Claims (7)
- Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Querstrom-Zylinderkopf für Brennkraftmaschinen mit in Reihe angeordneten Zylindern,dadurch gekennzeichnet,wobei der Zylinderkopf (1) mit integriertem Steuergehäuse (2) zwischen einem Zylinderkopfboden (3) und einer steuergehäuseseitigen Deckwand (4) einen von Seitenwänden (5) begrenzten Kühlmittelraum (6) umfasst, wobeivom Zylinderkopfboden (3) aus den Kühlmittelraum (6) und die Deckwand (4) durchsetzenden Schraubenpfeifen (7) sowie Ölablaufkanäle (8, 8') und etwa zylindermittig angeordnete Schachtrohre (9) für Zündkerzen oder Einspritzdüsen vorgesehen sind, und weiterder Kühlmittelraum (6) mittels Querwänden (10) zwischen diametralen Schraubenpfeifen (7) unterteilt ist,dass in der Deckwand (4) zwischen diametralen Schraubenpfeifen (7) und jeweils querab benachbarten Schachtrohren (9) eine Mulde (11) angeordnet ist, diemittels einer Querwand (10) zwischen den diametralen Schraubenpfeifen (7) mit dem Zylinderkopfboden (3) in Verbindung steht, wobeivon der Querwand (10) in Richtung Deckwand (4) ansteigend ausgebildete Wandabschnitte (11', 11") der Mulde (11) als Strömungsleitflächen dienen.
- Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durcheine mittels Gussausbildung einstückige Anordnung der Mulde (11), diesich - in Draufsicht gesehen - von jeder Schraubenpfeife (7) aus in Richtung einer Verbindungsebene (12) der querab benachbarten Schachtrohre (9) erweitert und als eine zu den Schachtrohren (9) gerichtete Strömungslenkung dient.
- Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (11) über einen gesonderten Kanal (13) mit dem Ölablaufkanal (8, 8') in Verbindung steht.
- Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Mulde (11) mit dem mit einer Schraubenpfeife (7) einstückig ausgebildeten Ölablaufkanal (8) über einen die Schraubenpfeife (7) durchsetzend angeordneten Kanal (13) in Verbindung steht, wobeidie Schraubenpfeife (7) eine Zylinderkopfschraube mit Spiel umschließt.
- Zylinderkopf nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einlauföffnung (14) des gesonderten Kanals (13) in der Mulde (11) entsprechend der Einbaulage des Zylinderkopfes (1) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinderkopf nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querwand (10) zwischen Zylinderkopfboden (3) und Mulde (11) eine in Längsrichtung des Zylinderkopfes (1) weisende Strömungsdurchbrechung (15, 15') aufweist.
- Zylinderkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mulde (11) entlang ihres Öffnungsrandes mit einem über die Deckwand (4) vorspringend angeordneten Versteifungssteg (16) versehen ist.
