Claims (16)

  1. Verfahren zum Ausfransen von Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial, das folgende Schritte aufweist:
    stufenweise Zuführen des Blatt-Verpackungsmaterials (2) in einer vorgegebenen Bewegungsrichtung (B) und
    in Zuführschritten vorgegebener Länge durch eine Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10), wobei das Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2) zwei Längskanten (2a) aufweist und
    im Laufe seiner Bewegung immer wieder angehalten wird; und
    Anbringen einer Anzahl von Quer-Schnitten (12) in dem stillstehenden Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2) durch wenigstens einen Teil (2b) wenigstens einer der Längskanten (2a) mittels Schneiden (38), die sich entlang entsprechender Bahnen (E) kreuzweise zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) bewegen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Schneiden (38) sich kreuzweise zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) von einer Ausfranswalze (36) erstrecken, die sich um eine Achse (37) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) dreht, wobei die QuerSchnitte (12) nacheinander durch Anordnen der Schneiden (38) entlang der Ausfranswalze (36) im Wesentlichen in Form einer zylindrischen Spirale angebracht werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das den weiteren Schritt aufweist: Greifen wenigstens des Abschnitts (2b) der Längskante (2a) zwischen zwei starren, kammförmigen Backen (14, 15) in der Ausfransvorrichtung (10), während das Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial stillsteht, bevor der Abschnitt (2b) der Längskante (2a) von den Schneiden (38) ergriffen wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Ausfranswalze (36) eine Länge aufweist, die annähernd gleich der Länge des Zuführschritts ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2) wenigstens ein Blatt von Verpackungsmaterial ist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2) ein fortlaufender Streifen (2) ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der fortlaufende Streifen (2) durch kontinuierliches Abwickeln des fortlaufenden Streifens (2) von einer Spule (5) stufenweise zugeführt wird, um dem Streifen eine kontinuierliche Zuführbewegung zu verleihen, und dann durch Umwandeln der kontinuierlichen Zuführbewegung in eine stufenweise Zuführbewegung durch zyklisches Variieren der Länge eines Wegs (P) des fortlaufenden Streifens (2) zwischen der Spule (5) und der Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10).
  7. Einheit zum Ausfransen von Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2), mit einer Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10) und Zuführeinrichtungen (4, 6, 7) zum stufenweise Zuführen des Blatt-Verpackungsmaterials in einer vorgegebenen Bewegungsrichtung (B) und in Zuführschritten vorgegebener Länge durch die Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10), wobei die Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10) wenigstens eine Ausfranswalze (36) aufweist, die zur Drehung um eine Achse (37) parallel zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) angebracht ist, sowie eine Anzahl von Schneiden (38), die im Wesentlichen radial von der Ausfranswalze (36) vorstehen und entlang entsprechender Bahnen (E) bewegt werden können, die sich kreuzweise zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) erstrecken, um eine Abfolge von Quer-Schnitten (12) entlang wenigstens eines Abschnitts (2b) wenigstens einer Längskante (2a) des Blatt-Verpackungsmaterials 82) vorzunehmen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Schneiden (38) entlang der Ausfranswalze (36) im Wesentlichen in Form einer zylindrischen Spirale angeordnet sind.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Blatt-Verpackungsmaterial (2) ein fortlaufender Streifen (2) ist, wobei die Zuführeinrichtungen (4, 6, 7) eine Stütze (4) für eine Spule (5) des fortlaufenden Streifens (2) aufweisen; eine Betätigungseinrichtung (6) zum kontinuierlichen Drehen der Stütze (4); und eine Wegänderungseinrichtung (7) zum zyklischen Variieren der Länge des Wegs (P) des fortlaufenden Streifens (2) zwischen der Stütze (4) und der Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10).
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Wegänderungseinrichtung (7) eine Übertragungswalze (8) für den fortlaufenden Streifen (2) aufweist, wobei sich die Übertragungswalze (8) zwischen der Stütze (4) und der Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10) befindet und so angebracht ist, dass sie sich in einer Richtung kreuzweise zu ihrer Drehachse (9) vor und zurück bewegt.
  10. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die Ausfrans-Vorrichtung (10) auch eine Greifeinrichtung aufweist, die wiederum zwei Backen (14, 15) zum Greifen des Blatt-Verpackungsmaterials (2) entlang des Abschnitts (2b) der Längskante (2a) aufweist.
  11. Einheit nach Anspruch 10, wobei die beiden Backen (14, 15) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind und in einer Richtung (C), die senkrecht zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) ist, aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegt werden können.
  12. Einheit nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, wobei jede Backe (14, 15) eine Anzahl von Querzähnen (25, 31) aufweist, die mit den Querzähnen (31, 25) der anderen Backe (15, 14) wenigstens einen Kamm (32) bilden, der sich parallel zu der Bewegungsrichtung (B) erstreckt, wobei sich jede Bahn (E) zwischen den Zähnen (25, 31) jeweils zweier Paare von entsprechenden Zähnen der beiden Backen (14, 15) erstreckt.
  13. Einheit nach Anspruch 12, wobei eine (14) der beiden Backen (14, 15) eine feststehende Backe (14) ist und durch eine Platte (16) definiert wird, deren wenigstens eine Kante die jeweiligen Zähne (25) aufweist.
  14. Einheit nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei eine (15) der beiden Backen (14, 15) eine bewegliche Backe (15) ist und wenigstens einen Abschnitt (28) aufweist, dessen eine Kante die jeweiligen Zähne (31) aufweist.
  15. Einheit nach Anspruch 14, wobei die bewegliche Backe (15) einen beweglichen Rahmen (26) aufweist, wobei der Abschnitt (28) an dem beweglichen Rahmen (26) angebracht ist, und wobei eine elastische Einrichtung (34) zwischen dem beweglichen Rahmen (26) und dem Abschnitt (28) angebracht ist, um das Verpackungsmaterial (2) zwischen den beiden Backen (14, 15) zu greifen.
  16. Einheit nach Anspruch 15, wobei die elastische Einrichtung (34) wenigstens eine Schraubenfeder (34) aufweist.
