Claims (9)
- Fallenverschluß (10) für an Gestelle, Gehäuse, od. dgl. mit Scharnieren angelenkte Wände, Türen, Klappen, bei denen die durch die Scharniere miteinander verbundenen Gestell-, Gehäuse-, Tür- oder Wandflächen od. dgl. in verschlossener Stellung nach außen hin zueinander im wesentlichen bündig sind, bestehend aus einem am Rahmen od. dgl. befestigbaren ersten Verschlußgehäuse (12) mit Hintergriff (14) zur verriegelden Aufnahme der Falle (16) des Fallenverschlusses (10), und einem an der Tür od. dgl. befestigbaren zweiten Verschlußgehäuse (18), in dem die Falle (16) mittels Griff (58) gegen Federkraft (48) verschieblich angeordnet ist, wobei das zweite Verschlußgehäuse (18) einen Vorsprung (40) bildet, der sich bei geschlossener Tür auf eine von dem ersten Verschlußgehäuse (12) gebildete, im wesentlichen parallel zur Türebene (42) liegende Stirnfläche (44) legt, und wobei in der Stirnfläche (44) ein Einschnitt oder Nut (56) gebildet ist, die sich parallel zur Rahmenerstreckung erstreckt, und daß von dem Vorsprung (40) eine in der Nut (56) aufnehmbare Leiste (54) vorspringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Verschlußgehäuse (12, 18) in ihrer Montagefläche hinterschnittene Nuten (32, 132) oder Gewindebohrungen (133) oder Befestigungslappen (84) besitzen.
- Fallenverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem ersten Verschlußgehäuse (12) für die Aufnahme der Falle (16) gebildete Hintergrifffläche (14) unterhalb der Stirnfläche (44) und parallel zu dieser liegt.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Außenfläche von Tür oder Rahmen (42) und dem darauf montierten Gehäuse (18, 12) optional eine Abstandsplatte vorgesehen ist.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (20) od. dgl. einerseits, und die Außenkontur der Tür (24) od. dgl. andererseits von mit hinterschnittenen Nuten (22) ausgestatteten Profilstücken gebildet ist.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (32, 132) der beiden Verschlußgehäuse (12, 18) senkrecht zur Profilachse verlaufen.
- Fallenverschfuß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Verschlußgehäuse in ihrer Montagefläche in einem vorgegebenen Raster - in Abstimmung zu unterschiedlichen Profilbreiten - versetzt angeordnete Gewindebohrungen (133) aufweisen.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Verschlußgehäuse Befestigungslappen (84) mit jeweils einem Runddurchbruch (86) oder Langloch (186) aufweisen, wobei das Langloch senkrecht zur Profilachse verläuft und vorzugsweise mit einem Rand mit Querriffelung (187) zur Aufnahme einer den Kopf oder das Gewinde der Befestigungsschraube aufnehmenden, eine analoge Riffelung aufweisenden Buchse zur Arretierung der Lage des Verschlußgehäuses bezüglich der Profilkante versehen ist.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handhebel (58) um eine zur Auflagefläche (42) parallele Achse (60) schwenkbar gelagert ist, die in der Höhe des Ansatzes (40) liegt.
- Fallenverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsweg des Handgriffs (58) durch eine von einem Zylinderschloß getragene Anschlagnase (46) begrenzt wird.
