Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'entraínement pour un chariot porte-couteau (3) pour la séparation d'un tissu à deux nappes de poils dans le plan des poils, dans un métier à tissé à deux nappes de poils, comportant un servomoteur (41, 51, 6) commandable de façon réversible conformément à des programmes prédéterminés et auquel sont associés une échelle de mesure de déplacement et un transmetteur de déplacement (411, 412, 511, 512, 611, 612) pour détecter des unités actuelles de déplacement, et comportant au moins un circuit de transmission pour la transmission du déplacement d'entraínement sur le chariot porte-couteau déplaçable le long d'un rail de guidage, caractérisé en ce qu'une liaison directe existe entre le chariot porte-couteau (30) et l'unité transmetteur de déplacement /échelle de mesure de déplacement (411, 412, 511, 512, 611, 612) et en ce que pour l'établissement de cette liaison directe, entre le chariot porte-couteau (30) et l'unité transmetteur de déplacement / échelle de mesure de déplacement (411, 412; 511, 512; 611, 612) sont disposés des organes de transmission non élastiques, insérés selon une liaison par formes complémentaires et se présentant sous la forme de courroies dentées (42, 45), sous la forme d'une broche (52) et d'un écrou (53) ou sous la forme d'un accouplement (63).
  2. Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité transmetteur / échelle de mesure de déplacement (411, 412) est associée au servomoteur (41) monté fixe sur le châssis,
       en ce qu'au moins une courroie dentée (42, 45) est associée au servomoteur (41) en tant qu'organe de transmission, et
       en ce que le chariot porte-couteau (3) est relié selon une liaison par formes complémentaires à un brin de la courroie dentée (45).
  3. Dispositif d'entraínement selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la courroie dentée (45) est guidée sans fin sur deux poulies (43, 43'), et
       en ce que les deux poulies (43, 43') à courroies dentées sont reliées selon une liaison motrice à des servomoteurs (41) commandés d'une manière synchrone l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  4. Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité transmetteur / échelle de mesure de déplacement (511, 512) est associée au servomoteur (51) monté fixe dans le châssis,
       en ce qu' est associée une broche (52) orientée parallèlement au rail de guidage (2) au servomoteur (51) en tant qu'organe de transmission, et
       en ce que le chariot porte-couteau (3) est relié selon une liaison par formes complémentaires à un écrou (53), guidé sur la broche, dans sa direction de déplacement.
  5. Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le servomoteur est agencé sous la forme d'un moteur linéaire,
       dont le stator fait partie du rail de guidage (2), et
       dont le rotor (61) est relié au chariot porte-couteau (3), et
       en ce que le transmetteur (6122) est associé au rotor (61) et l'échelle de mesure de déplacement (611) est associée au rail de guidage (2).
  6. Dispositif d'entraínement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au chariot porte-couteau (3) est associé
       dans une position prédéterminée, un capteur (26) pour déterminer la disposition en saillie du couteau, et
       dans une seconde position prédéterminée, un dispositif (butée 25, levier de pression 24) pour supprimer temporairement la liaison entre le couteau (31) et le chariot porte-couteau (3), et
       en ce qu'au couteau (31) sont associés des organes de réglage (par exemple un boulon de serrage 311) servant à déplacer le couteau, lorsque ce dernier est à l'état détaché, par rapport au porte-couteau (3), pour l'amener dans une position de coupe prédéterminée.
