Claims (15)
- Brücker für eine elektrische Etagenklemme, die zwei übereinanderliegende Stromschienen (20, 21) aufweist, wobei eine erste Stromschiene (20) mit einer Stecköffnung und eine zweite Stromschiene (21) mit einem Klemmsteg (22) versehen ist, wobei der Brücker zwei längliche nebeneinanderliegende Federkontakte (1, 1') aufweist, die an einem ersten Endabschnitt (2, 2') fest aneinander gehalten und an einem zweiten, gegenüberliegenden Endabschnitt (5, 5') federelastisch beweglich sind, mit einer oberen Kontaktzone im mittleren Bereich der Federkontakte und einer unteren Kontaktzone im Bereich des zweiten Endabschnitts, wobei jeder Federkontakt im Bereich der Kontaktzonen mit einer ersten (10, 10') und einer zweiten Kröpfung (12, 12') zur Schaffung eines vergrößerten Abstands zwischen den Federkontakten im Bereich der Kontaktzonen versehen ist und wobei an der oberen Kontaktzone die Kontaktierung von außen durch Pressen der beiden Federkontakte erfolgt, während an der unteren Kontaktzone die Kontaktierung von innen durch Spreizen der Federkontakte erfolgt, so daß, wenn der Brücker in die Stecköffnung eingesetzt ist, die obere Kontaktzone mit der ersten Stromschiene (20) und die untere Kontaktzone mit dem Klemmsteg (22) der zweiten Stromschiene (21) zusammenwirkt.
- Brücker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkontakte (1, 1') aus Metalldraht rechteckförmigen Querschnitts bestehen.
- Brücker nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Federkontakt an seinem ersten Endabschnitt (2, 2') mit einer dritten Kröpfung (13, 13') und mit benachbarten seitlichen Ausschnitten (3, 4; 3', 4') versehen ist, so daß zwei Federkontakte (1, 1') formschlüssig ineinandergreifend verbindbar sind.
- Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den ersten Endabschnitten (2, 2') ein elektrisch isolierendes Griffteil (15) angeordnet ist.
- Brücker nach Anspruch 4,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil (15) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Brücker nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil die Federkontakte umschließt.
- Brücker nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Federkontakt an seinem ersten Endabschnitt mit einer Ausnehmung (8, 8') zum Einrasten des Griffteils (15) versehen ist.
- Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Federkontakt an seinem zweiten Endabschnitt (5) seitliche Anschrägungen (6, 7) aufweist.
- Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Federkontakte (1, 1') identisch sind.
- Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkontakte durch Stanzen hergestellt sind.
- Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brücker mit einem die erste (10) und zweite Stromschiene (21) und den Brücker aufnehmenden Gehäuse (26) der Etagenklemme (25) verrastbar ist und im verrasteten Zustand im Bereich seines ersten Endabschnittes im wesentlichen bündig mit einer Außenkontur des Gehäuses (26) abschließt, so daß der Brücker im eingesetzten Zustand von außen nicht erfaßt werden kann.
- Brücker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brücker mit einem die erste (20) und zweite Stromschiene (21) und den Brücker aufnehmenden Gehäuse (26) der Etagenklemme (25) verrastbar ist und im verrasteten Zustand im Bereich seines ersten Endabschnittes mit einem Erfassungsabschnitt (17) über eine Außenkontur des Gehäuses (26) vorsteht, so daß der Brükker im eingesetzten Zustand von außen an dem Erfassungsabschnitt (17) erfaßt und herausgezogen werden kann.
- Brücker nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil (15) mit Rastmitteln (16) zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Gehäuse (26) der Etagenklemme (25) versehen ist.
- Brücker nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Erfassungsabschnitt (17) mit wenigstens einem Erfassungsvorsprung (10a) zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Werkzeug versehen ist.
- Elektrische Etagenklemme mit zwei übereinanderliegenden Stromschienen (20, 21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Stromschiene (20) mit einer Stecköffnung und eine zweite Stromschiene (21) mit einem Klemmsteg versehen ist, und daß ein Brücker nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit Stecköffnung und Klemmsteg zusammenwirkt.
