Abstract

Die Erfndung betrifft ein Kühlgerät, vorzugsweise Haushaltskühlschrank mit an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des Kühlraums angeordneten oder gehalterten Tragleisten für Ablageplatten, von denen mindestens eine Ablageplatte in der Weise geteilt ist, daß sich deren vorderer Teil unter deren hinteren Teil einschieben läßt. Erfindungsgemäß bestehen die Teile (10, 11) der Ablageplatte aus Glasplatten oder Kunststoffplatten, die in einer Ebene nebeneinanderliegend mit ihren Stirnflächen aufeinanderstoßen, die gegensinnig in der Weise abgeschrägt sind, daß die Schrägfläche (13) des hinteren Teils die Schrägfläche (12) des vorderen Teils zumindest teilweise übergreift. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlgerät, vorzugsweise Haushaltskühlschrank, mit an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des Kühlraums angeordneten oder gehalterten Tragleisten für Ablageplatten, von denen mindestens eine Ablageplatte in der Weise geteilt ist, daß sich deren vorderer Teil unter deren hinteren Teil einschieben läßt.
Ein Kühlgerät mit einer geteilten Ablageplatte, deren Teile mit umspritzten Rahmen aus Kunststoff versehen sind, ist beispielsweise aus DE 92 09 216 U1 bekannt.
Aus DE 90 06 672 U1 ist eine Ablageplatte für Kühlgeräte bekannt, bei der ein hinterer aus einer Glasplatte bestehender Teil von einem Rahmen eingefaßt ist, der mit seinen seitlichen Schenkeln oder mit an diesen befestigten Vorsprüngen in einander gegenüberliegende Tragleisten einführbar ist und bei der ein vorderer Teil der Tragplatte, der ebenfalls mit einem Kunststoffrahmen umspritzt ist, unter den hinteren Teil einschiebbar ist, und zwar in Führungen, die von den seitlichen Schenkeln des den hinteren Teil umgebenden Rahmens nach unten ragen.
In Fig. 3 und 4 der Zeichnung ist eine aus der Praxis bekannte Ablageplatte der eingangs angegebenen Art dargestellt. Diese besteht aus zwei Glasplatten 1, 2, die zumindest an ihren vorderen und hinteren Seiten von U-förmigen Rahmenteilen aus Kunststoff eingefaßt sind. In ihrer aus Fig. 3 ersichtlichen Stellung liegen die Glasplatten 1, 2 in einer Ebene und bilden zusammen eine Ablageplatte. Der hintere Teil der hinteren Platte 1 ist von einem U-förmigen Rahmen 3 mit U-förmigem Profil eingefaßt, der sich über den hinteren Rand und angrenzend über die anschließenden Bereiche der Seitenränder erstreckt. Dieser Rahmen 3 ist an seinem hinteren Ende mit einem aufragenden Steg 4 versehen, der eine Stoßkante für auf die Platte 1 abgesetzte Güter bildet.
Die nebeneinander liegenden Stirnseiten der Platten 1, 2 sind von U-förmigen Randprofilen 5, 6 aus Kunststoff eingefaßt, deren Vorderseiten in der dargestellten Weise um 45° abgeschrägt, sind, wobei die Abschrägung 7 des Rahmens 5 der hinteren Platte die Abschrägung 8 des Rahmens 6 der vorderen Platte im zusammengeschobenen Zustand in der dargestellten Weise zumindest teilweise überdeckt.
Der vordere Randbereich der vorderen Platte 2 ist von einem U-förmigen Rahmen 9 aus Kunststoff eingefaßt, der einen Kantenschutz bildet. Ist es erforderlich, den vorderen Teil der Ablage zu entfernen, beispielsweise um genügend Platz für eine auf eine untere Ablageplatte abgestellte Flasche zu haben, läßt sich der vordere Teil der Ablageplatte in der aus Fig. 4 ersichtlichen Weise unter den hinteren Teil 1 schieben. Dieses Verschieben durch Druck auf den vorderen Teil 2 ist dadurch möglich, daß die Schrägflächen 7, 8 aufeinander abrutschen, so daß der hintere Teil gegenüber dem eingeschobenen vorderen Teil nach oben gedrückt und verschoben wird.
Die bekannten Ausführungsformen der aus zwei Teilen bestehenden Ablageplatten sind aufwendig, weil diese an ihren einander zugewandten Randbereichen mit Rahmen oder Rahmenteilen aus Kunststoff aufweisen, die mit Gleitflächen versehen sind, die es ermöglichen, den vorderen Teil unter den hinteren Teil einzuschieben.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Kühlgerät der eingangs angegebenen Art zu schaffen, das mit einer zweiteiligen Ablageplatte versehen ist, die sich mit geringerem Aufwand herstellen läßt.
Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Teile der Ablageplatte aus Glasplatten oder Platten aus anderem Material, z.B. Kunststoff, bestehen, die in einer Ebene nebeneinander liegend mit ihren Stirnflächen aufeinanderstoßen, die gegensinnig in der Weise abgeschrägt sind, daß die Schrägfläche des hinteren Teils die Schrägfläche des vorderen Teils übergreift.
Die Ablageplatte des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlgeräts zeichnet sich also dadurch aus, daß deren Teile aus Glasplatten bestehen, die an ihren einander zugewandten Stirnseiten unmittelbar mit den Schrägflächen versehen sind, so daß sich diese in einer Weise zusammenschieben lassen, daß sich eine durchgehende Abstellfläche ergibt, die in ihrem mittleren Bereich nicht durch Randprofile unterbrochen ist. Die die Ablageplatte bildenden Glasplatten lassen sich in einer Weise zusammenschieben, daß zwischen diesen keine Stoßkanten entstehen. Die erfindungsgemäße Ablageplatte läßt sich damit nicht nur kostengünstiger herstellen, weil Kunststoffeinfassungen an den einander zugewandten Seiten entfallen, sie weist auch ein gefälligeres Aussehen auf, weil die mittleren Rahmenteile entfallen, die zudem unerwünschte Absätze bilden, gegen die auf die Ablageplatte abgesetzte Güter beim Verschieben stoßen können.
Beim Verschieben der die Teile der Ablageplatte bildenden Glasplatten untereinander ist ein Verkratzen dann nicht zu befürchten, wenn die Glasplatten entsprechend gehärtet und/oder mit eingebrannten Glaskeramikfarben versehen sind.
Die Schrägflächen der Glasplatten bestehen zweckmäßigerweise aus 45° Fasen.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die hintere Kante des hinteren Teils der Ablageplatte von einer Halteleiste eingefaßt, die mit einem aufragenden Steg versehen ist.
Die vordere Kante des vorderen Teils der Ablageplatte kann von einem Kantenschutz eingefaßt sein.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt

Die aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtliche Ablageplatte besteht aus der den hinteren Teil 10 bildenden Glasplatte und aus der den vorderen Teil 11 bildenden Glasplatte. In ihrer aus Fig. 1 ersichtlichen Stellung liegen die Teile 10 und 11 der Glasplatten in einer Ebene und bilden eine durchgehende Ablageplatte. An ihren einander zugewandten Seiten sind die Glasplatten 10, 11 mit gegensinnigen Abschrägungen 12, 13 versehen, wobei die Abschrägungen durch Fasen von 45° gebildet sind und die Abschrägung 13 der hinteren Platte 10 die Abschrägung 12 der vorderen Platte in einer Weise überdeckt, daß sich ein stoßkantenfreier Übergang ergibt.
Das hintere Ende der hinteren Glasplatte 10 ist von einer U-förmigen Randleiste 14 aus Kunststoff eingefaßt, die mit einem aufragenden Steg 15 versehen ist.
Die vordere Kante des vorderen Teils der Ablageplatte ist von einem Kantenschutz eingefaßt, der aus einer U-förmigen Leiste 16 aus Kunststoff besteht.

Claims (4)

  1. Kühlgerät, vorzugsweise Haushaltskühlschrank mit an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden des Kühlraums angeordneten oder gehalterten Tragleisten für Ablageplatten, von denen mindestens eine Ablageplatte in der Weise geteilt ist, daß sich deren vorderer Teil unter deren hinteren Teil einschieben läßt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Teile (10, 11) der Ablageplatte aus Glasplatten oder Kunststoffplatten bestehen, die in einer Ebene nebeneinanderliegend mit ihren Stirnflächen aufeinanderstoßen, die gegensinnig in der Weise abgeschrägt sind, daß die Schrägfläche (13) des hinteren Teils die Schrägfläche (12) des vorderen Teils zumindest teilweise übergreift.
  2. Kühlgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägflächen (12, 13) aus Fasen von 45° bestehen.
  3. Kühlgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Kante des hinteren Teils (10) der Ablageplatte von einer Halteleiste (14) mit einem aufragenden Steg (15) eingefaßt ist.
  4. Kühlgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Kante des vorderen Teils (11) der Ablageplatte von einem Kantenschutz (16) eingefaßt ist.
