Claims (12)
- Flexible Lanze (1) zum Bearbeiten oder Inspizieren eines Rohrbodens (61) eines Dampferzeugers (63), mit einem flexiblen metallischen ersten Band (3), das eine sich in seiner Längsrichtung (31) erstreckende erste Ausformung (13) zur Aufnahme einer Versorgungsleitung (17, 19) für einen am freien Ende des ersten Bands (3) angeordneten Bearbeitungs- oder Inspektionskopf (71) aufweist,
gekennzeichnet durch ein flexibles metallisches zweites Band (5), welches in Längsrichtung (31) angeordnet und mit dem ersten Band (3) derart verbunden ist, daß die offene Seite der ersten Ausformung (13) von dem zweiten Band (5) einen Führungskanal (16) bildend überdeckt ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Band (3) und das zweite Band (5) durch eine erste Sehne (27) miteinander verbunden sind. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbindung der beiden Bänder (3, 5) abwechselnd das erste Band (3) und das zweite Band (5) an der ersten Sehne (27) anliegt. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das erste Band (3) eine erste Reihe (43) in Längsrichtung (31) hintereinander angeordneter Öffnungen (44) aufweist,daß das zweite Band (5) eine zweite Reihe (45) in Längsrichtung (31) hintereinander angeordneter Öffnungen (46) aufweist, unddaß zur Verbindung der Bänder (3, 5) die erste Sehne (27) durch die Öffnungen (44, 46) der beiden Bänder (3, 5) geführt ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Band (3) zwischen seinen Öffnungen (44) senkrecht zur Längsrichtung (31) ausgeformt ist,
daß das zweite Band (5) zwischen seinen Öffnungen (46) in entgegengesetzter Richtung ausgeformt ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eines der Bänder (3, 5) mit seinen ausgeformten Bereichen (48 bzw. 49) in die Öffnungen (46, 44) des anderen Bands (5, 3) hineinragt. - Flexible Lanze 1 nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Sehne (29) beabstandet zur ersten Sehne (27) und in gleicher Weise wie diese angebracht ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Sehne (27) bzw. eine der Sehnen (27, 29) als Draht, insbesondere als Federstahldraht, als Seil, insbesondere als Stahlseil, und/ oder als Fiberglaselement ausgebildet ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Sehne (27) bzw. eine der Sehnen (27, 29) eine höhere Biegesteifigkeit als eines der Bänder (3, 5) oder als beide Bänder (3, 5) zusammen aufweist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Band (5) zur Bildung des Führungskanals (16) mit einer sich in Längsrichtung (31) erstreckenden zweiten Ausformung (15) auf die andere Seite wie das erste Band (3) ausgeformt ist. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Ausformung (15) derart über der offenen Seite der ersten Ausformung (13) angeordnet ist, daß sich der gebildete Führungskanal (16) - betrachtet in einer Querschnittsebene durch die Bänder (3, 5) - im wesentlichen symmetrisch auf beide Seiten der Bänder (3, 5) erstreckt. - Flexible Lanze (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Ausformung (13) und optional die zweite Ausformung (15) in Längsrichtung (31) hintereinander angeordnete Ausnehmungen (33 bzw. 35), insbesondere Schlitze, aufweist.
