Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schaltgerätsockels (27) eines Schaltgeräts, wobei der Schaltgerätsockel Anschlüsse (14) enthält zu Schaltern (35, 36) in dem Schaltgerät, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:aus einer Metallplatine wird mindestens ein Steckanschluß (11) herausgearbeitetder wenigstens eine Steckanschluß (11) wird in einem Formvorgang mit einem Werkstoff (18) teilweise umhüllt derart, daß ein Anschlußmodul (17, 19, 30) mit genormten Außenabmessungen entsteht, wobei diese Außenabmessungen unabhängig sind von der Art, Anzahl und Position der Steckanschlüsse (11)das Anschlußmodul (17, 19, 30) wird in eine Einsatzausnehmung eines Sockelrohlings eingesetzt, wobei die Einsatzausnehmung von den Abmessungen genormt ist entsprechend der Außenabmessungen des Anschlußmoduls, wobei ein Teil des wenigstens einen Steckanschlusses (11) von außen erreichbar ist und wenigstens ein Teil des Steckanschlusses von der Innenseite des Schaltgerätsockels (27) erreichbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Anschlußmoduls (17, 19, 30) mehrere Steckanschlüsse (11) in beliebiger Anordnung positionierbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekehnzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Anschlußmoduls (17, 19, 30) die Steckanschlüsse (11) in Plätzen eines Rasters positioniert werden, wobei das Raster insbesondere äquidistante Plätze aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußmodul (17, 19, 30) nach dem Einsetzen in die Einsatzausnehmung des Sockelrohlings darin befestigt wird, insbesondere unlösbar, wobei die Befestigung vorzugsweise durch zumindest teilweises Umspritzen mit einem Kunststoff (32) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das teilweise Umspritzen zur Befestigung des Anschlußmoduls (17, 19, 30) zur Fertigstellung des Sockelrohlings genutzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Steckanschluß (11) wenigstens eine Steckanschlußfahne (12, 20) aufweist, die mit einem Kontakt versehen wird, insbesondere einem Kontaktkissen (14), wobei der Kontakt bei dem fertigen Schaltgerät von der Innenseite des Schaltgerätsockels (27) aus erreichbar ist zur Kontaktierung von in dem Schaltgerät anzuordnenden Schalteinheiten (35, 36) o.dgl. zu deren elektrischem Anschluß nach außen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung des Steckanschlusses (11) aus einer metallischen Platine eine Kontaktplatte (13) herausgearbeitet wird, auf die der Kontakt (14) aufgebracht wird, wobei anschließend die Kontaktplatte mit einer Steckanschlußfahne (12, 20) verbunden wird, vorzugsweise durch Vernieten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktplatten (13) aller Steckanschlüsse (11) eines Anschlußmoduls (17, 19, 30) miteinander verbunden aus der metallischen Platine herausgearbeitet werden und erst nach dem Formvorgang zu dem Anschlußmodul voneinander getrennt werden, wobei das Trennen vorzugsweise durch Ausstanzen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl das Anschlußmodul (17,19, 30) als auch der Sockelrohling aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden, insbesondere im Spritzgußverfahren, wobei vorzugsweise das Anschlußmodul aus einem anderen Kunststoff besteht als der Sockelrohling, insbesondere einem Kunststoff mit besseren thermischen und/oder mechanischen Eigenschaften.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlußmodul (17, 19, 30) hergestellt wird, das einerseits im wesentlichen beliebig positionierbare elektrische Anschlußmöglichkeiten (11, 12, 20) an externe Anschlüsse wie Stecker o.dgl. aufweist, und andererseits von den Außenabmessungen her genormt ist zum Einsatz in eine genormte Einsatzausnehmung eines Sockelrohlings für einen Schaltgerätsockel (27), so daß die Anschlußmöglichkeiten mit Kontakten (14) in das Schaltgerät hineinragen zur elektrischen Verbindung mit Schalteinheiten (35, 36) o.dgl. des Schaltgeräts.
