Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos, présentant
    un tapis de contact (2) qui présente au moins deux plaques (2a, 2b) disposées à distance l'une de l'autre à l'état de repos et présentant des surfaces électriquement conductrices,
    la distance étant établie par des écarteurs non conducteurs,
    les surfaces intérieures des plaques (2a, 2b) se touchant mutuellement lorsque le tapis de contact (2) est sollicité en pression et formant ainsi le commutateur d'un détecteur tactile du dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos,
    le détecteur présentant une fermeture électrique raccordée en parallèle au tapis de contact,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les écarteurs sont configurés comme couches intermédiaires (2c) essentiellement non élastiques qui présentent des ouvertures d'une taille telle que les surfaces intérieures des plaques (2a, 2b) se touchent mutuellement lorsque le tapis de contact (2) est sollicité en compression,
    en ce que les plaques (2a, 2b) sont configurées sous la forme de minces éléments de commutation flexibles et élastiques, réalisés en caoutchouc ou en polymère, et rendus électriquement conducteurs par addition de matières conductrices, par exemple du noir de carbone, du graphite, de la poudre métallique ou similaires et
    en ce que la couche intermédiaire est configurée comme treillis tissé non conducteur, de préférence en matière synthétique ou en coton.
  2. Dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos à l'aide d'un tapis de contact électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (2c) est rendue adhésive sur ses deux faces.
  3. Dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que sur leur surface non tournée vers la couche intermédiaire (2c), les plaques (2a, 2b) présentent des bosses ou d'autres saillies disposées à distance mutuelle.
  4. Dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour former un pare-choc ou un autre élément de commutation de sécurité à long parcours de déformation, des éléments de transfert (20, 21) fixés à un élément de soutien (19) sont raccordés au tapis de contact (2), en ce que l'élément de soutien (19) porte sur le côté non tourné vers les éléments de transfert (20, 21) un corps supérieur élastique (18), de préférence en mousse et en ce que l'élément de soutien (19) est articulé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer perpendiculairement au matelas de contact.
  5. Dispositif de surveillance du courant de repos selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour former une latte conductrice de protection ou un autre élément de commutation de protection, le tapis de contact (2) est configuré comme ruban de contact sur lequel sont raccordés des éléments de transfert fixés sur une latte de soutien et en ce que la latte de soutien est articulée de manière à pouvoir se déplacer perpendiculairement au ruban de contact.
