Claims (10)
- Kohlehalteranordnung bestimmt für Elektromotoren umfassend einen aus elektrisch isolierendem Material wie Keramik- oder Kunststoffmaterial bestehenden Träger (16) wie Trägerplatte mit zumindest einem von diesem ausgehenden aus Metall bestehenden köcherförmigen Kohlebürstenhalter (16, 68), dessen Innenflächen zumindest abschnittsweise Führungen einer in dem Kohlebürstenhalter axial verschiebbaren Kohlebürste (14, 46) sind, insbesondere bestimmt für eine Schichtkohlebürste,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei gegenüberliegende Innenflächen (30, 32) des Kohlebürstenhalters (16, 68) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehen oder dieses aufweisen oder jeweils mit einer aus elektrisch isolierendem Material bestehenden Abdeckung (34, 60, 62, 70, 72, 76, 84) versehen sind. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung ein vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial bestehendes Streifenmaterial (34, 76, 82) ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streifenmaterial (34, 76, 82) eine Breitenerstreckung aufweist, die gleich oder in etwa gleich abzudeckender Innenfläche (30, 32) des Kohlebürstenhalters (16) ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (34, 76) mit dem Kohlebürstenhalter (16, 68) bzw. dessen abzudeckender Wandung (42, 44, 64, 66) verklebt ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (34, 76) mit der Wandung (42, 44, 64, 66) insbesondere mittels Ultraschallschweißen verschweißt ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (42, 44, 64, 66) zumindest eine Aufnahme (40, 76, 78) für in diese eingreifenden kohlebürstenabgewandten Abschnitt (38, 74) der Abdeckung (34, 76) aufweist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme eine Durchbrechung wie ein Loch (40, 76, 78) und der in diese eingreifende Abschnitt ein Noppen wie zylinderförmiger Vorsprung (38, 74) ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wandung (42, 44) mehrere Aufnahmen (40) vorhanden sind. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (42, 44, 64, 66) des Kohlebürstenhalters (16, 68) kohlebürstenseitig elektrisch isolierend ausgebildet ist oder die Abdeckung (34, 76) aufweist, entlang der die Kohlebürste (56) in Form einer Schichtkohlebürste abstützbar ist, wobei die Isolierschicht (48) der Schichtkohlebürste mit ihrer freien Außenfläche der Wandung zugewandt ist. - Kohlehalteranordnung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandung (82) und/oder deren Abdeckung (84) des Kohlebürstenhalters (80) im Bereich der Isolierschicht (48) eine Längsaussparung wie Schlitz oder Kanal (86) aufweist, die parallel zu der Isolierschicht verläuft und sich bis außerhalb deren Längsränder erstreckt.
