Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé, d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, comporte
    un magasin à plaques d'impression (2) qui fournit la plaque d'impression (1) et installée sélectivement sur des broches d'ajustage avant (21a, 21b),
    le cylindre porte-plaque (4) comporte un canal (41), une installation de fixation de plaque (7) munie d'une installation de serrage avant (5) et d'une installation de serrage et de fixation arrière (6) et
    l'installation de serrage avant (5) comporte des éléments d'ajustage qui saisissent et fixent la position en réglage du registre, dans la direction latérale et dans la direction périphérique, ces éléments correspondant à des orifices d'ajustage (12a, 12b) réalisés dans la plaque d'impression (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    les broches d'ajustage avant (21a, 21b) et/ou les éléments d'ajustage (54a, 54b) ont une surface rugueuse pour éliminer, par mise en contact, un revêtement de la plaque d'impression qui la protège temporairement au niveau des orifices d'ajustage (12a, 12b) et/ou des moyens pour percer ces revêtements.
  2. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les orifices d'ajustage sont des découpes en forme de U (12a, 12b).
  3. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface des broches d'ajustage avant (21a, 21b) et/ou les éléments d'ajustage réalisés sous forme de broches d'ajustage (54a, 54b) est constituée par un revêtement dur et résistant à l'usure.
  4. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon les revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface des broches d'ajustage avant (21a, 21b) est revêtue de corindon ou de diamant.
  5. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon les revendications 1 et 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la périphérie des broches d'ajustage (54a, 54b) est revêtue partiellement de corindon ou de diamant.
  6. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les broches d'ajustage (54a, 54b) sont munies au niveau de la surface de contact avec la laque d'impression (1), d'une micro arête (57) en saillie par rapport à la périphérie de la broche d'ajustage (54a, 54b).
  7. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dépassement (a) de la micro arête (57) est de 0,05 mm.
  8. Dispositif d'accrochage en réglage du registre sécurisé d'une plaque d'impression sur le cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine à imprimer des feuilles, selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les broches d'ajustage avant (21a, 21b) et/ou les broches d'ajustage (54a, 54b) peuvent tourner autour de leur axe.
