Further, since the shelf supports 55 are formed integrally on the right side walls 43a with the opening 56 being located therebetween, the right side wall 43a is hard to deform and the accuracy in the location of the temperature sensor can further be improved.
  • the temperature sensor 60 is mounted on the right side wall 43a with the mounting plate 57 and sensor holder 58 being interposed therebetween. Accordingly, the location of the temperature sensor relative to the turntable 54 can be fine adjusted by the mounting plate 57 and the sensor holder 58. Further, if the temperature sensor 60 should directly be mounted on the right side wall 43a of the cooking chamber 44 or the mounting plate 57 should be integral with the right side wall 43a, heat produced in the cooking chamber would easily be transferred via the right side wall or the mounting plate to the temperature sensor 60. This would reduce the accuracy in the detection of the temperature sensor 60.
  • the mounting plate 57 on which the temperature sensor 60 is mounted is made of the stainless steel plate having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient and a smaller thermal conductivity coefficient than the steel plate made into the right side wall 43a. Accordingly, since the mounting plate 57 is less subjected to influences of the temperature in the cooking chamber 44, the mounting plate can be prevented from deformation. Furthermore, the temperature sensor 60 can be prevented from being subjected via the mounting plate 57 to the variations in the temperature in the cooking chamber 44. This can prevent the reduction in the detection accuracy of the temperature sensor 60 itself and due to changes in the location of the temperature sensor mounted on the mounting plate 57.
  • the mounting plate 57 since no paint is applied to the mounting plate 57, the mounting plate is less affected by the heat as compared with the case where the mounting plate is coated in black. As a result, an increase in the temperature of the mounting plate 57 can be limited. The same effect can be achieved in the case where the mounting plate 57 is coated in white.
  • the temperature of the food detected by the temperature sensor 60 is directly affected by the absolute temperature Tam of the temperature sensor.
  • the temperature sensor 60 detects, by means of the infrared sensing elements 19, the temperatures around the respective elements 19 and that is, the temperature of the temperature sensor 60 as well as the temperature in the cooking chamber 44 (temperature of the food). Consequently, the temperature in the cooking chamber 44 (temperature of the food) can accurately be detected.
  • a gridiron 67 is placed on the upper shelf supports 55 as shown by two dot chain line in FIG. 16 .
  • Food is placed on the gridiron 67 and then heated by an upper heater (not shown). Since the detecting opening 56 is located slightly below the upper shelf support 55, fatty vapor produced by the food or fat is prevented from entering the mounting plate 57 side through the detecting opening 56. Consequently, the temperature sensor 60 can be prevented from reduction in the detecting accuracy due to soil.
  • the temperature sensor 14 may be mounted on the left side wall or the ceiling of the cooking chamber, instead of the right side wall. Further, the temperature sensor may be located on a front portion of the right side wall. In this case, the temperature sensor is preferably disposed near a front upper corner.
  • the temperature sensor 60 may be mounted on the left side wall 43b of the cooking chamber 44, instead of the right side wall 43a thereof.
  • the mounting plate 57 is made of the material (stainless steel plate) having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient and a smaller thermal conductivity coefficient than the steel plate made into the right side wall 43a. The material may have a smaller thermal expansion coefficient or a smaller thermal conductivity coefficient, instead.

Claims (13)

  1. Appareil de chauffage comprenant:
    une chambre de cuisson (4) en forme de boîte généralement rectangulaire dans laquelle un aliment (11) à cuire est reçu ;
    un élément rotatif (10) qui est disposé sur un fond de la chambre de cuisson (4) et sur lequel l'aliment (11) est placé ;
    des moyens d'entraînement (24) pour entraîner l'élément rotatif (10) ;
    un dispositif de génération de micro-ondes (12) délivrant des micro-ondes dans la chambre de cuisson (4) de sorte que l'aliment (11) soit chauffé; et
    un capteur de température (14) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de détection d'infrarouges (19), pour détecter les températures à une pluralité d'emplacements (23a) respectifs dans la chambre de cuisson (4) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) est disposé sur une partie supérieure de la chambre de cuisson (4), espacée de deux lignes centrales (A1, A2) passant par les centres de deux paires de côtés opposés (4a, 4b ; 4c, 4d) de la chambre de cuisson (4) tel que vu à partir du dessus, les emplacements (23a) respectifs s'étendant le long d'une diagonale d'un fond de la chambre de cuisson (4) de sorte qu'une région de détection de température (23) de celui-ci comprenne une région dans la chambre de cuisson à l'extérieur de l'élément rotatif.
  2. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) est disposé au niveau d'un coin de la chambre de cuisson (4).
  3. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) est disposé à l'extérieur de la chambre de cuisson (4), et la chambre de cuisson (4) comporte une paroi (3a) comportant une ouverture de détection (16) à travers laquelle les rayons infrarouges produits dans la chambre de cuisson (4) passent pour être reçus par le capteur de température (14).
  4. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de cuisson (4) comporte une paroi (3a) comprenant une protubérance (13) convexe vers l'extérieur comportant une ouverture de détection (16), et le capteur de température (14) est disposé à l'extérieur de la protubérance (13) de sorte qu'une température dans la chambre de cuisson (4) soit détectée à travers l'ouverture de détection (16).
  5. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de détection (16) est formée perpendiculairement à une direction de détection du capteur de température (14).
  6. Appareil de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) est disposé de sorte que la région de détection de température (23) de celui-ci comprenne au moins une région centrale de l'élément rotatif (10) et une région radiale de l'élément rotatif (10).
  7. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) est disposé de sorte qu'une hauteur de la région de détection de température (23) au centre de l'élément rotatif (10) soit égale ou supérieure à un tiers d'une hauteur de la chambre de cuisson (4).
  8. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (14) comprend une pluralité de rangées des éléments de détection de température (19) ayant chacun une partie centrale de l'élément rotatif (10) en tant que région de détection de température (32, 33 et 34).
  9. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de cuisson (4) comporte une paire de supports de plaque (36) sur lesquels un plat allant au four (35) est placé, et le capteur de température (14) est disposé plus haut que les supports de plaque (36) de sorte qu'une température de l'aliment (11) placé sur le plat allant au four (35) soit détectée lorsque le plat allant au four (35) est placé sur les supports de plaque (36).
  10. Appareil de chauffage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (16) comporte une paroi englobante (38) réalisée en un matériau électriquement conducteur et située le long d'un bord périphérique de celle-ci, la paroi englobante (38) ayant une dimension d'extension plus grande qu'une épaisseur d'une plaque sur laquelle l'ouverture (16) est réalisée.
  11. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (60) est supporté sur une paroi latérale (43a) de la chambre de cuisson (44), et la paroi latérale (43a) sur laquelle le capteur de température (60) est supporté et le fond de la chambre de cuisson (44) sont formés en pliant un matériau en forme de plaque unique.
  12. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur de température (60) est monté sur une plaque de montage (57) montée en outre sur une paroi latérale (43a) de la chambre de cuisson (44), et la plaque de montage (57) est réalisée en un matériau ayant un coefficient de dilatation thermique ou un coefficient de conduction thermique inférieur à celui d'un matériau de la paroi latérale (43a) de la chambre de cuisson (44).
  13. Appareil de chauffage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérise en ce que la chambre de cuisson (44) comprend une paroi latérale (43a) comportant une pluralité d'étages de supports de plaque (55) pour supporter des plaques (67), le capteur de température (60) est disposé à l'extérieur de la chambre de cuisson (44), et la paroi latérale (43a) de la chambre de cuisson (44) comporte une ouverture de détection (56) à travers laquelle les rayons infrarouge produits dans la chambre de cuisson (44) passent pour être reçus par le capteur de température (44), l'ouverture de détection (56) étant située plus bas que le support de plaque (55) le plus haut.
