Abstract
L'invention concerne une soupape (1) pour commander le passage de liquides, qui est pourvue d'une unité piézo-électrique (3) servant à l'actionnement d'un organe de soupape (2) pouvant se déplacer axialement dans un alésage (8) d'un corps de soupape (9). Une extrémité de l'alésage (8) est adjacente à une chambre de pression de système de soupape (18) délimitée par un élément d'étanchéité (25), et l'autre extrémité de l'alésage est adjacente à une chambre basse pression de soupape (16) comportant un canal d'écoulement de fuite (17), qui est relié à la chambre de pression de système de soupape (18) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal d'équilibrage (19) qui présente un organe de limitation de pression (20, 23) et un dispositif de remplissage (23, 23'). A l'organe de soupape (2) est associé un organe de fermeture de soupape (13) qui coopère avec au moins deux sièges de soupape (14, 15) placés dans la chambre basse pression de soupape (16), pour ouvrir et fermer la soupape (1), de telle sorte que ledit organe de fermeture, en position de fermeture, sépare la chambre basse pression de soupape (16) d'une chambre de commande de soupape (12) sous haute pression, et, en position intermédiaire, entre les deux sièges de soupape (14, 15), relie fluidiquement la chambre basse pression de soupape (16) et la chambre de commande de soupape (12), au moins un organe d'amortissement (20, 23', 24), produisant brièvement des forces antagonistes hydrauliques, servant à amortir les déplacements de commande de l'organe de soupape (2).
