Description
- le réseau mis dans l'outil de moulage a une forme autre que ladite forme donnant une focalisation des ondes électromagnétiques, et
- la matière thermoplastique est injectée dans l'outil de moulage sous une pression telle qu'elle met le réseau à ladite forme donnant une focalisation.
- à pincer entre les deux demi-moules d'un moule d'injection de matière thermoplastique un réseau en un matériau conducteur de l'électricité d'une dimension telle qu'il dépasse du pourtour de l'empreinte du moule,
- à injecter de la matière thermoplastique dans l'empreinte,
- à démouler une pièce injectée du pourtour de laquelle dépasse le réseau, et
- à découper le réseau au ras de la pièce.
Claims (5)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un réflecteur d'ondes électromagnétiques ayant une forme donnant une focalisation des ondes électromagnétiques, dans lequel on met un réseau (11) conducteur de l'électricité dans un outil de moulage (2, 3), on met de la matière plastique thermoplastique dans l'outil de moulage (2, 3) et on démoule un réflecteur, caractérisé en ce quel'élément (11) est un réseau, etla matière thermoplastique, de préférence transparente, est injectée dans l'outil de moulage (2, 3) sous une pression telle qu'elle met le réseau (11) à ladite forme donnant une focalisation.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite forme donnant une focalisation est la forme parabolique.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le réseau (11) est une toile métallique de préférence plane.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consisteà pincer entre les deux demi-moules (2, 3) d'un moule d'injection de matière thermoplastique un réseau (11) en un matériau conducteur de l'électricité d'une dimension telle qu'elle dépasse du pourtour de l'empreinte (4) du moule,à injecter de la matière thermoplastique dans l'empreinte (4),à démouler une pièce injectée du pourtour de laquelle dépasse le réseau (11),à découper le réseau (11) au ras de la pièce.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pression d'injection de la matière plastique thermoplastique est supérieure à 50 bar.
