Claims (16)

  1. Sicherheitsbindung für einen Schischuh, dessen Sohle eine Trittfläche (15a) aufweist, mit einem Bindungskörper (1), welcher einen horizontalen, zur vertikalen Auflage des Schuhs bestimmten und sich unter dem Schuh erstreckenden Teil hat, der ein von einem elastischen Mittel (14) beaufschlagtes bewegliches Element (13) enthält, wobei der Körper (1) zum Halten des Schuhs an seiner Trittfläche eine Sohlenklemme (2) aufweist, welche zur Freigabe des Schuhs um wenigstens eine wenigstens näherungsweise vertikale Achse drehbar montiert und in einer vertikalen Ebene um einen begrenzten Winkel um eine wirkliche oder virtuelle Achse drehbar ist, die in derjenigen Höhe liegt, in welcher der Schuh von der Sohlenklemme gehalten wird, und wobei diese Sohlenklemme zwei abwärts gerichtete Arme (9, 10) aufweist, die starr am Backen befestigt sind und deren Enden sich am beweglichen Element (13) abstützen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohlenklemme (2) in zwei unabhängige Sohlenklemmen (3, 4) unterteilt ist, die jede um eine eigene, wenigstens näherungsweise vertikale Achse (5, 6) drehbar montiert sind und welche zweiarmige Hebel bilden, die zwei divergierende Hebelarme, welche dazu bestimmt sind, den Schuh seitlich zu halten, sowie zwei konvergierende, wenigstens näherungsweise senkrecht zur Längsachse der Bindung gerichtete Arme haben und sich jeweils auf dem Ende des beweglichen Elements mittels eines abwärts gerichteten Arms (9, 10) an zwei nahe bei einander liegenden Punkten abstützen.
  2. Bindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen der Drehachse der Sohlenklemme in einer vertikalen Ebene und den auf dem beweglichen Element befindlichen Abstützpunkten (37, 38) der abwärts gerichteten Arme ungefähr gleich der Länge der divergierenden Hebelarme der Backenarme (3, 4) ist.
  3. Bindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Drehachsen (5, 6) der Sohlenklemmen zwei axiale Anschläge (23, 24) aufweisen, welche die Sohlenklemmen vertikal halten, und dass die Sohlenklemmen zwischen diesen Anschlägen ein Winkelspiel (26) nach vorn haben, welches die Sohlenklemmen in einer vertikalen Ebene zu kippen erlaubt.
  4. Bindung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachsen (5, 6) durch Schrauben (22) gebildet sind, die in den Körper (1) des Backens eingeschraubt sind, um die Höhe der Sohlenklemmen einzustellen.
  5. , Bindung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachsen (5, 6) verschiebbar im Körper des Backens montiert und in ihrem oberen Bereich durch eine Traverse (35) miteinander verbunden sind, welche in ihrem mittleren Bereich von einer Schraubenspindel (36, 36') getragen wird, um die Höhe der Traverse einzustellen.
  6. Bindung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohlenklemmen (3, 4) bezüglich einer Vertikalverschiebung verschiebungsfest miteinander verbunden sind und dass die eine der Achsen (5) die Form einer in den Körper eingeschraubten Schraube hat und die andere Achse (6) im Körper verschiebbar ist.
  7. Bindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die näherungsweise vertikalen Drehachsen der Sohlenklemmen (3, 4) spielfrei mit den Sohlenklemmen und in ihrem oberen Bereich durch einen horizontalen Abschnitt (40) starr derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass sie ein einziges U-förmiges Teil (41) bilden, das zwischen zwei Anschlägen um ihren quer liegenden horizontalen Abschnitt drehbar montiert ist.
  8. Bindung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bindungskörper (1) zwei Langlöcher (56, 57) hat, die von den Drehachsen (5, 6) durchquert werden, und dass die Enden dieser Langlöcher die erwähnten Anschläge bilden.
  9. Bindung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Schenkel des U-förmigen Teils (41) leicht divergieren, so dass die Drehachsen etwas seitlich geneigt sind, derart, dass die Trajektorie der Sohlenklemmen bei ihrem Öffnen etwas ansteigt.
  10. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element ein Kolben (13) ist, der stirnseitig einen Vorsprung hat (13a), welcher zwei seitliche Anlageflächen (44, 45) für die abwärts gerichteten Arme (9, 10) bildet.
  11. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bindungskörper (1) Führungsflächen (52, 53) aufweist, an denen Gleitflächen (54, 55) der Sohlenklemmen anliegen, wobei die Führungsflächen eine derartige Form haben, dass die Sohlenklemmen bei ihrer Drehung progressiv kippen.
  12. Bindung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitflächen (54, 55) von den Oberflächen zweier vertikaler Finger gebildet werden.
  13. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (13) mit einer Einstellschraube (8) zum Einstellen der Vorspannung des elastischen Mittels (14) versehen ist.
  14. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Backen ist, dessen Körper (1) um eine horizontale Querachse (28) drehbar in einem Bügel (29) montiert ist.
  15. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element in zwei Kolben (11, 12) unterteilt ist, die sich jeweils auf eine der beiden Sohlenklemmen (3, 4) abstützen.
  16. Bindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehwinkel der Sohlenklemmen in einer vertikalen Ebene ausreicht, um den Schuh bei einem Sturz nach hinten freizugeben oder um eine Fersenbindung zu realisieren.
