Claims (6)
- Druckbehälter für Gase, Flüssigkeiten, pastöse Produkte od.dgl. Füllgüter, dessen Behälterraum durch einen darin in Längsachse (A) verschieblich gelagerten Kolben (60, 60a, 60b) in zwei einander axial zugeordnete und gegeneinander abgedichtete Kammern (28, 29) unterteilt ist, von denen eine mit dem Behälterboden (12) und einem Abschnitt der rohrartigen Behälterwandung (14) einen Bereich für ein Treibmittel bildet sowie die andere Kammer mit einem etwa axial angeordneten Auslassventil (24) versehen ist, wobei der Kolben (60, 60a, 60b) als zum Behälterboden (12) offene Haube mit an ihrem Umfang zwei in axialem Abstand ringartig umlaufenden Dichtlippen (38c, 38d, 38e) aus flexiblem Werkstoff gestaltet ist, die mit querschnittlicher Verformung der Innenfläche (15) der Behälterwandung (14) dichtend anliegen sowie einen Zwischenraum (36, 36a) begrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Dichtlippen (38c, 38d, 38e) des Kolbens (60, 60a, 60b) im Bereich der Unterfläche (64) des Kolbens (60, 60a, 60b) einen schwalbenschwanzartigen Querschnitt bilden und mit dem Dosenkörper (14) einen dichten Zwickelraum (36, 36a) begrenzen, wobei die Dichtlippen (38c, 38d, 38e) in unbelastetem Zustand einen Winkel (w) von zumindest 90° für den Zwickelraum (36, 36a) bilden. - Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Winkel (w) für den Zwickelraum (36, 36a; 80) bis zu 150° der beiden Dichtlippen (38c, 38d, 38e) des Kolbens (60, 60a, 60b).
- Druckbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtlippen (38c, 38d, 38e) an den unteren Rand einer kalottenartigen Haube (62, 62a, 62b) des Kolbens (60, 60a, 60b) angeformt sind.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kalottenartige Haube (62, 62a, 62b) mit einer zentrischen Einformung (44) zur Aufnahme eines Teils des Auslassventils (24) versehen ist.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kalottenartige Haube (62, 62a, 62b) mit einer ebenen Unterfläche (64, 64b) versehen ist, die von einer der Dichtlippen (38c) überragt ist.
- Druckbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Unterfläche (64) der kalottenförmigen Haube (62) ein um deren Längsachse (A1) gelegter Ringraum (66, 66a) ausgeht, der gegebenenfalls einen etwa dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
