verstellen der Sitzhöhe vorgesehen ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine Einrichtung zum Verstellen der Urinalhöhe vorgesehen ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Neigen der Toilettenvorrichtung ein selbsttätiges öffnen der Toilettenbrille ermöglicht ist.
