Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Korken oder Flaschenverschlüssen (3) mit kegeligem Endbereich (3'), die Folgendes umfaßt:einen Zuführkanal (2), durch den die Flaschenverschlüsse (3) mit zu fälliger Ausrichtung ankommen;eine am Auslass jenes Zuführkanals (2) angeordnete Stützplatte (6) für die Flaschenverschlüsse;einen ersten und zweiten Transferkanal (7a, 7b, 47b), in den die Flaschenverschlüsse in geordneter Art und Weise eingeführt werden; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jener Stützplatte (6) eine Auflage (15) vorgesehen ist, die so gestaltet ist, daß ein den Zuführkanal (2) verlassender Flaschenverschluß (3) in Bezug auf die Stützplatte (6) eine erste Ebene (6a) oder eine zweite Ebene (6b) - entsprechend seiner Aufwärts- oder Abwärtsorientierung beziehungsweise dem konischen Endbereich (3') des Flaschenverschlusses - beaufschlagt, sowie darin, daß zwischen jener Stützplatte (6) und jenem Zuführkanal (2) eine Translationseinrichtung (9) angeordnet ist, um die Flaschenverschlüsse von jener Auflage (15) gemäß der Aufwärts- oder Abwärtsorientierung der Flaschenverschlüsse (3) zu einem jener Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) zu überführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
wobei jene Stützplatte (6) im Wesentlichen horizontal ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
wobei jene Translationseinrichtung (9) eine Öffnung (5, 45) aufweist, in die die von jenem Zuführkanal (2) ankommenden Flaschenverschlüsse (3) einzeln fallen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3,
wobei weiter Mittel vorgesehen sind, die angeordnet sind, den kegeligen Endbereich (3') jedes Flaschenverschlusses (3) zu erfassen, um die Ausrichtung des kegeligen Endbereichs (3') zu erkennen und die Bewegung der Translationseinrichtung (9) in Abhängigkeit der Ausrichtung des Flaschenverschlusses zu steuern. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
wobei jene Mittel, die angeordnet sind, den kegeligen Endbereich (3') jedes Flaschenverschlusses (3) zu erfassen, einen ersten und zweiten blockierenden Anschlag (2', 6') aufweisen, der die Translationsbewegung jener Translationseinrichtung (9) nur auf denjenigen Transferkanal (7a, 7b, 47b) zu zuläßt, der der entsprechenden Ausrichtung des kegeligen Endbereichs jedes Flaschenverschlusses entspricht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
wobei jene Mittel, die angeordnet sind, den kegeligen Endbereich (3') jedes Flaschenverschlusses (3) zu erfassen, ein Lichtsignal aufweisen und wobei weiter ein Detektor (10; 70) vorgesehen ist, um das Lichtsignal zu erkennen und der Detektor (10; 70) die Translationsbewegung der Translationseinrichtung (9) in Abhängikeit der Ausrichtung des Flaschenverschlusses in Richtung eines der Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) steuert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
wobei jene Mittel, die angeordnet sind, den kegeligen Endbereich (3') jedes Flaschenverschlusses (3) zu erfassen, einen mechanischen Tastspitzenfühler aufweist, der zur Steuerung der Translationsbewegung der Translationseinrichtung (9) in Abhängigkeit der Ausrichtung des Flaschenverschlusses in Richtung eines der Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
wobei jener erste blockierende Anschlag (2') in Verbindung mit der Auslaßöffnung des Zuführkanals (2) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
wobei jener erste blockierende Anschlag (2') in Verbindung mit der Umrandung jener Auflage (15) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei jener Zuführkanal (2) und jene Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) einen im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
wobei jene Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) auf entgegengesetzten Seiten des Zuführkanals (2) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
wobei einer jener Transferkanäle (7a, 7b, 47b) koaxial mit dem Zuführkanal (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 12,
wobei jene Auflage (15) mit Klauen (58) versehen ist, die auf einen Steuerbefehl des Detektors (10, 70) hin geöffnet werden können, wenn das Vorhandensein des kegeligen Endbereiches (3') eines Flaschenverschlusses (3) in der Auflage (15) erkannt wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
wobei jene Translationseinrichtung (9) einen in Führungen (12) gleitenden Schlitten (11) aufweist und der mit einer Öffnung (45) zur Aufnahme der Flaschenverschlüsse (3) ausgestattet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
die weiter Zentriereinrichtungen aufweist, um die Öffnung (45) jenes Schlittens (11) in Flucht mit der Auslaßöffnung jenes Zuführkanals (2) zu bringen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
wobei die Zentriereinrichtung zwei Paare geneigter konvergierender Flächen (11b) aufweist, die an gegenüberliegenden parallelen Wänden des Schlittens (11) ausgelegt sind und auf denen an den Enden zweier Schwenkarme (21) montierte drehbare Rollen (22) gleiten, die gegen die geneigten Flächen durch an die Arme (21) befestigte federnde Mittel (20) in Kontakt gehalten werden, um so den Schlitten (11) in eine Stellung zu bringen, in der die drehbaren Rollen (22) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Konvergenzpunkt der geneigten Flächen (11b) positioniert sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
wobei jener Schlitten (11) durch mindestens einen Pneumatikzylinder angetrieben wird. - Flaschenverschlußzuführgerät für eine Flaschenverschlußmaschine, die eine in den Ansprüchen 1 bis 17 beanspruchte Ausrichteinrichtung (1) aufweist.
