Description

The invention relates to a Aushebescharnierband, hereinafter also called hinge or hinge, comprising a hinge strip lower part with hinge pin and a hinge top with hinge sleeve, the hinge strap upper part starting from the matching on the hinge pin hinge sleeve has a vertically upwardly extending and continuous threaded hole in the top a screw is screwed in. In particular, the invention relates to a lifting hinge which facilitates the insertion and removal of doors or windows.

Known Aushebararnierbänder for doors generally consist of a hinge base, which has a pin and is secured to a door frame and a hinge upper part which is fixed to the door and having a sleeve which fits on the pin. Each door has at least two hinge straps. When hanging the doors then the problem arises, both hinge tops simultaneously to align so that they are brought into engagement with the lower hinge parts during lowering.

It was therefore one in the DE-U1-80 28 235 described hinge with a hinge pin having a sleeve-side open bore in which a pen supported on a spring pin is arranged. When attaching the door, first the relevant hinge is provisionally hung so that the open Sleeve is hung or placed over the pin. When mounting the second hinge, the pin prevents the sleeve of the first hinge from moving out of position above the pin. However, this invention has the disadvantage that the hinge is constructed relatively complicated. Furthermore, the pin must be significantly narrower than the pin in this arrangement, which may occur, especially in large and heavy doors, that the pin is bent due to the leverage that acts on the pin when hanging the second hinge. Since the pin is not individually interchangeable, in such a case, the entire hinge base must be replaced.

In addition, from the document CH 265 451 A a Aushebescharnierband of the type mentioned above, which has a hinge lower part with hinge pin and a hinge top with hinge sleeve. Starting from the lying in the hinge top shell end of the sleeve is a vertically upwardly extending and continuous threaded bore formed in the top of a screw can be screwed.

A slight hanging of the door or the window sash does not allow this solution because the free end of the pin has no provision to receive their screws opposite their end opposite the pin and secure to fix.

The present invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a hinge with the simplest possible structure, which allows easy insertion of a door or a window and at the same time avoids the disadvantages of the described prior art.

This object is achieved by a Aushebescharnierband with the features listed in claim 1.

Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind durch Unteransprüche gekennzeichnet.Advantageous developments are characterized by subclaims.

According to the invention, the hinge strap upper part starting from the sleeve has a vertically upwardly extending and continuous threaded bore, into which a screw is screwed from above, the thread length of which corresponds at least to the length of the hinge upper part and is preferably longer. In this way, a screw can be used that measures 2 mm less in diameter than the pin. When inserting the door, the screw is screwed all the way into the upper hinge part, so that it protrudes a piece over the sleeve. Subsequently, the screw is placed on the hinge pin, the upper end is preferably provided with a trough. The hollow forms a fixed point for the screw, which prevents slippage of the screw and thus slipping of the sleeve. Thus, the weight is no longer predominantly on the people who use the door, but on screw and pin. The door can now, even by one person, be aligned with little effort so that the hinge shell is arranged in line with the lower hinge part of the second (lower) hinge. Then the door is slowly and controlled drained by screwing back the screw. The screw for the lower hinge may be shorter than that for the upper hinge. The length of the thread should not be less than 40 mm.

Another advantage of the present invention is that the door leaf can be adjusted and fixed by the screw at any height. In this way, the screw also acts as a means for height adjustment.
The screw is preferably an Allen screw, in particular an Allen screw size M 8x50 mm. In this case, a suitable depression in the post of the hinge base would have dimensions of 8 mm in diameter and 3.5 mm in depth.

Advantageously, the screw has a longitudinal bore through the screw. Through this hole, the hinge can be oiled if necessary, with a trough arranged in the pin serves as an oil depot.

So that the position of the screw is not changed during the operation of the door, it is preferably countered with a nut. For aesthetic reasons, the nut can be provided with a sleeve which covers the part of the screw protruding from the hinge upper part. The sleeve also serves as protection and reduces the contamination of the threads by dust particles.

Ideally, the door always sits in the suspended state with the screw tip in serving as oil reservoir trough, so that the friction between the sleeve and pin is largely avoided and the ease of the door is improved.

To Fig. 1 There is a preferred embodiment of the hinge according to the invention of five components, a hinge shell 1, a hinge base 2, two screws 3, 4 and a lock nut. 5

In Fig. 2 the structure of these components is shown in section. The hinge upper part 1 has a sleeve 11 which fits on a pin 21 of the hinge base 2. In the upwardly facing surface of the hinge upper part 1 a suitable for the screws 3, 4 threaded hole 12 is continuously inserted to the sleeve 11. The screws 3, 4, which are Allen screws, also have holes extending therethrough (oil passage 33, 43). The lock nut 5 consists of two areas, an internally threaded portion 51 and a sleeve 52 which covers the screw.

To Fig. 3 the Allen screw 3, when the door is hung, is fully screwed into the hinge sleeve and protrudes sufficiently far out of the lower opening of the sleeve to immovably into the trough 22 (see FIG. 2 ) of the hinge pin 2 can be used. The trough in the face of the hinge pin serves as a firm starting point when hanging. After fitting, the second hinge sleeve can be aligned. Subsequently, the Allen screw is turned back, whereby the door leaf is lowered slowly and the pin retracts into the sleeve. The screw is turned back until the door leaf has reached the desired height. When hanging out the opposite procedure is used. The Allen screw is turned clockwise until the sleeve releases the pin and the door leaf can be removed laterally. It can therefore be raised without the normally necessary force.

Fig. 4 shows the state of the hinged door, in the hinge upper and lower part are engaged with each other. The screw 3 sits in the trough 22. For the lower hinge of the door, a shorter screw 4, whose thread length measures, for example, 40 mm, can also be used. With the help of screws 3, 4, the height of the door panel can be adjusted precisely. Through the hole 33, 43 in the screws 3, 4, the hinge can be oiled without the door leaf must be lifted. The trough in the face of the pin serves not only as a fixing point for the upper hinge of the door, but also as an oil depot of the hinges. Although height adjustment is not required, the Allen screw should be countered a fraction of a millimeter before the door leaf is fully lowered by the lock nut 5. As a result, the friction can be reduced mainly to the screw tip, which rests in the oiled hollow, whereby the ease of movement of the door panel can be further improved. Through the sleeve 52 of the lock nut 5 which protrudes from the hinge upper part 1 Covered area of the screw 3.

In summary, this invention offers a combination of several advantages. It allows the removal and installation of doors without aids (door lifters) in one-man operation, the stepless adjustment of door leaves in height and the oiling of the hinges, without having to unhook the door leaves.
