Claims (8)
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine, wherein a printing plate magazine (2) is arranged, in which the printing plate (1) is provided and is selectably mounted there on pre-registration pins (21a; 21b), the plate cylinder (4) comprises a plate tightening device (7), which is arranged in a plate cylinder channel (41) and consists of a front clamping device (5) and a rear clamping and tightening device (6), and registration elements, which secure and capture the position correct in registration in lateral and circumferential direction and which correspond with registration holes (12a, 12b) formed in the printing plate (1), are arranged in the front clamping device (5), characterised in that the pre-registration pins (21 a, 21 b) and/or the registration elements (54a; 54b) are provided with a rough surface for contact-making removal of a temporary protective coating of the printing plate in the region of the registration holes (12a; 12b) and/or with means for penetration of coatings of that kind.
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the registration holes are executed as U-shaped punched-out areas (12a; 12b).
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the surface of the pre-registration pins (21a; 21b) and/or the registration elements constructed as registration pins (54a; 54b) is formed as a hard and wear-resistant coating.
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1 and 3, characterised in that the surface of the pre-registration pins (21a; 21b) is coated with corundum or diamond.
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1 and 3, characterised in that the circumference of the registration pins (54a, 54b) is partly coated with corundum or diamond.
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the registration pins (54a; 54b) are provided in the region of the contact surface of the printing plate (1) with a micro-cutting edge (57) protruding at the circumference of the registration pins (54a; 54b).
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 6, characterised in that the projection (a) of the micro-cutting edge (57) is 0.05 millimetres.
- Device for secure tightening of a printing plate correct in registration on the plate cylinder of a sheet printing machine according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the pre-registration pins (21a; 21b) and/or the registration pins (54a; 54b) are rotatable about the axis thereof.
