Claims (5)
- Befestigungs-Vorrichtung für eine Kraftstoff-Einspritzdüse in/an einer Brennkraftmaschine,bei der die Einspritzdüse (2) mittels einer unter der axialen Wirkung einer Spanneinrichtung (4) gegen eine düsenseitige Spannschulter (5) anliegende Druckhülse (6) mit einem freien, gestuften Endabschnitt (7) in einer gestuften Aufnahmebohrung (8) eingespannt angeordnet ist, wobei zumindestzwischen der Aufnahmebohrung (8) und der eingeführten Druckhülse (6) ein Radialspiel gegeben ist,dass die Druckhülse (6', 6", 6"') mit Mitteln ausgerüstet ist, dieunter der axialen Wirkung der Spanneinrichtung (4) jeweils einer radialen Verformung bis zur Anlage an der Wandung (9) der Aufnahmebohrung (8) und zur Anlage an der Einspritzdüse (2) unterliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine zylindrisch gestaltete Druckhülse (6') in drei miteinander teleskopisch geführte Abschnitte (10, 10', 10") unterteilt ist, wobeizwischen dem ersten Stirnflächenpaar (11, 11') ein radial einwärts zur Einspritzdüse (2) verformbarer Quetschring (12) undzwischen dem zweiten Stirnflächenpaar (13, 13') ein radial auswärts zur Aufnahmebohrung (8) verformbarer Quetschring (14) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Quetschring (12, 14) ein O-Ring aus einem gummielastischen oder elastomeren Material ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine zylindrisch gestaltete Druckhülse (6") in zwei Abschnitte (15, 15') unterteilt ist, wobeider eine Abschnitt (15) über einen geschlitzten Sprengkegelabschnitt (16) in einen in einem Bund (17) des anderen Abschnittes (15') ausgebildeten, geschlitzten Spreizkegelabschnitt (18) eingreift, wobeider Spreizkegelabschnitt (18) radial auswärts zur Aufnahmebohrung (8) und der Sprengkegelabschnitt (16) radial einwärts zur Einspritzdüse (2) verformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine einteilig gestaltete Druckhülse (6"') zwischen einem Druckring (19) und einem Hülsenabschnitt (20) einen balgartigen Abschnitt (21) aus gegeneinander gerichteten Kegelstümpfen (22, 22', 22") aufweist, wobeianeinander stoßende Basisdurchmesser zweier benachbarter Kegelstümpfe (22, 22') einen Spreizbund (23) undaneinander stoßende Spitzendurchmesser zweier benachbarter Kegelstümpfe (22', 22") einen einspritzdüsenseitigen Zentrierbund (24) begrenzen, wobeider balgartige Abschnitt (21) mit Längsschlitzen (25) versehen ist.
