Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Durchführung eines Parameterwechsels in einer Steuereinheit einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere in einer Bedien- und Steuereinheit einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Aufzeichnen mindestens einer Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben, welche über ein Graphical User Interface (2) erfolgen;Speichern der Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben in einer Speichereinheit (20);Auslesen der gespeicherten Parameterwechsel-Eingaben aus der Speichereinheit (20); undWiedereinspielen der ausgelesenen Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben in die Steuereinheit zur Steuerung der Druckmaschine. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die mindestens eine Abfolge von Pararneterwechsel-Eingaben Mausbewegungen, Mausklicks und Tastenbefehle umfasst. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben in einer Datei (24) auf einer Magnetplatte, einem Magnetband oder einer optischen Speicherplatte gespeichert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jede der gespeicherten Abfolgen von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben einem Sequenz-Button (12A) zum Auslösen des Auslesens und Wiedereinspielens der zugeordneten Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben zugeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jeder der Sequenz-Buttons (12A) mindestens einem Arbeitsschicht-Button (12B) zugeordnet ist, der einer Maschinenbediener-Schicht an der Druckmaschine (6) entspricht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Aufzeichnen, das Speichern, das Auslesen und das Wiedereinspielen von einem Prozessor (16) gesteuert wird, der ein Programm (26) ausführt. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Parameterwechsels in einer Steuereinheit einer Druckmaschine, insbesondere in einer Bedien- und Steuereinheit einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Graphical User Interface (2) zum Eingeben mindestens einer Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben, eine Speichereinheit (20) zum Speichern mindestens einer aufgezeichneten Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben, aus welcher die gespeicherte Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben ausgelesen und in die Steuereinheit wiedereingespielt wird, und mindestens einen Prozessor (16) zum Steuern des Aufzeichnens, des Speicherns, des Auslesens und des Wiedereinspielens der Parameterwechsel-Eingaben. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Speichereinheit (20) ein Laufwerk für Magnetplatten, für ein Magnetband oder für eine optische Speicherplatte umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Graphical User Interface (2) eine Vielzahl von graphischen Funktions-Buttons (12A, 12B, 12C) umfasst, wobei die Vielzahl von graphischen Funktions-Buttons (12A, 12B, 12C) mindestens einen Sequenz-Button (12A) umfasst, welchem eine Abfolge von Parameterwechsel-Eingaben des GUI (2) zugeordnet wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vielzahl von graphischen Funktionsbuttons (12A, 12B, 12C) mindestens einen Arbeitsschicht-Button (12B) umfasst, wobei jeder der Sequenz-Buttons (12A) mindestens einem Arbeitsschicht-Button (12B) zugeordnet ist, der einer Maschinenbediener-Schicht an der Druckmaschine (6) entspricht. - Druckmaschine, insbesondere Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10.
