Claims (35)

  1. Vorrichtung zur elektrischen Verbindung für einen Rolladenkasten (7), welche die elektrische Verbindung zwischen einerseits mindestens einem Kabel (62) innerhalb des Kastens und andererseits mindestens einem Kabel (75) außerhalb des Kastens ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie folgendes umfasst:
    ein Seitenstück (20), das vorgesehen, eine Seitenwand des Rolladenkastens (7) zu bilden, und das mit mindestens einem Loch (72) versehen ist, das durchgehend ist oder dazu ausgelegt, durchgehend zu sein, um dem Ende des Außenkabels (75) den Durchgang in das Innere des Kastens zu ermöglichen,
    eine im Verhältnis zu dem Seitenstück bewegliche Abdeckkappe (51),
    Anschlussmittel (60, 65) zur Befestigung der Abdeckkappe (51) auf der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks, so dass die Abdeckkappe (51), nachdem sie an dem Seitenstück angebracht wurde, mit der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) ein inneres elektrisches Steckergehäuse definiert, das mindestens mit einem durchgehenden Loch für den Durchgang eines Endteils des Innenkabels (62) versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durchgehende Loch des elektrischen Steckergehäuses, das von dem Seitenstück (20) und der Abdeckkappe (51) gebildet wird, sowohl von der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks als auch von der Abdeckkappe begrenzt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) auf der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) befestigt ist, und dass die Vorrichtung ein Kabel (62) umfasst, das durch das durchgehende Loch geführt wird, das von der Abdeckkappe (51) und der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) begrenzt wird, und das an der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) durch Klemmen mittels der Abdeckkappe (51) befestigt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) eine Rückwand (52) und einen Mantel (53) umfasst und dass der freie Rand des Mantels (53) mit mindestens einer Auskehlung (61) für den Durchgang des Innenkabels (62) versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich (70) der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20), der als Rückseite für das elektrische Steckergehäuse dient, nachdem die Abdeckkappe (51) an dem Seitenstück befestigt wurde, zurücksteht, um einen Hohlraum zu bilden, und dass in dem Rand (71) dieses Hohlraums mindestens eine Auskehlung (76) für den Durchgang des Innenkabels (62) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loch (72), das durchgehend ist oder dazu vorgesehen ist, in dem Seitenstück (20) durchgehend gemacht zu werden, um den Durchgang des Außenkabels (75) zu ermöglichen, in dem Bereich (70) des Seitenstücks ausgebildet ist, der der Lage der Abdeckkappe (51) entspricht, so dass, nachdem die Abdeckkappe (51) an dem Seitenstück befestigt wurde, das Loch (72) direkt in das Innere des elektrischen Steckergehäuses einmündet, das von der Abdeckkappe mit der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks gebildet wird.
  7. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) an der Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) angesetzt ist.
  8. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) im Verhältnis zu der Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) abnehmbar ist.
  9. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussmittel aus der Gruppe gewählt werden, die Schraubverbindungen, Nietverbindungen, Klammerverbindungen, Klebverbindungen, Schweißverbindungen, Rastverbindungen und kraftschlüssige Schachtelverbindungen umfasst.
  10. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) eine Rückwand (52), einen Mantel (53) und eine Stütze (54), die mit einem axial durchgehenden Loch (55) versehen ist, das sich senkrecht zu der Rückwand (52) erstreckt, umfasst.
  11. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (54) einen freien Endteil (56) umfasst, der im Wesentlichen eben und zu der Achse (57) des axial durchgehenden Lochs (55) senkrecht steht, wobei dieser freie Endteil (56) zum Innern der Abdeckkappe (51) hin, im Verhältnis zu dem freien Rand (58) des Mantels (53) zurückgesetzt angeordnet ist.
  12. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (53) der Abdeckkappe (51) in seinem freien Endteil eine äußere Verjüngung aufweist, die eine Schulter (59) definiert, die zu der Achse (57) des axial durchgehenden Lochs (55) im Wesentlichen senkrecht steht.
  13. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende des Mantels (53) spitz zulaufend ist, so dass die Abdeckkappe (51) in eine Nute (60) eingesetzt werden kann, die auf der Innenfläche der Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) vorgesehen ist.
  14. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) auf ihrem freien Rand mindestens eine Auskehlung (61) aufweist, die dazu geeignet ist, den Durchgang eines Endteils des Kabelabschnitts (62) innerhalb des Kastens (7) zu ermöglichen.
  15. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) mit einem Stift (65) versehen ist, der im Verhältnis zu der Rückwand (70) des elektrischen Steckergehäuses (50) senkrecht vorspringt, wobei dieser Stift (65) mit einem Sackloch (66) versehen ist, das in der Verlängerung des axial durchgehenden Lochs (55) der Abdeckkappe (51) angeordnet ist, wenn diese Abdeckkappe (51) mit dem Seitenstück (20) zusammengefügt ist.
  16. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (65) eine Außenhülle aufweist, die sich kegelstumpfartig in Richtung auf die Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) aufweitet, wobei die Stütze (54) der Abdeckkappe (51) sich kegelstumpfartig in Richtung auf die Rückwand (52) dieser Abdeckkappe (51) aufweitet.
  17. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckkappe (51) ein Stück ist, das mit Ausnahme der Auskehlung (61) um die Achse (57) seines axial durchgehenden Lochs (55) umlaufend ist, wobei der Stift (65) ebenso ein um die Achse (67) seines Sacklochs (66) umlaufendes Stück ist.
  18. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) über die Nute (61) hinaus in einer Ebene erstreckt, die im Verhältnis zu der Rückwand (70) des elektrischen Steckergehäuses (50) versetzt ist, wobei der Rand (71) der Rückwand des elektrischen Steckergehäuses (50) eine Auflagefläche für die Schulter (59) der Abdeckkappe (51) bildet.
  19. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Loch (72), das durchgehend ist oder bereitgestellt wird, um in dem Seitenstück (20) durchgehend gemacht zu werden, von einem vorspringenden Rohr (73) definiert wird, dessen Innenwand (74) sich kegelstumpfartig von der Innenfläche zu der Außenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) laufend aufweitet.
  20. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptwand (21) des Seitenstücks (20) einen Querteil (23) und eine Längsstützwand (29), die sich auf dem Seitenrand der Hauptwand (21) erstreckt, umfasst.
  21. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 19 und 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Führungswand (30) die Längsstützwand (29) und den Querteil (23) des Seitenstücks (20) verbindet, wobei die Länge des vorspringenden Rohrs (73) geringfügig kleiner ist als die Breite der Führungswand (30).
  22. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenstück (20) außerdem einen unteren Absatz (22) und eine gebogene obere Lasche (32), welche die Führungswand (30) verlängert, umfasst.
  23. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche des Querteils (23) des Seitenstücks (20), d.h. die dem Innenvolumen des Kastens (7) gegenüberliegende Fläche, auf der das Seitenstück (20) angebracht werden kann, mit Vorsprüngen (27, 28) versehen ist.
  24. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass das Seitenstück (20) mit zwei Löchern (72) versehen ist, die durchgehend sind oder dazu vorgesehen sind, durchgehend gemacht zu werden, wobei jedes dieser beiden Löcher durch eine Rückwand (70) eines elektrischen Steckergehäuses (50) einmündet, die mit Anschlussmitteln mit einer Abdeckkappe versehen ist, wobei somit zwei elektrische Steckergehäuse (50) auf dem Seitenstück (20) definiert werden können.
  25. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil (21) des Seitenstücks (20) mit einem Mittelbereich (24) versehen ist, der einen Achsenhalter (25) für die Wickeltrommel (1) des Rolladens bildet.
  26. Verbindungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenstück (20) mit einer Gesamtsymmetrieebene (S) versehen ist, die im Wesentlichen zu dem Querteil (23) senkrecht steht.
  27. Rolladenkasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Verbindungsvorrichtung, wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26 vorgestellt, einen röhrenförmigen Körper und eine Unterfläche, die mit einer Durchgangsöffnung für den Panzer (2) des Rolladens versehen ist, umfasst.
  28. Rolladenkasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Verbindungsvorrichtung, wie in einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 27 vorgestellt, umfasst, und dass er außerdem ein Stück umfasst, das allgemein rinnenförmig (9) ist und im Querschnitt ein U-Profil aufweist, wobei dieses U-Profil auf den beiden Seitenflächen (13, 14) dieser Rinne (9) einmündet, wobei die Innenfläche (31) der Führungswand (30) des Seitenstücks (20) zu der Innenfläche (15) der Rinne (9) homothetisch und dazu gedacht ist, gegenüber der Innenfläche (15) der Rinne (9) und sich darauf mindestens teilweise abstützend zu liegen zu kommen, wenn das Seitenstück (20) auf die Rinne (9) gesetzt ist.
  29. Kasten nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gebogene Lasche (32) des Seitenstücks (20) dazu geeignet ist, gegenüber dem oberen Teil der Innenfläche (15) der Rinne (9) und sich darauf mindestens teilweise abstützend zu liegen zu kommen, wenn das Seitenstück (20) auf diese Rinne (9) gesetzt ist.
  30. Kasten nach einem der Ansprüche 28 oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Absatz (22) des Seitenstücks (20) mit Seitenrändern (33, 34) versehen ist, die dazu geeignet sind, in sich ergänzenden Schienen (35, 36), mit denen die Rinne (9) versehen ist, aufgenommen zu werden.
  31. Kasten nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rinne (9) aus einem Material gefertigt wird, das aus der Gruppe gewählt wird, die Terrakotta, Beton, Polymermaterialien und Metallegierungen umfasst.
  32. Kasten nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rinne (9) aus Styropor gefertigt wird.
  33. Kasten nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenstück (20) der Verbindungsvorrichtung aus Polymermaterial erstellt wird.
  34. Rolladen, umfassend mindestens einen Kasten, wie in einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 33 vorgestellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein elektrisch gesteuertes Antriebsorgan umfasst, das an den Kabelabschnitt (62) innerhalb des Kastens (7) angeschlossen ist, wobei die Anschlüsse im Innern des elektrischen Steckergehäuses (50) zwischen diesem Kabelabschnitt (62) innerhalb des Kastens (7) und einem Endteil des Kabels (75) außerhalb des Kastens (7) die Steuerung des Auf- und Abwickeln des Rolladenpanzers (2) um eine Trommel (1) ermöglichen.
  35. Rolladen nach Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens das Innenkabel (62) auf der Innenfläche des Seitenstücks (20) der Verbindungsvorrichtung (50) durch Klemmen mittels der Abdeckkappe (51) befestigt wird.
