Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Laserbeschichten einer Oberfläche, insbesondere einer Innenfläche einer zylinderförmigen Bohrung eines Bauteils, insbesondere eines Aluminium-Zylinderkurbelgehäuses einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei ein Grundwerkstoff der Oberfläche mittels eines Laserstrahls zu einem lokalen Schmelzbad aufgeschmolzen und ein wenigstens eine Komponente aufweisendes Legierungspulver in das Schmelzbad eingebracht wird. Hierbei wird das Schmelzbad derart gebildet bzw. wird/werden die Komponente/Komponenten das Legierungspulver derart gewählt, daß wenigstens eine Komponente des Legierungspulvers in dem Schmelzbad nicht oder nur teilweise aufgeschmolzen wird, so daß diese Komponente vollständig oder wenigstens teilweise im festen Aggregatzustand in den Grundwerkstoff eingebettet wird.
