Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Drucken, insbesondere Frankiermaschine, mit einem Druckkopf (1; 1'; 1"), der zum Erzielen der Relativbewegung zwischen Druckkopf (1; 1'; 1") und zu bedruckendem Medium beim Drucken geführt durch eine erste Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") entlang einer ersten Richtung bezüglich eines Basiselements (2; 2") zwischen einer ersten Längsposition und einer zweiten Längsposition verfahrbar ausgebildet ist, wobei eine das Drucken quer zur ersten Richtung zueinander versetzter, einander höchstens im Randbereich überlappender Druckbilder ermöglichende erste Versetzeinrichtung (4.1, 4.2, 4.3; 4.1", 4.2", 15.1, 15.2, 16) vorgesehen ist, die zum Versetzen des Druckkopfs (1; 1'; 1") relativ zum Basiselement (2; 2") von einer ersten Querposition in wenigstens eine von der ersten Querposition quer zur ersten Richtung beabstandete zweite Querposition ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Versetzeinrichtung (4.1, 4.2, 4.3; 4.1", 4.2", 15.1, 15.2, 16) zum Versetzen der ersten Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versetzeinrichtung (4.1, 4.2, 4.3; 4.1", 4.2", 15.1, 15.2, 16) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Versatz der ersten Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene erfolgt.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versetzeinrichtung (4.1, 4.2, 4.3; 4.1", 4.2", 15.1, 15.2, 16) ein ebenes viergliedriges Gelenkgetriebe zum Führen der Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") beim Versetzen umfasst.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versetzeinrichtung (4.1, 4.2, 4.3; 4.1", 4.2", 15.1, 15.2, 16) zum Versetzen der ersten Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") durch Verfahren des Druckkopfs (1; 1'; 1") entlang der ersten Richtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Antriebseinrichtung (7) zum Verfahren des Druckkopfs (1) entlang der ersten Richtung vorgesehen ist, die zum Versetzen der Führungseinrichtung (3) durch Verfahren des Druckkopfs (1) entlang der ersten Richtung ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (7) als Zugmitteltrieb mit wenigstens einem über wenigstens eine erste Umlenkeinrichtung (7.2) laufenden Zugmittel (7.1) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Druckkopf (1) in einem ersten Anschlussbereich (7.4) derart mit dem Zugmittel (7.1) verbunden ist, dass die Führungseinrichtung (3) bei Laufen des ersten Anschlussbereichs (7.4) über die erste Umlenkeinrichtung (7.2) durch Mitnahme über den Druckkopf (1) quer zur ersten Richtung versetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Umlenkeinrichtung (7.2) nach Art einer Umlenkrolle ausgebildet ist, deren Drehachse im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Versatzebene der ersten Führungseinrichtung (3) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Umlenkeinrichtung (7.2) im Bereich der ersten Längsposition des Druckkopfs (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (7) als geschlossener Zugmitteltrieb ausgebildet ist und eine zweite Umlenkeinrichtung (7.3) zum Versetzen der Führungseinrichtung (3) quer zur ersten Richtung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Umlenkeinrichtung (7.3) im Bereich der zweiten Längsposition des Druckkopfs (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Fixiereinrichtung (9) zum Fixieren der Führungseinrichtung (3) in der jeweiligen Querposition vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (9) jeweils wenigstens einen Anschlag (10) für die Führungseinrichtung (3) in der jeweiligen Querposition sowie wenigstens eine Vorspanneinrichtung (11, 12) zum Vorspannen der Führungseinrichtung (3) gegen den jeweiligen Anschlag (10) umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Drucken, insbesondere eines Frankierabdrucks, bei dem ein Druckkopf (1; 1") zum Drucken eines ersten Druckbildes geführt durch eine erste Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") entlang einer ersten Richtung zwischen einer ersten Längsposition und einer zweiten Längsposition verfahren wird und der Druckkopf (1; 1") zum Drucken wenigstens eines quer zur ersten Richtung zum ersten Druckbild versetzten, mit diesem höchstens in einem Randbereich überlappenden zweiten Druckbildes von einer ersten Querposition in wenigstens eine von der ersten Querposition quer zur ersten Richtung beabstandete zweite Querposition versetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Versetzen des Druckkopfs (1; 1") quer zur ersten Richtung die erste Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") quer zur ersten Richtung versetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Führungseinrichtung (3; 3") im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene versetzt wird.

- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckkopf (1) zum Drucken wenigstens zweier quer zur ersten Richtung zueinander versetzter Druckbilder durch einen in einer Richtung angetriebenen, geschlossenen Zugmitteltrieb (7) mit wenigstens zwei Umlenkeinrichtungen (7.2; 7.3) für das mit dem Druckkopf (1) über einen Anschluss (4.3) verbundene Zugmittel (7.1) angetrieben wird, wobei die erste Führungseinrichtung (3) durch Mitnahme über den Druckkopf (1) beim Passieren des Anschlusses (4.3) an den Umlenkeinrichtungen (7.2, 7.3) quer zur ersten Richtung versetzt wird.
