Claims (9)
- Wiederholt nachfüllbare Monoblock-Spraydose (12) mit zylindrischem Körper und sich verjüngendem Halsteil, der durch einen ein Sprühventil (20; 38) aufnehmenden Ventilteller (19; 37) verschlossen ist, über den ein Fluid (27; 41) unter Druck in die Dose eingefüllt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) im zylindrischen Teil des Doseninneren ein Kolben (16) angeordnet ist, der der Doseninnenwand zugeordnete Abdichtungen (24, 25) aufweist,b) der unterhalb des Kolbens (16) ausgebildete Raum mit Druckluft (26) als Druckmittel gefüllt ist,c) der durch die Oberseite des Kolbens (16), die Unterseite des Ventiltellers (19; 37) und die obere Innenwand der Dose (12) ausgebildete Raum das zu versprühende Fluid (27) enthält,d) das Sprühventil (20; 38) im Ventiltellerboden (19; 37) integriert ist, unde) ein Gummiventil (23) im Kolben (16) auf der dem zu versprühenden Fluid (27) zugewandten Oberseite (21) angeordnet ist.
- Dose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (16) ein Metalloder Kunststoffbauteil ist, das am unteren, äußeren Rand eine Abdichtlippe (24) aufweist, die so angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, daß sie sich bei einem auf den Kolben wirkenden Aufwärtsdruck nach außen spreizt und zwischen Innenfläche der Dose (12) und Umfangsfläche des Kolbens (16) abdichtet, der im dazwischenliegenden Bereich eine Abdichtlippe (25) aufweist, die bei einem auf die Oberseite des Kolbens wirkenden Druck sich nach außen spreizt und zwischen Innenfläche der Dose (12) und Umfangsfläche des Kolbens (16) abdichtet, und der im oberen Bereich der Form der Verjüngung des Dosenkörpers angepaßt ausgebildet ist.
- Dose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (16) eine zentrische, tiefgezogene, der Form des Ventiltellers (19) entsprechende topfförmige Vertiefung (21) aufweist und eine ringförmige Umfangswand (17) besitzt, an deren oberem und unterem Ende je eine der ringförmigen Dichtlippen (24, 25) vorgesehen ist.
- Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (16) in seinem Inneren lamellenförmige Versteifungen aufweist.
- Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwand der Dose (12) und/oder die Umfangswand des Kolbens (16), insbesondere an den Dichtlippen (24, 25), eine Beschichtung (28, 29), z.B. aus Teflon, aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen wiederholt nachfüllbarer Monoblock-Spraydosen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, in die ein unter Druck stehendes Sprühmittel eingefüllt wird, das durch Betätigen eines Sprühventils versprüht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) ein oben offener Dosenkörper in Zylinderform mit gleichbleibendem Durchmesser über die gesamte Dosenhöhe und mit integriertem Boden hergestellt wird,b) in den zylindrischen Dosenkörper ein Kolben von oben so eingesetzt wird, daß er längs der zylindrischen Innenwand des Dosenkörpers bewegbar ist, und durch Abdichteingriff mit der Innenwand die Räume oberhalb und unterhalb des Kolbens mittels Lichtlippen des Kolbens abdichtend voneinander getrennt hält;c) das obere Ende des zylindrischen Dosenkörpers zum Dosenhals hin verformt und gebördelt wird,d) der Dosenkörper unterhalb des Kolbens über ein im Kolben vorgesehene Gummiventil mit Hilfe z.B. einer Füllnadel mit Druckluft befüllt wird,e) ein Ventilteller mit Sprühventil am oberen Dosenventil eingesetzt wird und der Ventilteller mit der Dose verclincht wird, undf) das Sprühmittel mit Hilfe eines Fülldornes über das Sprühventil des Ventiltellers in die Dose zwischen Ventilteller und Kolben eingebracht wird. - Einrichtung zum Befüllen von wiederholt nachfüllbaren Spraydosen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination folgender Merkmale:a) ein Gestell (1), das die Abfüllstation darstellt,b) einen vom Gestell (1) aufgenommenen Füllkolben (7) mit Füllbehälter (6), dem das abzufüllende Fluid über eine Ansaugleitung (10) aus einem Vorratsbehälter zugeführt wird,c) ein Rückschlag- und Überdruckventil (11) in der Ansaugleitung (10),d) eine Füllnadel (9) an der dem Ventilteller (19) der Dose zugewandten Kolbenende, die dem Sprühventil (20) im Ventilteller (19) zugeordnet ist, und die beim Ausfahren des Füllkolbens das Sprühventil öffnet, damit Fluid aus dem Vorratsbehälter zum Befüllen einer Dose bereitgestellt wird, unde) einen Fuß (3) am Gestell (1), der die zu befüllende Dose (12) zentrisch zur Füllnadel aufnimmt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Füllkolben (7) aufnehmende Füllbehälter (6) ein Volumen hat, das der Fluidmenge entspricht, die in eine Dose (12) einzubringen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überdruckventil (11) ein geeichtes Ventil ist, das die Überfüllung der Dose (12) verhindert.
