Abstract
Description
- en vue de côté, le point d'articulation du réducteur, ou du moteur, aux moyens de suspension est disposé entre le centre de gravité du réducteur et le centre de gravité du moteur ;
- le moment exercé par le réducteur sur ledit point d'articulation est sensiblement égal au moment exercé par le moteur sur ce point d'articulation ;
- en vue de dessus, le réducteur et le moteur sont décalés transversalement l'un par rapport à l'autre, le point d'articulation des moyens de suspension au réducteur, ou au moteur, étant disposé entre le centre de gravité du réducteur et le centre de gravité du moteur ;
- les moyens de suspension du réducteur, ou du moteur, à la caisse du véhicule sont articulés au réducteur, ou au moteur, ainsi qu'à la caisse, au moins autour d'un axe horizontal ;
- les moyens de suspension comprennent une bielle sensiblement rectiligne, s'étendant sensiblement verticalement entre le réducteur et la caisse du véhicule ;
- les moyens d'articulation du moteur au châssis comprennent deux bras solidaires du logement du moteur, ces bras étant articulés au châssis autour dudit axe horizontal;
- les moyens de liaison du moteur au réducteur sont articulés au moteur et au réducteur au moins autour d'un axe horizontal ;
- les moyens de liaison du moteur au réducteur comprennent une biellette présentant, en vue de côté, une forme de C, les deux extrémités de cette biellette articulées respectivement au moteur et au réducteur étant disposées sensiblement l'une au-dessous de l'autre ;
- les moyens de transmission entre le moteur et le réducteur comprennent un accouplement à dentures bombées ;
- le réducteur comprend une roue motrice entraínée par le moteur, une roue d'entraínement solidaire de l'essieu et une roue intermédiaire.
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique illustrant la répartition des masses d'un bogie moteur appartenant à un véhicule ferroviaire conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'une partie du bogie moteur de la figure 1 ;
- les figures 3 et 4 sont des vues respectivement de côté et de dessus, à plus grande échelle, du bogie moteur de la figure 1 ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 3, illustrant une variante de réalisation de l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Bogie moteur (4) pour véhicule ferroviaire (2), destiné à supporter une caisse (14) dudit véhicule, ledit bogie moteur comprenant des essieux (6) reposant sur des rails (8), un châssis (10) reposant sur lesdits essieux (6) et des moyens d'entraínement (18, 36, 48) de chaque essieu (6) comportant un moteur (36), un réducteur (18) et des moyens de transmission (48) entre le moteur (36) et le réducteur (18), des moyens (30, 42, 44, 54) permettant le support des moyens d'entraínement (18, 36, 48) par le véhicule étant prévus, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de support des moyens d'entraínement comprennent des moyens de suspension (30) du réducteur (18), ou du moteur, à la caisse (14) du véhicule, articulés au réducteur, ou au moteur, ainsi qu'à la caisse, des moyens d'articulation (42, 44) du moteur (36) au châssis (10) du bogie autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal, ainsi que des moyens de liaison (54) du moteur (36) au réducteur (18), articulés à la fois au moteur et au réducteur.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en vue de côté, le point d'articulation (28) du réducteur (18), ou du moteur, aux moyens de suspension (30) est disposé entre le centre de gravité (g) du réducteur et le centre de gravité (g') du moteur (36).
- Bogie selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le moment (m . d) exercé par le réducteur (18) sur ledit point d'articulation (28) est sensiblement égal au moment (M . d') exercé par le moteur (36) sur ce point d'articulation (28).
- Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, en vue de dessus, le réducteur (18) et le moteur (36) sont décalés transversalement l'un par rapport à l'autre, le point d'articulation (28) des moyens de suspension (30) au réducteur (18), ou au moteur, étant disposé entre le centre de gravité (g) du réducteur (18) et le centre de gravité (g') du moteur (36).
- Bogie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de suspension (30) du réducteur (18), ou du moteur, à la caisse du véhicule sont articulés au réducteur, ou au moteur, ainsi qu'à la caisse, au moins autour d'un axe horizontal.
- Bogie selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de suspension comprennent une bielle (30) sensiblement rectiligne, s'étendant sensiblement verticalement entre le réducteur (18) et la caisse (14) du véhicule.
- Bogie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'articulation du moteur (36) au châssis (10) comprennent deux bras (42, 44) solidaires du logement (38) du moteur (36), ces bras (42, 44) étant articulés au châssis autour dudit axe horizontal.
- Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (54) de liaison du moteur (36) au réducteur (18) sont articulés au moteur et au réducteur au moins autour d'un axe horizontal.
- Bogie selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison du moteur (36) au réducteur (18) comprennent une biellette (54) présentant, en vue de côté, une forme de C, les deux extrémités de cette biellette (54) articulées respectivement au moteur et au réducteur étant disposées sensiblement l'une au-dessous de l'autre.
- Bogie selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transmission entre le moteur et le réducteur comprennent un accouplement à dentures bombées (48).
- Bogie selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur (18) comprend une roue motrice (24) entraínée par le moteur, une roue d'entraínement (20) solidaire de l'essieu (6) et une roue intermédiaire (22).
- Véhicule ferroviaire (2) comportant au moins un bogie moteur (4) et une caisse (14) reposant sur le ou chaque bogie moteur, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque bogie moteur (4) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
