Definitions

  • the invention relates to a toilet bowl with arranged in the upper edge of the toilet bowl rinsing nozzle for dispensing the Toilettenschusset inside spraying cleaning liquid, an outgoing from the bottom area connection for a vacuum line of a vacuum toilet system with existing in the vacuum line shut-off valve and an overflow with an outlet, the allows drainage from the toilet bowl from below the irrigation jammed liquid.
  • DE-U-297 00 985 discloses a vacuum toilet. It starts from the lower part of the bowl from a pipeline that ends open outside the bowl at a certain height below the flushing nozzles. As a result, an overflow is formed, which ensures that if the toilet bowl should run through a malfunction, the water level can not reach the nozzles, which could suck in an inappropriate manner wastewater in the drinking water pipe. Disadvantage of the known training is that when the suction of the toilet bowl should be covered with paper and solids, the bowl can not be properly emptied, as would be sucked on the outside of the toilet bowl running line false air, so that consequently in the toilet bowl not the required negative pressure can be built up to suck the bowl completely empty.
  • a plurality of nozzles are arranged in the upper edge region to rinse the toilet furs.
  • a part of the middle region between two successive nozzles can not be rinsed by itself.
  • a device for distribution of rinse water in a toilet bowl which has a running in the upper bowl edge edge directed against the inner wall of the toilet bowl longitudinal channel.
  • the device consists of elastic material such as plastic or rubber.
  • plug-shaped bushes are provided for flushing a toilet bowl in the upper edge of elastic material, which have two outlet openings on the toilet bowl side in order to dispense rinsing liquid.
  • US-A-2,080,073 relates to a toilet bowl, but without an outwardly open overflow is provided. Rather, an overflow opens into a chamber to release an otherwise sealed with mercury tube in disturbed operation of the toilet, whereby the supply of water in the toilet bowlunterbunden.
  • the present invention is based on the problem, a toilet bowl intended for a vacuum Toilenenstrom of the type mentioned, so educate that the overflow is easy to clean without liquid flows out. At the same time a self-cleaning should be possible. Also, the appearance of the toilet bowl should not be disturbed by the overflow.
  • the problem is essentially solved in that the overflow is formed as an outgoing from the inside of the toilet bowl channel or chamber-shaped recess of the toilet bowl, which has a trough-shaped from the inside of the toilet bowl starting outwardly rising bottom surface and in the rear region of the Toilet bowl goes to the outlet.
  • the channel or chamber-shaped recess preferably extends between pockets running on the back, such as attachment pockets, as these are also known from wall-mounted closets.
  • the chamber or channel-shaped overflow-forming section extends starting from the toilet bowl inner wall rising and channel-shaped. Due to the inclined or channel-shaped bottom surface, self-cleaning is additionally provided. Regardless, the opening in the toilet bowl opening of the overflow should be chosen so large that cleaning can be done by hand.
  • the overflow toilet bowl inside sections is covered by a portion of the toilet bowl or its inner wall, which may be hood-shaped above the opening.
  • a portion of the toilet bowl or its inner wall which may be hood-shaped above the opening.
  • the overflow extends above a valve leading to a vacuum line shut-off without the handling or maintenance of the shut-off valve is adversely affected.
  • the toilet bowl 10 is intended to be used for a toilet vacuum system.
  • the toilet bowl 10 consists of a double-walled body 11 and has in its lowest point, ie in the bottom region 12, a Connection to a vacuum line 14, in which there is a shut-off valve 16, which then establishes a connection to the toilet bowl 10, ie its inner region 18 in the usual way when accumulated liquid and solids are to be sucked.
  • a shut-off valve 16 which then establishes a connection to the toilet bowl 10, ie its inner region 18 in the usual way when accumulated liquid and solids are to be sucked.
  • nozzles 22, 23 arranged to flush the inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10 can.
  • an overflow 28 is provided in the rear portion 26 of the bowl 10, which is formed by a chamber or channel-shaped portion or a recess 30 laterally in pockets such as attachment pockets 32nd , 34 passes over the liquid forcibly fed into the sanitary room, in which the toilet bowl 10 is located.
  • the overflow 28 has an opening 36, the upper edge 38 at a distance H below the nozzles 22, 23 extends.
  • the distance H is preferably about 20 mm.
  • the channel-shaped portion 30 of the toilet bowl has a rising trough-shaped bottom 40 emanating from the opening 36, thereby ensuring that when inadvertently liquid flows into the portion 30, it can flow back into the area 18 of the toilet bowl 10. This results in a kind of self-cleaning.
  • the openings of the recess 30 leading to the side pockets 30, 32 are formed in a cross-section such that cleaning of the channel or chamber, i. of the overflow 28, can be done by hand.
  • the outlets leading in the exemplary embodiment to the attachment pockets 32, 34 in this case extend above the channel-shaped bottom 40.
  • the toilet wall 42 is formed projecting in comparison to the extending below the opening 36 region 44, as illustrated in particular the view A in Fig. 3.
  • two nozzles 22, 23 are provided in the upper edge region of the toilet body 11 alone in order to use this cleaning liquid for cleaning the inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10, i. to spray their body 11.
  • the nozzles 22, 23 are diametrically opposite and arranged approximately centrally in each longitudinal side.
  • Each nozzle 22, 23 consists of a mushroom-shaped body which is composed of a first section 44 extending along the inner surface 24 in the upper edge 20 of the toilet bowl 10 and a second section 46 extending into the body 11.
  • the second section 46 is penetrated by a central channel 48, via which rinsing liquid can be supplied.
  • From the channel 48 has a curved course having slot 50, which opens in the peripheral edge 52 of the first portion 44.
  • the outlet slot 50 extends over an arc, which preferably lies in the range of 160 ° to 165 ° and faces the bottom region of the bowl 10.
  • the extension takes place symmetrically to the vertical axis 54 which is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to a plane which is spanned by the nozzles 22, 23 and parallel to the upper edge 20 of the toilet bowl 10 extends.
  • the slot 50 passes in its respective end into a bore 56, 58 whose diameter D is greater than the slot 50 in its width S.
  • the diameter is approximately 1.8 times the width S of the slot 50.
  • the bores 56, 58 pass through the outlet slot 52 in its respective radial boundary, the bores 56, 58 form an angle ⁇ of approximately 160 to 165 °.
  • the slot 50 biases a plane inclined to the outer or inner surface 60, 62 of the first portion 44 of the nozzle 22, 23 extends. In this case, an angle ⁇ of about 6 ° to 7 ° is included, whereby the slot 50 extends with built-in nozzle 22, 23 in the direction of the inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10.
  • the bores 56, 58 are preferably formed by drilling, wherein the slot 50 is milled to the transverse bores 56, 58.
  • the slot 50 extends inclined to the surface 60, the former emerges very close to the inner boundary surface 60, which in turn abuts at least in sections flat against the inner surface 24 of the toilet bowl 10. In this way and through the bores 56, 58 results in a good flushing, which ensures that the toilet bowl 10 and its inner surface 24 is cleaned to the desired extent, including the required extent at the edge region between the nozzles 22, 23rd
  • the bores 56, 58 do not originate centrally from the channel 48, but rather approximately from its edge region 64 remote from the slot 50.
