Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur bewegbaren Lagerung eines oberen Formwerkzeugs (7) bezüglich eines unteren Formwerkzeugs (25) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerung des oberen Formwerkzeugs (7) an einem Gestell (1) mittels eines Viergelenkgetriebes (10, 11) oder eines Mehrgelenkgetriebes erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Formwerkzeug (7) mittels einer Zugstange (10) und eines Dreieckhebels (11) an einem Teil sich vertikal erstreckenden Teil (Wange 2) des Gestells (1) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Dreieckhebel (11) ein Antrieb (Hydraulikzylinder 18) zur Erzeugung einer Schwenkbewegung angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb einen Hydraulikzylinder (18) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Dreieckhebel (11) der Abstand (A = Lastarm) von einem Lager (2) am Gestell (Wange 2) zu einem Gelenk (14) am oberen Formwerkzeug (Anlenkplatte 9) in etwa das zweifache des Abstandes (B = Kraftarm) vom Lager (2) am Gestell zur Anlenkung (16) des Antriebs (Hydraulikzylinder 18) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Formwerkzeug (25) ebenfalls schwenkbar am Gestell (1) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am oberen Formwerkzeug (7) eine Verriegelung (4) angeordnet ist, mittels welcher das obere Formwerkzeug (7) beim Formvorgang gegenüber dem Gestell (1) verriegelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der Verriegelung (7) und die Bewegung eines die Schwenkbewegung des oberen Formwerkzeugs (4) erzeugenden Antriebs (Hydraulikzylinder 18) über eine gemeinsame Steuerung gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Formwerkzeug (25) an einem oberen Formträger (5) mittels eines Hubzylinders (29) vertikal verfahrbar gelagert ist.
