Claims (16)

  1. Procédé pour effranger un matériau d'emballage en feuille (2), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à acheminer par étapes ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2), dans une direction de déplacement donnée (B) et selon des étapes d'acheminement d'une longueur donnée, à travers un dispositif à effranger (10), ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) présentant deux bords longitudinaux (2a) et subissant une succession d'arrêts sur le parcours de son déplacement ; et à réaliser dans le matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) immobile un certain nombre de coupures transversales (12) à travers au moins une partie (2b) d'au moins un desdits bords longitudinaux (2a), à l'aide de lames (38) qui se déplacent le long de trajeçtoires (E) respectives transversalement à ladite direction de déplacement (B) ; le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que les lames (38) s'étendent transversalement à ladite direction de déplacement (B) à partir d'un rouleau à effranger (36) qui est mis en rotation autour d'un axe (37) sensiblement parallèle à ladite direction de déplacement (B), lesdites coupures transversales (12) étant réalisées successivement en agençant lesdites lames (38) le long du rouleau à effranger (36), sensiblement selon la forme d'une spirale cylindrique.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, et comprenant une autre étape consistant à saisir au moins ladite partie (2b) dudit bord longitudinal (2a) entre deux mâchoires rigides en forme de peigne (14, 15) à l'intérieur dudit dispositif à effranger (10), et alors que le matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) est immobile, avant que la partie (2b) dudit bord longitudinal (2a) vienne en prise avec lesdites lames (38).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit rouleau à effranger (36) a une longueur atteignant au maximum la longueur de ladite étape d'acheminement.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) est constitué d'au moins une feuille de matériau d'emballage.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) est une bande continue (2).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite bande continue (2) est acheminée par étapes en déroulant de manière continue la bande continue (2) à partir d'une bobine (5) afin de conférer un mouvement d'acheminement continu à la bande, et en transformant, ensuite, ledit mouvement d'acheminement continu en un mouvement d'acheminement par étapes en faisant varier de manière cyclique la longueur d'un trajet (P) de la bande continue (2) entre ladite bobine (5) et ledit dispositif à effranger (10).
  7. Ensemble pour effranger un matériau d'emballage en feuille (2), ledit ensemble comprenant un dispositif à effranger (10) et des moyens d'acheminement (4, 6, 7) pour acheminer par étapes ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille, dans une direction de déplacement donnée (B) et selon des étapes d'acheminement ayant une longueur donnée, à travers ledit dispositif à effranger (10) ; et le dispositif à effranger (10) comprenant au moins un rouleau à effranger (36) qui est monté en vue d'une rotation autour d'un axe (37) parallèle à ladite direction de déplacement (B) et un certain nombres de lames (38) qui font saillie sensiblement radialement à partir du rouleau à effranger (36) et qui sont mobiles le long de trajectoires (E) respectives s'étendant transversalement à ladite direction de déplacement (B) afin de réaliser une succession de coupures transversales (12) le long d'au moins une partie (2b) d'au moins un bord longitudinal (2a) du matériau d'emballage en feuille (2), l'ensemble étant caractérisé en ce que lesdites lames (38) sont agencées le long du rouleau à effranger (36), sensiblement selon la forme d'une spirale cylindrique.
  8. Ensemble selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) est une bande continue (2) ; lesdits moyens d'acheminement (4, 6, 7) comprenant un support (4) destiné à une bobine (5) de ladite bande continue (2) ; des moyens d'actionnement (6) pour mettre en rotation de manière continue ledit support (4) ; et des moyens de modification de trajet (7) pour faire varier de manière cyclique la longueur d'un trajet (P) de ladite bande continue (2) entre ledit support (4) et ledit dispositif à effranger (10).
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 8, dans lequel lesdits moyens de modification de trajet (7) comprennent un rouleau de transmission (8) destiné à ladite bande continue (2) ; ledit rouleau de transmission (8) étant intercalé entre ledit support (4) et ledit dispositif à effranger (10), et étant monté de manière à se déplacer par translation en arrière et en avant dans une direction transversale à son axe (9) de rotation.
  10. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel ledit dispositif à effranger (10) comprend aussi des moyens de préhension comprenant à leur tour deux mâchoires (14, 15) destinées à saisir ledit matériau d'emballage en feuille (2) le long de ladite partie (2b) dudit bord longitudinal (2a).
  11. Ensemble selon la revendication 10, dans lequel lesdites deux mâchoires (14, 15) sont placées en opposition et en face l'une de l'autre, et sont mobiles, l'une se mouvant vers et à partir de l'autre, dans une direction (C) perpendiculaire à ladite direction de déplacement (B).
  12. Ensemble selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans lequel chacune desdites mâchoires (14 ; 15) comprend un certain nombre de dents transversales (25 ; 31) définissant, avec les dents transversales (31 ; 25) de l'autre mâchoire (15 ; 14) au moins un peigne (32) s'étendant parallèlement à ladite direction de déplacement (B); chacune desdites trajectoires (E) s'étendant entre les dents (25 ; 31) de deux paires respectives de dents correspondantes desdites deux mâchoires (14, 15).
  13. Ensemble selon la revendication 12, dans lequel une (14) desdites deux mâchoires (14, 15) est une mâchoire fixe (14) et est définie par une plaque (16) dont au moins un bord comprend lesdites dents (25) relatives.
  14. Ensemble selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel une (15) desdites deux mâchoires (14, 15) est une mâchoire mobile (15) et comprend au moins un secteur (28) dont un bord comprend lesdites dents (31) relatives.
  15. Ensemble selon la revendication 14, dans lequel ladite mâchoire mobile (15) comprend un cadre mobile (26) ; ledit secteur (28) étant adapté audit cadre mobile (26) ; et des moyens élastiques (34) étant adaptés entre ledit cadre mobile (26) et ledit secteur (28) afin de saisir le matériau d'emballage (2) entre lesdites deux mâchoires (14, 15).
  16. Ensemble selon la revendication 15, dans lequel lesdits moyens élastiques (34) comprennent au moins un ressort hélicoïdal (34).
