Description
Mit Vorteil ist der Gehäusedeckel zweiteilig ausgebildet, wobei ein erster Gehäusedeckelteil einen einen Impeller aufnehmenden Pumpenraum definiert und ein zweiter Gehäusedeckelteil als Lagergehäuse für eine Pumpenwelle ausgebildet ist. Mittels einer derartigen Zweiteilung des Gehäusedeckels ist es vorteilhafterweise möglich, eine montage- und wartungsfreundliche Zugänglichkeit der integrierten Pumpe zu gewährleisten, ohne notwendigerweise den gesamten Gehäusedeckel abmontieren zu müssen. Mittels einer Demontage des zweiten Gehäusedeckels vom ersten Gehäusedeckelteil ist die Pumpe in verhältnismäßig schneller und einfacher Weise von außen zugänglich.

Claims (7)
- Wärmetauscher mit einem einen Gehäusedeckel aufweisenden Gehäuse, das mit einer Pumpe in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei die Pumpe (13) im Gehäusedeckel (11) integriert angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein Pumpenraum (20), eine Einlassöffnung (14) und eine Auslassöffnung der Pumpe (13) im Gehäusedeckel (11) integriert sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (13) als Impeller-Pumpe ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmetauscher (10) mit einem Antriebsmotor eines Wasserfahrzeugs wirkverbunden ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpmedium der Pumpe (13) Umgebungswasser des Wasserfahrzeugs ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmetauscher als Motorhauptwärmetauscher, Ladeluftkühler und/oder als Motorölkühler ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusedeckel (11) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein erster Gehäusedeckelteil (29) einen einen Impeller aufnehmenden Pumpenraum (20) definiert und ein zweiter Gehäusedeckelteil (30) als Lagergehäuse (21) für eine Pumpenwelle (28) ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (13) eine vom Wärmetauscher (10) trennbare Baueinheit aufweist, bestehend aus einem Lagergehäuse (21), einem Impeller (26), einer Pumpenwelle (28) und einer Riemenscheibe (22).
