Claims (16)
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2, 22) par enfichage direct de conducteurs, équipant des appareils électriques modulaires, et constitué d'un guide conducteur (34) muni d'une partie plane (35) parallèle à la direction d'enfichage des conducteurs et d'une lame ressort (37) dont une portion inclinée (36) est rappelée au contact de ladite partie plane (35), avec lesquels coopère au moins un organe de commande (6, 26) permettant d'écarter la portion inclinée de la lame ressort de la partie plane (35) du guide conducteur (34), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour brocher ou débrocher sans outils et à tout moment le bornier (2, 22) respectivement à / de l'appareil électrique modulaire, l'action d'une partie de la lame ressort (13, 33) sur le boítier (F) dudit appareil ou sur un élément qui en est solidaire garantissant la réalisation du contact électrique entre le guide conducteur (8, 32) et la borne (14, 25) de l'appareil électrique modulaire.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le guide conducteur (8) et la lame ressort (13) sont disposés dans un bornier (2) insérable parallèlement à la direction d'enfichage des conducteurs dans un logement (1) pratiqué dans le petit côté latéral (L) du boítier (B) de l'appareil modulaire.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'une portion flexible (13) de la lame ressort dépasse d'une des faces du bornier (2) et est destinée à se loger élastiquement dans un évidement (3) prévu à cet effet dans la paroi correspondante dudit logement (1) du boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique modulaire.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le guide conducteur (8) affleure la face du bornier (2) opposée à celle qui comporte la portion flexible (13) de la lame ressort, et en ce qu'il est maintenu au contact de la borne (14) de l'appareil électrique modulaire, affleurant la paroi correspondante du logement (1), par action de ladite portion flexible (13) de la lame ressort sur le fond de l'évidement (3).
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ladite face comprenant le guide conducteur (8) comporte au moins un orifice traversant (7) permettant le passage d'au moins un bras de l'organe de commande (6) équipant le boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique modulaire, le ou lesdits bras étant reliés à un bouton de commande accessible de la façade (F) dudit appareil modulaire.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit bouton est muni d'une patte élastique avec un crochet d'extrémité permettant son clipsage dans le boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique modulaire, ledit crochet comportant deux surfaces parallèles venant en butée contre deux cloisons dudit boítier (B) pour limiter la course des organes de commande.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2) selon les revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le bornier (2) et le logement comportent chacun un élément de détrompage (4, 6) destinés à coopérer l'un avec l'autre, imposant le sens d'insertion du bornier (2) dans le logement (1) pratiqué dans le boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique.
- Bomier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le bornier (2) comporte une glissière en queue d'aronde (16) située sur l'une des faces parallèles à la direction d'insertion, le logement (1) récepteur comportant une protubérance (4) de forme correspondante prévue pour s'y loger.
- Bomier de raccordement rapide (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guide conducteur (34), la lame ressort (37) et l'organe de commande (26) sont disposés dans un bornier (22) fixable au boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique modulaire selon une direction perpendiculaire à la direction d'enfichage des conducteurs, pour occuper un volume ménagé à l'extrémité longitudinale de la façade (F) de l'appareil électrique modulaire, ouvert sur ladite façade (F) et sur le petit côté latéral (L) dudit boítier.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (22) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la fixation se fait par coulissement le long d'une glissière (24) disposée sur la paroi d'allure perpendiculaire à ladite façade (F), qui en constitue le fond, et s'achève au contact d'un ressaut (21) d'allure parallèle à ladite façade (F), de telle sorte que le bornier (22) fixé, en remplissant ledit volume, restitue sensiblement une forme d'appareil électrique modulaire traditionnelle.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (22) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le guide conducteur (34) comporte une portion (32) parallèle à l'axe de la glissière (24), au niveau de laquelle la borne (25) de l'appareil électrique est disponible, ladite portion (32) du guide conducteur (34) venant s'enficher entre ladite borne (25) et le fond de la glissière (24).
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (22) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la glissière (24) comporte deux parois (23) parallèles en T entre lesquelles est disposée la borne (25) de l'appareil électrique, à une distance du fond de la glissière (24) sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de la portion (32) du guide conducteur (34) parallèle à l'axe de la glissière (24).
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (22) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (33) de la lame ressort (37) située à l'opposé de celle (38) venant en appui sur la surface (35) du guide conducteur (34) exerce une pression élastique contre la borne (25) de l'appareil électrique en direction du fond de la glissière (24).
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (22) selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (26) équipe le bornier (22) à fixer au boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique.
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2, 22) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les faces des borniers affleurant les petits côtés latéraux (L) des boítiers (B) sont dotés d'un dispositif de guidage (9, 10 ; 29, 30) des conducteurs à raccorder, permettant le guidage de l'extrémité dénudée de chaque conducteur depuis la façade (F) du boítier (B) de l'appareil électrique modulaire jusqu'à connexion entre le guide conducteur (34) et la lame ressort (37).
- Bornier de raccordement rapide (2, 22) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ces dispositifs sont constitués d'au moins une goulotte (10, 30) de direction parallèle à l'axe longitudinal du petit côté latéral (L), dont l'extrémité débouchant au niveau de la façade (F) de l'appareil électrique modulaire réalise une encoche de repérage pour la connexion, l'autre extrémité étant fermée autour d'au moins un orifice (9, 29) marquant l'ouverture d'un conduit de guidage vers le lieu de la connexion entre le guide conducteur (34) et la lame ressort (37).
