Claims (17)

  1. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau (10) pour une machine à papier ou analogue, en particulier pour une presse à feutre (12) d'une telle machine à papier, avec une cuvette de collecte (14) s'étendant au moins essentiellement sur la largeur de la machine, dans lequel la cuvette de collecte (14) comprend une première chambre (18) se trouvant à la pression atmosphérique et recevant l'eau qui arrive (16), et une deuxième chambre (20) mise sous vide et communiquant avec la première, dans laquelle l'eau s'accumulant dans la première chambre (18) est aspirée et hors de laquelle l'eau est finalement évacuée, caractérisé en ce que le niveau de l'eau dans la deuxième chambre (20) est situé au-dessus du niveau de l'eau (H1) de la première chambre (18).
  2. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des deux chambres (18, 20) s'étend au moins essentiellement sur la largeur de la machine.
  3. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux chambres (18, 20) sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par des ouvertures (22), qui sont réparties sur la largeur de la machine.
  4. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'eau est évacuée hors de la deuxième chambre (20) sur au moins un des deux côtés de la machine.
  5. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux chambres (18, 20) sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par des ouvertures étranglées (22).
  6. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la direction moyenne d'écoulement, c'est-à-dire la direction d'écoulement principale effective de l'écoulement d'eau prévalant dans la première chambre (18) est au moins sensiblement libre d'écoulement transversal.
  7. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la direction moyenne d'écoulement, c'est-à-dire la direction d'écoulement principale effective prévalant dans la deuxième chambre (20) comporte une composante transversale orientée dans la direction de la largeur de la machine.
  8. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux chambres (18, 20) sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par au moins un tube (28), qui débouche par une extrémité dans une ouverture de raccordement respective (22) dans une paroi de séparation (26) prévue entre les chambres (18, 20) et avec son autre extrémité dans la deuxième chambre (20).
  9. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu plusieurs tubes (28) répartis sur la largeur de la machine.
  10. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu environ 0,5 à 5 tubes (28) par mètre.
  11. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les tubes (28) présentent un diamètre d'environ 10 à environ 100 mm.
  12. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vide dans la deuxième chambre (20) est inférieur à environ 0,2 bar et de préférence inférieur ou égal à environ 0,05 bar.
  13. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième chambre (20) est limitée par un tube (32) mis sous vide et s'étendant en direction transversale, dont l'enveloppe est pourvue d'ouvertures (22) par lesquelles la première chambre (18) est raccordée à la deuxième chambre (20) formée par l'espace intérieur du tube.
  14. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette de collecte (14) est divisée en segments sur la largeur de la machine.
  15. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette de collecte (14) est continue sur la largeur de la machine.
  16. Dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le vide régnant dans la deuxième chambre (20) est produit par une pompe volumétrique.
  17. Utilisation du dispositif d'évacuation d'eau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour une installation de presse servant à l'essorage d'une bande de matière fibreuse, en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton, et présentant au moins une fente de pressage prolongée dans la direction de défilement de la bande.
