Claims (13)
- Schallwandler (10), miteinem Abzweigungsglied (11, 11', 11"), das mit einer Abgasanlage (2) einer Brennkraftmaschine (1), insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeuges, zur Abzweigung von Abgaspulsationen verbunden ist, undeinem Schallwandlerkopf (15, 15a, 15b, 15c), über den basierend auf den Abgaspulsationen Luftschall zumindest in den Raum der Brennkraftmaschine (1) abstrahlbar ist.
- Schallwandler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schallwandlerkopf (15, 15a, 15b, 15c) als Resonanzkörper ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise umfassend ein Trägergerüst (16a, 16b, 16c) sowie eine darin eingespannte Membrane (17a, 17b, 17c). - Schallwandler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schallwandlerkopf (15, 15a, 15b, 15c) zumindest teilweise in den Raum der Brennkraftmaschine (1) und/oder in den Fahrzeuginnenraum plazierbar ist. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Frequenzcharakteristik und/oder Amplitude des abgestrahlten Luftschalls durch die Ankopplungsstelle des Abzweigungsglieds (11, 11', 11") an die Abgasanlage (2), wie an einen bestimmten Abgaskrümmerbereich (3, 3', 3", 3'''), eine Abgasleitung (4) oder dergleichen,die Plazierung des Schallwandlerkopfes (15, 15a, 15b, 15c),die Geometrie und/oder Dimensionierung des Schallwandlers (10), wie dessen Rohre (11, 11', 11", 14), des Resonanzkörpers des Schallwandlerkopfes (15, 15a, 15b, 15c)
die elastischen Eigenschaften der Membrane (17a, 17b, 17c) des Resonanzkörpers bestimmbar ist bzw. sind. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
ein Ventil (13) zum, insbesondere stufenweisen, Zu- bzw. Abschalten des Schallwandlers (10), vorzugsweise betätigbar von dem Fahrer des Kraftfahrzeuges und/oder automatisch gesteuert in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine (1) und/oder einem Geräuschpegel, außerhalb und/oder innerhalb des Kraftfahrzeuges. - Schallwandler nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Ventil (13) an eine Audio-Anlage, wie eine Stereoanlage, eine Freisprechanlage oder dergleichen, des Kraftfahrzeuges gekoppelt ist. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zumindest ein Filter und/oder einen Verstärker zur Einstellung, vorzugsweise Regelung, der Frequenzcharakteristik und/oder Amplitude des abgestrahlten Luftschalls.
- Schallwandler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Filter und/oder der Verstärker höhere Harmonische der Grundfeuerungsfrequenz der Brennkraftmaschine hervorhebt bzw. hervorheben. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
ein Dämpfungsglied zur Aufnahme ausgewählter mechanischer Schwingungen. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch
ein Modulationsglied (12), über das die Position des Schallwandlerkopfes (15, 15a, 15b, 15c) variierbar ist und/oder das das Filter, den Verstärker und/oder das Dämpfungsglied umfaßt, wobei das Modulationsglied (12) vorzugsweise zwischen dem Abzweigungsglied (11, 11', 11") und dem Ventil (13) angeordnet ist. - Schallwandler nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Modulationsglied (12) von dem Fahrer des Kraftfahrzeuges einstellbar und/oder automatisch steuerbar ist. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schallwandlerkopf (15, 15a, 15b, 15c), das Ventil (13) und/oder das Modulationsglied (12) jeweils zumindest eine elektrische und/oder elektronische Komponente, vorzugsweise über einen Mikrokontroller steuerbar, umfaßt bzw. umfassen. - Schallwandler nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Abgaspulsationen und/oder der Luftschall in ein elektrisches Signal, wie über ein piezoelektrisches Element oder dergleichen, umwandelbar ist bzw. sind, wobei das elektrische Signal modulierbar und, vorzugsweise über eine Audio-Anlage, wiedergebbar ist.
