- the object of the invention is to provide a corner cabinet door fitting a radial movement of the door allows and still a good utilization of the Space of the shelves allows.
- the housing as a Hollow profile trained, the trays supporting column that is to the axis of rotation of the Carousels arranged in a staggered manner and by means of brackets on upper and lower bearing structures the carousel is held.
- FIG. 1 shows a cylindrical corner cabinet 10, which with the help of a support structure 12 in a corner between two adjacent to each other at right angles Walls 14, 16 of a room is suspended.
- the corner cabinet 10 has two by a curved rear wall 18 connected to each other convexly curved Side walls 20 and 22, which are formed as extrusion profiles made of aluminum are.
- the corner cabinet is at the top by a crown 24 in the Form of a double-walled washer molded from plastic and at the bottom Ended by a base plate 26 also injection molded from plastic.
- the crown 24 and the base plate 26 are not shown with the help of Screws connected to the side walls 20 and 22.
- the front vertical Edges of the side walls 20 and 22 delimit a door opening 28 through a door 30 can be closed.
- the door 30 is convexly curved, however, it can also be flat or concave.
- Corner cabinet rotatable carousel 32 Inside the corner cabinet 10 is a around the vertical central axis of the cylindrical Corner cabinet rotatable carousel 32, which has several shelves 34 forms.
- the trays 34 are separated from the axis of rotation of the carousel offset vertical column 36 connected to each other at the top and a holder 38 is mounted for the door 30 at the lower end.
- the holder 38 and with them also the door 30 are movable in the radial direction of the carousel guided in the column 36 and biased elastically outwards so that the door 30 in its closed position from the inside against the edges of the side walls 20 and 22 is pressed.
- the carousel When the door 30 is pressed inward against the elastic bias is, the carousel can be rotated so that the door opens the door opening 28.
- a cam not shown in FIG. 1, arranged on the base plate 26 the radial movement of the door 30 and the holder 38 becomes known Controlled in such a way that the door only returns to its radially outer position can come back when the carousel is back in the angular position, in which the door is aligned with the door opening 28.
- Figure 2 shows a horizontal section of part of the side wall 22 and the edge region of the door 30 adjoining this side wall.

The When the door is closed, sealing profile 52 seals against the inner surface of the Stop bar 46 on, so that the door opening is sealed properly.
- the sealing profile 52 and the leg of the profile strip receiving this sealing profile 50 are only slightly raised compared to the outer surface of the door leaf 48, so that between the edge of the stop bar 46 and the door leaf 48th there is only a minimal joint.
- the length of the stop bars 46 in the circumferential direction is dimensioned so that the door 30 with some play between the webs 44 of the side walls 22 and 20 is added. So there can be some misalignment the door can be tolerated without the need for readjustment is.
- Screw channels 54 can be seen, which are used to attach the base plate 26 and serve the crown 24.
- the column 36 shown separately in FIG. 3 is formed by an extrusion profile formed from aluminum and has an elongated shape in the radial direction of the carousel U-shaped profile, the parallel legs 56 of which face outwards. in the middle area of the column are the free ends of the legs 56 by a Wall 58 completed, the guides only at the top and bottom leaves free for the holder 38.
- the holder 38 shown here only schematically can be provided in a known manner with setting devices, which allow height and, if necessary, side adjustment of the door.
- In the wall 58 there is an adjusting screw 60 near the lower end arranged, which allows the depth of the door to be closed adjust as will be described later.
- Each leg 56 of the column faces near the inner and outer A row of holes with holes arranged in a uniform grid 62 and 64 respectively.
- a support arm 66 is arranged for support one of the trays 34 is used.
- This support arm is bent by a U-shape Bracket made of metal, which surrounds the column 36 from the outside and the closed end to the middle, that is, to the axis of rotation of the carousel enough.
- the parallel legs of the support arm 66 are on the inside provided with two projections 68, which by the inherent elasticity of the bracket-shaped Bracket with one of the holes 62 and one of the holes 64 in Be held. In this way, the support arm 66 is stable against tipping Pillar 36 held.
- the two legs of the support arm 66 each have a light at the free end tab 70 bent outwards.
- the function of these tabs is that Fix the tray 34 in the vertical direction on the support arm 66, as will be explained in more detail later will be described.
- another support arm 72 is attached, which is differs from the support arm 66 only in that it is not adjustable in height but is firmly welded to the column.
- a bracket 74 is welded, which is essentially has the same shape as the support arms 66 and 72, but not for support serves a tray, but for receiving a bearing structure shown in Figure 4 76, with the upper end of the carousel rotatable on the crown 24 of the corner cabinet is stored.
- the bearing structure 76 has a telescopic Axis 78, which can be adapted to different corner cabinet heights allows.
- the lower support arm 72 carries a bearing structure 80 at the inner end the lower end of the carousel rotatable on the bottom plate 26 of the corner cabinet is stored.
- the middle support arm 66 is omitted in FIG. 4.
- the column 36 has broken open shown so that a door fitting housed inside this column 82 can be seen, the radial inward and outward movement of the Door 30 allows. This ensures a tilt-free radial movement of the door Fogging is achieved by a synchromesh shaft 84 that is vertical through the interior the column 36 extends and with its upper and lower ends rotatable in the holders 38 is mounted.
- the synchronous shaft 84 is in the area of the upper and lower ends each with a pinion 86 provided with one on the inner surface a leg 56 of the column 36 attached rack 88 combs.
- the lower holder 38 for the door has two ball guides 90 with low friction the column 36 out, while for the upper holder 38 only a single ball guide 92 is provided. There is also a pin 94 in the upper holder 38 recognizable, on which a tension spring, not shown, engages the holder 38 and so that the door 30 is also biased radially outwards. The other end of the tension spring is on the inner surface of the leg of the column, not shown in Figure 4 36 anchored. The lower holder is also made by a corresponding tension spring 38 biased to the outside.
- the synchronizing shaft meshing with the toothed strips 88 84 ensures that the upper and lower brackets always move synchronously.
- the cam 96 forms a circular guideway 98 with a radial extension 100.
- the door is in the closed position in its radially outer position. In this state, the pin is in the extension 100.
- the carousel rotated becomes, the lower holder 38 and thus the entire door in one to the inside retracted position, in which the door is not on the side walls or the rear wall of the corner cabinet.
- the door opening 28 aligned position it returns under the effect the mentioned tension springs automatically back into the closed position.
- the adjusting screw 60 forms an adjustable stop for the synchronous shaft 84 and thus determines the radial position of the door in the closed position.
- An adjustment of the inclination of the door is achieved in that at least the upper rack 88 is radially adjustable with respect to the column 36.
- This upper one Rack 88 is on the leg 56 of the column 36 using two fastening screws 102 held, which extend through slots 104 of the rack. After loosening the fastening screws 102, using an eccentric 106 a sensitive adjustment can be made.
- the inclination of the synchronous shaft 84 and so that the inclination of the door 30 parallel to the synchronous shaft also varies.
- the fastening screws 102 are again dressed.
- FIG. 5 shows one of the trays 34 which are on the support arms 66 and 72 are mounted.
- the outline of the tray 34 is on most of the circumference formed by a circular line that is concentric to the axis of rotation and to the inner contour the corner cabinet 10 is adapted.
- the tray is in the area of the door by a curved line with a smaller one, adapted to the curvature of the door 30 Limited curvature. In the middle of this less curved A slot 108 leading radially inwards from the edge can be seen which is adapted to the outer cross section of the column 36. Below this Slot 108, the tray is thickened and in the walls of slot 108 two recesses 110 are formed which the mentioned tabs 70 des Pick up support arms 66 or 72.
- bracket-shaped support arm 66 also be designed so that the free ends of his legs through the side walls of the slot 108 are slightly compressed. In this case secured not only the engagement of the projections 68 in the holes 62 and 64, but achieved at the same time a non-positive fixation of the tray on the support arm.
